Good location and views with a balcony.
Booked for three only received daily towels and cups for two. Noisy guests until very late at night which hotel staff did nothing to stop. Loud voices, shouting, banging and running in the corridor.

We had a great view from our room! Views across the harbour and the water. It was a great spot to catch the sunrise which we watched from the roof. The beds were soooooo comfortable! We were very close to the food street and close to the waterfalls, and Youdong Coffee - amazing!
Nothing! It was great. Can't wait to stay there again!

Good.view from rooftop
Hotel email was misused by Nigerians to scam me before I checked in. Hotel was uncontactable by booking.com to help verify the scam. Very irresponsible hotel. Disappointing stay. No parking at hotel after 6pm as car park was too small. Reception staff does not speak English well and could not understand guests. Housekeeping was horrible. Stayed for 3 nights and every night we are short of bath towels which front desk is helpless about as housekeeping is closed in the evening. We are 3 guests in room with 3 beds but everynight housekeeping gave us 2 bath towels. They should just keep some bath towels with front desk.

Location is good, quite close to the sea and some local attractions such as the waterfalls
room is quite small, view was ok.

The hotel is very comfortable, the chair in my room was great and the view is probably the best highlight! 💯 I booked the Jacuzzi for a day, it was lovely!
There was a bit of hair in the toilet, the cleaning could have been a little bit better. But overall, I had a great stay!

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for my budget. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Rooms are lovely and clean. Very central and close to what we needed.

The hotel is easy accessible to places of attractions like Jeongbang Waterfall and transportation to the marketplace is about 15 mins across the road. In addition, there are bus stops nearby if you want to travel by public transport around Seogwipo's places of interests.
Room is clean and comfortable for the 2-night stay. I also love there is a balcony that you can partake the sea view from my room.
There is also a coin-operated laundromat within 20 metres near the hotel. While we doing up our laundry, we are able to spend time sipping coffee from 7-11 and do some reading.
The room carpet looks abit old and worn down but it is kept clean. Water pressure for shower can be better as it is a bit too "weak" for me.
Although I am a tech savvy person, I felt handicapped operating the TV and the cable box as there is no clear instructions to use. We had to use the Google translator and with a few trial and errors, we managed to turn on the TV and cable box. Perhaps the hotel can consider to have a pictorial guide to help foreigners who cannot read Korean to operate the TV.

Room was large, spacious, with a clean big bathroom. View of the port was great. The breakfast (extra charge) was very generous and had a wide variety of foods. Location was perfect for seeing various attractions in south Jeju Island.
Car park is tight if you have a large car.

Clean and nice. Super near to beaches.
Breakfast was quite disappointing. Bistro is never open and there is no hotel restaurant.

the rooms are fairly new and clean
the water pressure of the bath is very bad. sometimes I have to wait for other guests to bathe first during the peak hours in the morning before the pressure in my bath becomes better.

School kids were booked in the hotel at the same time of us - that meant no restaurant/bistro/bar available at all for the duration of our stay. This is unacceptable considering this is supposed to be a 4* hotel. No alternate option was given, maybe offer room service ? I was told to go to the market and that was it. Most restaurants are closed around the hotel, we tried 2 who said they were closed for the day, and one that only accepted reservations, we ended up eating microwave meal from the 7/11. I did not request room cleaning, however the maid came and cleaned out the beer bottle I was collecting as a souvenir ! I was unable to recover it and am very upset with the service.
I got sold on the rooftop view but it actually doesn't have look good, the access is dingy and not up to the standard of a starred hotel. Forget about it if you are disabled. There's nothing to do around and was really unimpressed with Seogwipo as a whole.

Room interior is good and the bathroom is well equipped with the basic necessity.
Limited options for breakfast and you have to clean the table before you left the dining area.

The location.
The Hotel is not clean. My bathroom was dirty, and I was told to not worry about it because it's a bathroom, and all hotel bathrooms are like that. I was very disappointed.

As it’s winter when I booked the hotel,I love the way they were so thoughtful with the room temp being set to a nice warm when you enter, the tap water being adjusted to just warm when you washed your hands, not chilly cold! And the bathroom is not too cold as well. The management of this hotel really looks into the comfort of the guests, though the room is abit small for 3 guests( I booked a family room for 3), but their consideration for the guests comfort in keeping us warm in the winter season is commendable!👍👍👍
