Staff molto cortese e disponibile

Tutti super cortesi e disponibili! Colazione buona! Cornetto fresco, affettati, pane e panini, biscotti, crackers, fette biscottate, nutella, marmellate, frutta ecc.. classica colazione, ma abbondante e prodotti buoni. In più mettono a disposizione delle scatole di cartone per portare via il cibo, una vera cortesia per gli ospiti. La struttura è posizionata subito in centro, quindi è perfetto

Siamo stati una notte sola, quindi immagino che la camera fosse tra quelle "peggiori". Molto piccola, il bagno sopratutto. Però per una notte va benissimo, anche se per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato e per essere a fine stagione, potevano affidarci una camera migliore... Comuqnue l'unico difetto riscontrato, che a noi non ha creato fastidio, ma a qualcun altro potrebbe, un rumore fastidioso tipo di una ventola, che ci ha accompagnati per tutta la notte. Non veniva dalla nostra stanza. A noi non dava particolarmente fastidio quindi non abbiamo chiesto assistenza allo staff.

Un piacevole soggiorno

Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Come sentirsi a casa. Struttura in centro paese comoda alle spiaggie. Parcheggio privato. Camere confortevoli e soprattutto silenziose

A nice stay with family touch on the main street of Marina

Good breakfast with fresh food, tomato and mozzarella balls. (Also lots of Italian sweet stuff) Decaf available. We were almost pushed to take some lunch with us from the breakfast - bags and boxes offered! Whole family involved and all very helpful and friendly. Great location near the beach on the main pedestrianized street. Very good beds and pillows..

Bathroom (second floor) a bit small and beyond its best time. Like many Italian hotels, practically no noise insulation.

Nice Hotel in the centre of the village

Well placed in the centre of Campo nell'Elba, this hotel is simple and a bit dated, but very clean and very friendly staff. Open all year round, I would certainly reccomend for a stay

Some pros and some cons

The location,. It's in the center and also super close to the beach. It also has a private parking. The idea of the breakfast is genius , they allow you to prepare your lunch box and they also provide the containers. The lady who was wondering the night shift was amazing, very helpful and give us lots of tips for where to go.

The waiter was the worst, never said good morning or hi. I use a wheelchair and one day flipped backwards to enter the hotel because there's a little step and he came, opened the door and left without asking if I was hurt nor helped to get back up. I couldn't charge the wheelchair in the bedroom because there weren't enough sockets, so I had to leave it downstairs at the reception. Thanks God I still walk, otherwise I had to choose between charging the chair or the phone. They sell you breakfast as abundant, I would say it's just about fine and if you dare to ask for more (for the cured meats) then you get told that you already had your portion. Lots of fruit though.

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, covered parking.

Poor cleaning, noise in the room (from other rooms + air co unit positioned on the ceiling of our room), no minibar/ refrigerator in the room, no place where to dry towels/ swimming suits, old/ outdated furniture. Heavily overpriced for what you get.

Superb

Very good location in the center and room in the back so was quiet at night. Breakfast very good selection with Fresh fruits and possibility to take away for lunch. Staff very kind.

Cappuccino is not up to the standard for italy, made from automatic machine. Room very clean but old fashioned. Lacks a fridge in the room.
