The large nice appartment, very clean and well equiped. The owner is very pleasant, understanding. She accepted our later check-out, we really appreciated that.

Very kind and helpful host, very good location near Riveria Bay, one of the best beaches of Malta! Comfortable flat with even towels for the beach.

A perfect stay!

The apartment is HUGE, we were literally shocked with the size of it! It has 2 balconies, on both sides of the building, one of them being very nice for breakfast and chilling :) Beds are comfy, the bathrooms worked nicely (especially the one with a shower), kitchen fully equipped for cooking a proper meal... The apartment really has everything you could need. Parking was very important for us since we rented a car and planned everything around it, no problem with finding (free) parking space close to the app at any part of the day. The neighborhood is quiet, nice place to get some sleep and in a very convenient location to easily reach (with a car!) all attractions, beaches and towns of the island, and even visiting Gozo/Comino. Golden bay beach is just a 15 minute walk away. There are a few small shops right very close if you need some main groceries. And not to forget, our host Rita was very sweet, nice and helpful :) Thank you and we will be coming back again!

lovely big and clean property

Huge property, large kitchen and lounge area, large bedrooms.

Exceptional

The apartment is really big. The host Rita and her husband are really supporting and ready to provide you with an answer to any request. The location is strategic as you are at walking distance to the two best sand beaches of the island, Golden Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha. The area is a farmer's area, very quiet and immersed in the nature.

The only negative point is the lack of bars and restaurant in Manikata. There are only two small supermarket very close to the apartment. You can find there anything you need, of course choose is limited.

Location to beach and bus stops is perfect, apartment is enormous and everything you need for a family holiday. Rita is a very attentive host.

Best place to stay in Malta!

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, spacy kitchen and living room - especially when you are with a bigger group. Also additional things like beach equipment, additional desk and good Internet connection (good place for working from home). The rural surroundings and location close to the most beautiful beach and clifs make it a great place to relax and release the stress. And the owner's mum, Rita, is a great and warm person, always ready to help and advise. When we come back, that will be our first choice for stay :)

The coffee maker could be a little bit bigger ;)))

The appartment was spacious very clean with all the the modern amenities Quiet area. A good shop just down the street. Two good restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Host was very nice, friendly and could not do enough to make the stay injoyable

Exceptional

The apartment in Manikata is spacious, well equipped, clean and well lit. Situated in the north part of the island, very close to the best beaches in Malta and ideally to visit Gozo and the surroundings. The host is a dream to deal with and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Very good

Big nice Apartment had everything we needed. Our Host was very nice and helpful. Nice and quite location. Near the golden beach. About 5 min. with the rental car. Parking just up the road next to the church. A shop is nearby. Can recommend this Apartment for visitors looking for a quite place to stay.

Lovely holiday😉

The owner of the appartment, A Lady, she texted me a couple of times to help me to find the locations and overall great attitud. very nice location, close to one of the nicest beach on the Island. Price Very reasonable.

It’s ok but can can find a better place to stay for the same money

The host (mum of the host met us) is friendly and kindly allowed us to check in earlier. She put some flowers in apt which was nice. A lot of towels provided, even beach towels. Location is close to the beaches (Riviera, Golden Bay) - 4 -5 mins driving. You need a car, as almost everywhere in Malta. No prob with street parking . Nice terrace. No problem with checkout

Overall, looks not exactly like on pictures.. like in reality furniture is not nice, it’s older and in general dirtier. I’d say it’s probably worth booking maybe if you travel with a lot of children: there are 4 beds (1 bunk + 2 single) in one of the rooms. -No A/C in the living room. -You need to switch on boilers to get hot water, but it’s fine. -Feels like Apartment isn’t maintained properly. -Terrible kitchen appliances, frying pan - Creaky bed - En-suite shower isn’t great - Deposit of 200 is annoying. Can’t imagine what you can break there for 200. When I was checking out, I gave feedback to the host, and she said they put some effort: added pictures, and 2 chairs, and some rugs which is great, but I don’t feel like it changes anything honestly..

Perfect if you want to go to the best beaches on Malta.

Very close to the best beaches on Malta. The two bathrooms are good, the kitchen is well equipped (except for dishwasher), the bedrooms are large, one of the two terraces are perfect for eating. The E-W orientation of the apartment makes it perfect for ventilation during the night, and gives you a good sleep.

Vacuum cleaner would be absolutely necessary to clean during a longer stay, especially if you go to the beach and bring in a lot of sand. The doors and the beds are a bit squeaky, so are the neighbours but not that annoying.
