Ein sehr schönes Hotel an einer tollen Lage.

Das freundliche Personal und die sehr gute Lage des Hotels, in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, jedoch in wenigen Schritten mitten im „Kuchen“.

Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, aufgrund dünner Wände oder unzureichender Schallisolierung. Wenn man Pech hat, kriegt man Zimmernachbarn die bis 3 Uhr früh rumschreien. Da nützen keine Ohrenstöpsel.

A great location and good value stay.

The location of Wilson Galata was perfect. Walking distance to everything we wanted.

The rooms could hear a lot from the corridors and our bed sheet did not fit our bed (it was not big enough so came off every night throughout the night which was only a small problem but uncomfortable).

Great location and good sized room, friendly reception lads!

The location is great in the Galata area, short 5 to 10 minute walk to the Sishane metro and Tophane and Karakoy tram stations (T1 line). Plenty of restaurants, shops and life wherever you go, yet the street was quiet enough at night for a good sleep. I liked the spacious size of the King size room with balcony where everything worked, good hot water pressure for a shower in winter. Helpful reception lads both on night and morning shifts that will guide and show you how to get about or else Google maps for you. With tips on how best to handle the taxi drivers too. Bed was big and comfortable.

The towels were rather thin and stained, could do better on this front. That's the only minus.

ممتاز جدا وراح ارجع ثاني باذن الله لكن بدون ما احجز فطور

مكان جدا مميز وقريب من برج غلطه ، وفيه محلات ومطاعم كثيره عند الفندق

اول يوم نمت بدون مكيف لان كان فيه عطل اعتقد وتواصلت معهم اكثر من مرة لكن تم اصلاح المكيف ثاني يوم من اقامتي ، دفعت عبر بوكنق رسوم الافطار ولكن اكتشفت ان هذا ليس فندق بل يعتبر شقق فندقية يعني حتى يوم سالته وين الفطور قال احنا عادة مانسوي فطور ولكن انتظر بالكراسي تبع الكافي وراح نجيب لك من المطعم ، طبعا الفندق ماعندهم لوبي تدخل الفندق فيه كافي وبعده رسيبشن صغير وبعده مصعد

Very good stay at the centre of everything

The location is perfect and close to everything. The staff was nice and helpful. Metro station at a 5 min distance and ferry 10 minutes

We didn’t have a proper window in our room so no natural lighting and the bed wasn’t too comfortable. It was very hard

Lovely quirky property, in a good location and a good price

Nice big room, clean, comfy. Nice quirky property. Good for younger people as a lot of hills and walking

It was on a hill, so tiring to get to it or even walk down - very steep hills…. not good for older people. Certain staff at times were not very helpful, yet others were. Also not very accommodating to allowing us to check in early.. even thou we got there at 7am - even an hour early so 1pm would have been nice.. but no..

Happy that I picked this property out of hundreds available!

I loved the people working there. They treated me like a family from day 1. They helped me with travel arrangements, daily tours. Suggested places to eat arranged transportation and were very accommodating. I liked it so much I extended my stay and will come back after the tours they set up for me. Thank you FURKAN NOYAI and FURKAN for all your help and great work!

It’s small and comfortable very close to antique shops, restaurants and walking distance to Galata Tower.

Excellent location, good room design, cosy Café in the ground floor. Easy check-in and check-out. Fast and stable WiFi.

In the room with kitchen there is no soup 🍲., Mold in the bathroom.

Average, noisy, wouldn’t stay again

Location was good

overall very poor, bathrooms very unclean and mould on ceiling. Booked a suite and was given a normal room and told it cannot be changed for two nights as over booked. Walls are like paper, people screaming, you can hear someone flush the toilet . Don’t stay here if you want to sleep!

Excellent location and the cleanest rooms. Sound isolation is a bit poor, but it is worthy for the price and the value

the bed was comfortable. the cleaning was excellent. even though it's centrally located, the rooms were very quiet. location is excellent with easy access to everywhere. but during the rush hours, taxi drivers don't like going around the Galata, but of course it depends on the driver

the sound isolation between the rooms were very weak. we could hear the snoring of the neighbor room, and we couldn't sleep. also, the rooms were a bit cold as the only heater was the AC, so we had to leave it on the whole day to come to a warm room in the evening

Location was great, close to Galata tower, supermarkets, cafe, bars, Taskim square. The room and corridors were really clean and was the same as the photos :)

Over night, the noise of water pipes, or something related to the pipes bothers for few hours... or maybe the other neighbors. but it seemed there is something related to the internal infrastructure. This was the only thing. The rest was awesome.

A great hotel at an unbeatable location, nice, clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wilson Galata. It's located within a minute walk from the Galata Tower, the best location in Istanbul right in the middle of everything. Our room was clean and spacious with a very comfy bed and a good shower. We particularly appreciated that it was very quiet at night - a rarity in the Galata district that is brimming with nightlife. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, we would love to return.
