The network for the wifi was very slow, we couldn't connect at all.

My stay at the property was so great we enjoyed ourselves and we are definitely coming back to this.

The small space of the bathroom we couldn't take a shower together because the space was too small to accommodate the both of us at the same time.

Good location to Hospital but nothing else

It is close to Kloof Mediclinic hospital, which was important to us.

No maintenance, not very clean, no room service (housekeeping) on Sundays.

Superb

Everything was great from booking and finding the location all was easy. The staff and the booking manager were friendly and welcoming. To top it all the rooms are stylish and super clean.

Used sanitary pads left in bin in bathroom - smelling. Mattress in poor condition. Staff room directly outside the toilet - light shining in and noisy. Noisy arrivals late into the night. Lady who eventually came to the gate to let us in was not dressed appropriately and was busy texting on her cellphone. Ignored me standing at gate until I asked her if she knew who could let us in. Privacy from adjoining room not acceptable. Host does not seem to stay on this property.

Lovel place.

NIce place and great value for the amount you're paying. Lovely area.

Private number calls from my work phone weren't answered in order for me to get the key, and this was the only phone that I had that was alive after my long drive.

Its queit and clean. Our bus was 3hours late but they accomodated us with time zone

Everything about the facility was great

The staff is not friendly at all!! The caretaker does not even know how to welcome or to treat guests.

A place to visit

The place was clean, everything worked and all necessary information was shared before arrival, including the loadshedding schedule considering that we live in South Africa with loadshedding. It was quiet and peaceful with a clean swimming pool

Very disappointed and NOT value for money Not Recommended to anyone.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was very accommodating.

The swimming pool was very dirty. The braai facilities are not up to standard. The wifi was horrible. The drains kept on bubbling up in our shower that leaves to a horrible smell and very uncomfortable to live in that environment. The cutlery in the kitchen was not to standard and alot of things missing.

Nice apartment

When we got there another couple had arrived and the lady who assisted us was confused and even though I showed her my reservation she called. The door and gate were almost impossible to open and close. When we arrived it was loadshedding but by late evening our units power was still off, only after I messaged to enquire was it switched on, at 10 loadshedding started it was still off the next morning, only by 9:30 when we left power was restored This meant instead of making a meal we had to order takeaways, we couldn't watch TV and couldn't charge our electronics, WiFi was also off the entire time

The location was great and rooms we very clean

The kitchen unit doors needs to be fixed bathroom was leaking water and to increase number of towels supplied Some water and coffee would be recommended

It is very convenient and well located. Good communication from the owner telephonically.

Property is well located. The bed is very comfortable.

Batteries in the portable lights were flat. The bathroom lightbulb was changed while we were busy moving into room.
