The good thing about this apartment is its location.

Difficult to get in contact with the person who calls herself Celia. Her English is also not so good which makes it difficult to communicate. We were supposed to meet someone at the apartment to let us in but she showed up 25 min late (after we had made several calls to 'Celia' to find out what was going on) and then she had a not so nice attitude when we had questions. The apartment was fairly well cleaned but still there were dead flies in the corners. It's very small for 6 people (we were 5), just one small bathroom with a clear smell of mold. However the thing that was most problematic was that the AC did NOT work which we didn't find out until our last night (the weather was quite cold before that). The street outside is really busy but because of the heat we had to leave the windows open - thus no sleep at all that night

Superb

Location was amazing. Wow! I could walk to the beach for a surf in 1 minute!

It was not noisy but it was also not quiet. Normal noise for a town location.

Excellent clean, well equipped flat right by the beach and the old town. Easy check in and out. Help ready at hand when needed.

Specified check times. 4pm is too late in afternoon and 10am to early in the morning.

besides the smell in the bathroom, the apartment was clean and in a great location

I loved the location, close to everything, but not super noisy at night. The air conditioning and the washer were very convenient.

The bathroom had a terrible smell that didn't go away the whole time we were there. We reached out to the land lady and she sent someone to look, but they didn't find a problem. I think the problem was it wasn't cleaned very well and smelled especially bad around the toilet. We bought lysol to spray around the toilet, but it didn't resolve the smell. They also didn't supply enough basic necessities like toilet paper, garbage bags and laundry soap. we had to purchase these ourselves.

Pleasant

We were very well received by M. who was friendly and gave usefull advice. The apartment is well located near to the beach and the city center. It is well equiped with all the appliances of a modern home. The bathroom could use an upgrade but it was fine. Rooms are spacious and beds are confortable. Although its a second floor without elevator the flight of stairs are easy to climb. There is a small balcony to enjoy the view of the surronding area. Although the street is a bit noisy the isolation was just fine. The dining room ok for 4 persons but could use an extra sofa or chair in the living room.

There was an awfull smell coming from the bathroom. After checking previous comments and having talked with the host this problem seems not to be new, and could have been fixed already. In the 3 days we were there the problem was not solved despite having reached out. There was also construction work on the front of the bulding that we were not aware of until reaching the apartment. Although there was no work performed during our stay this did compromised the view.

Happy stay in Ericeria

It was very comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and well looked after. The decorations made the room feel very light and welcoming. The location was great, close to beaches and the city center. We loved our stay in Ericeria
