We loved our time over Christmas! The condo was clean and we enjoyed ourselves. I think this condo would be perfect for 2! My college age kids came and it was a little tight. One was on the bunk bed in the second room and the other on the couch!

It's a great location short walking distance to the public beach. Loved the amenities in the place. I would say it does need a little more TLC overall with deeper cleaning and upgrading or cleaning the couches. Bunk bed is too large for the room it is in.

This was our first time renting a condo and it was wonderful!!!! Beautiful condo was clean and had everything we needed! Even beach chairs that we borrowed from the house! Would definitely rent again!!!

The location was amazing! A quick walk across to the beach and to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the Airbnb was very poorly supplied. I attended this trip with 3 other people. We were only supplied 4 towels and not enough toilet paper to make it through the 5 day stay. The unit was very clean and organized but was significantly smaller than the pictures on Airbnb. The room with the bunk bed was so crammed it was difficult for 2 people to walk around comfortably.

My best friend, his wife, and I returned to the St. Petersburg area where we lived and worked and met our wives over 50 years ago. Clean and comfortable. Easy to relax in the apartment and on the patio. Adequate kitchen supplies. Adequate view of the Gulf.
Meanwhile, the door to the washer and dryer dislodged at once. Also a handful of flea-like bugs in both bathrooms.

The condo was just what we needed to facilitate a nice getaway at the beach. Literally across the street from the beach. Had to contact the manger to get a parking pass, but overall this was a great experience and the property was awesome!

We were in town for the concert and wanted to be at the beach! This condo was located across the street from a beach access… perfect! We walked to bars and restaurants and John’s Pass was almost next door! A great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay. GREAT location, easy parking, quick elevators, clean hallways, but would have liked the place to be cleaner. Had a worn out look and feel😐.

Clean and easy to access. A couple of things that could have been better with the master shower head (looks like a $5 that wasn't very good). I would like to see a working lock on the sliding glass door (on a private balcony but you never know when safety is at risk)

Excellent location...steps from beach. Immediate action taken by management to fix cable issue so my husband could watch Michigan/Ohio game.... thanks again for that’s!!!

This condo is located across the street from the beach and one mile from John’s Pass shopping and restaurants. We had a great time and walked everywhere we went. The only negative was I missed in the write up the note that the pool was going to be under construction during our stay. Our grandchildren were just a little disappointed but other than that I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back

This condo is in a great location! Perfect distance to John’s pass and just steps from the gorgeous beach! There were some minor issues - with the door and chairs on the balcony, and an odor that were VERY quickly addressed and corrected by the property manager! We would love to stay here again!

Floors were very dirty, room smelt bad, sheets were dirty, Couch was dirty. Brownies crumbs all over floor. faucet was broken in king bed room, omg the street noise was loud all night and bed was very uncomfortable. My back was very sore from the bed. I would not stay here. I not a person that likes to complain. I was thinking about getting a hotel room and leaving but not a lot of options for rooms because spring break. Very disappointed for the price I paid.

The location was perfect. It was a quick walk to the beautiful beach and also to John’s Pass. There are lots of restaurants and shops in this area. We loved sitting out on the balcony each morning having our coffee.

We were woke multiple times nightly and every single morning by 6 am by barking dogs
I was unaware of dogs being allowed in this bldg. My family has allergies to dogs and I am deathly afraid of them let alone being woke extremely early as well as multiple times nightly by barking dogs. This was an every night occurrence.

This place was perfect for my bachelorette getaway. Beach was right across the street and Johns Pass a few blocks away. I’ll definitely be back with my future husband.

This is a beautiful condo. Located across the street from the beach with a crosswalk in front of the condo. The condo is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Within walking distance to Johns Pass, there are many dining and entertainment options.

Quiet Resort with ammenities and public beach access
Enjoyed room 409 at Madeira Bay Resort. Beds were comfy and everything was updated and clean. Easy walking distance to Johns Pass Boardwalk and Beach. Only downside was the traffic at night. It was manageable. Next time I may look at getting a room facing the intercoastal side. We enjoyed our vscation and will definately be back agajn!

This condo was very clean newly renovated and cozy. You can sit on the couch or balcony with partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Loved it would stay here again
