Late arrive to hotel did not mind.

Breakfast was too small. Only one cup oringe Juice. Recepcionist did not know where to find needed stuff. Like shampagne. No breakfast to room. Should Be able to order for room.

We had an excellent stay here, staff were very helpful and the location was great.

Great central location for exploring the beaches of Ericeira, as well as the many excellent restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Lovely stay in the heart of the historic town of Ericeira

Wonderful central location! It was very close to a beach, lots of cafes, a supermarket, bank, post office etc We also loved the restaurant; with the beautiful & unique furniture & art & the colourful flowers.

Very cute clean hotel with the perfect location. Yummy breakfast and comfortable beds.

I loved the location and the cute unique style of the hotel. The beds were super comfortable, the hotel was very clean. Staff were a perfect mix of not too in your face while being friendly and warm. The breakfast was awesome annd I loved the fact that they bring it in stages meaning that you don’t waste produce by putting it all out there ant once. Also the service during breakfast was great.

Unmanned reception in the evening meant I had to wait outside in the cold with my suitcase for 30 mins despite calling ahead to warn of my arrival time several times. They do warn you about this in the description but it’s a bit weird for a hotel that you’re paying to stay at to put terms and conditions on arrival time :). Also I asked for an iron at one point and the staff didn’t have one and were super confused and surprised by the question.

Great experience in a lovely little city

Super nice hotel in the center of the city. Very special atmosphere - great tem - great experience! Nice area with many restaurants and bars. Great breakfast!

the breakfast was amazing, there were several options available and the team was always exceptionally friendly and helpful! the rooms were insanely clean and modern and the were complementary beverages for the guests. we also got great recommendations for places to have dinner!

Perfect, we would recommend this.

Staff was very nice and assisted in getting to the hotel and back to the airport. The hotel is as cute as it looks on the pictures, we used a room with 3 persons. This was a little tight, but doable. Breakfast was great. Beach towels are available on request. Location is superb, in the middle of the old town part.

On day one we had no idea how the breakfast set up was. We were served bread, jams, juices and fruit. Which seemed diisappointing. But later, the personnel stopped by to ask what hot drink and warm breakfast we wanted. Should have been a little more patient … it is Portugal after all.

Great location, fun hotel!

Very cute hotel. Great location! Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was wonderful.

Our room felt very small with the sofa bed open. With two adults and two kids we had a hard time moving around.

A simple but nice small hotel, with a fabulous location. The amenities are basic but very thoughtful, and the room was immaculately clean. Great balcony in the room!

I had a strange experience with management/the administration end of things, which negatively impacted my overall experience, even though I liked the hotel itself. Originally I had booked a standard twin room on a B&B package and asked for a 'quiet room if possible'; the hotel wrote back indicating that what I had booked was the opposite of this and if I wanted a quiet room I needed to upgrade to a room with a balcony or terrace, and the cost would be 5 Euro per night. I agreed to this (it did seem like surprisingly good deal...I now realize), and the reservation was changed to a twin with balcony, including breakfast (I have the confirmation). At check-in there seemed to be some confusion about breakfast, but then they said it was OK. I subsequently received an updated Booking.com confirmation email on my first evening with no message/explanation, so I did not know what it was for. However the next morning when I came down for breakfast (which I thought was included), the server had to inform me that actually it was no longer included, with no further explanation. This was very awkward for both him and I, with other tourists looking at us. He kindly provided me with some fruit and toast for 'that day only'. Clearly this must have been an error during the booking stage, where I was under-quoted a price for the room upgrade, but it was bizarre that the hotel did not simply message me to acknowledge the error/misunderstanding and tell me the updated cost - this was confusing and felt disrespectful. I have worked (and stayed) in hotels my entire life, and have never encountered anything like this. I would have been happy to pay for breakfast, if they had taken the time to explain the situation. The funny thing is, I had forgotten about the breakfast thing, but then the night before I checked out I received a WhatsApp message to 'remind me' of the check-out time.

a fun and relaxing trip to Ericeira

this is a beautiful quirky small hotel in a superb location, right in the centre of town room was clean, and I liked the little sun terrace.

the noise from the restaurant/ bar nearby made it difficult to fall asleep

Great stay

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located. Very comfortable beds. Clean and fresh rooms.

I missing a waterkettle in the room to make tea or instant coffee if desired.

The lack of privacy in the toilets, the first had a bathtub which was very uncomfortable, the room was full of mosquitoes I did not sleep 2 nights in a row they gave us another room but the problem was the same, the rooms are also too small, pillows too hard, I paid almost 600€ for not being able to sleep and rest. we left without refund. Never again.
