Ingyen parkolás...
Megérkezést követően egy idős úr köszönés helyett azzal fogadott minket hogy ne hosszába hanem keresztbe álljunk az autóval a parkolóba. Igaz a terv az volt hogy átvesszük a szobákat és elmegyünk a városba körülnézni és vacsorázni. Amint átálltam keresztbe a parkolóba, akkor pedig az volt a baja hogy ott 3 autónak el kell férnie, ezért álljak odébb. Köszönni még ekkor sem tudott!!!
Igaz hogy rajtunk kívül senki nem volt a szálláson ott tartózkodásunk alatt.
A 2db lefoglalt szobához 1db közös fürdőszoba tartozott, ami a 80-as évekből itt maradt.
A reggeli rendkívül egyszerű volt. Csak előre csomagolt édességekből állt.

There were three bunnies rinning around the garden and my whole stay was brightened up because of them, plus the host was super nice. The view from the balcony was undescribable beautiful.
Maybe it's just us but we felt really cold and had to keep the heater on all the time we were in the room. And the other thing that I felt a little uncomfortable with even though it was our private bathroom it wasn't connected to our room.

Una posizione spettacolare. È la villa che molti avrebbero gradito avere come propria. Una vista unica sul golfo. Comodo il parcheggio interno. Pet friendly.
Metterei qualche appendiabito in più nella camera o nel bagno. Ho dimenticato i ghiaccioli nel freezer.

Szép panoráma a trieszti öbölre. Gyönyörű márvánnyal burkolt étkező helyiség.
Trieszt széle, nincs gyalogosan könnyen elérhető vendéglátó-bevásárlási lehetőség. A szállásadó felé jeleztem, hogy egy nagy baleset miatt később érkezünk, amit ő beárazott: 10 euro 20-22 óra közt, 20 euró 22-24 óra közt a pótdíj. Nincs használható konnektor, mindegyik le van dugózva. Telefon töltés, laptop használat nincs...

Die Lage ist gut, die Aussicht phänomenal!
Das Frühstück war dürftig, nur in Plastik verpackte Produkte, kein frisches Gebäck. Kaffee war gut.
Wir haben hauptsächlich auf Grund der Fotos gebucht. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen! In unserem Zimmer löst sich bereits der Laminatboden auf. Das Badezimmer war zwar sehr sauber, aber die Dusche schon sehr renovierungsbedürftig, verkalkt ...
Der Garten ist leider ungepflegt.

Mimo że obiekt znajduje się dość wysoko ( dojście z miasta piechotą wymaga dużego wysiłku) widoki przepiękne. Właściciel to starszy pan który zna tylko włoski. Sam podaje do stołu i cały czas towarzyszy gościom przy śniadaniu. Pokoje czyste,wygodne z klimatyzacją. Mały parking przed domem.
Łazienka wymaga remontu i bez otwartego okna nie da się korzystać. Łazienka jedna na dwa pokoje. Nie można korzystać z płyty grzewczej ani z ekspresu do kawy. Nie ma czajnika aby zaparzyć sobie wieczorem herbatę.

Comfortable, nice and good equipped and clean room with big terrace with a view of Trieste. Free parking place. Grande canal is about 5 km of walking.

Breakfast was sweet croissants, coffee, orange juice and toasts with jam. View is fabulous, you can see the Mediterranian Sea from your room. Spacious, comfortable room and bed.

Room was cosy, clean and quiet. There was air conditioning that helped a lot , because the weather was hot. We had nice view to the ocean. There are some bus lines , that helped us move around.
The owner speaks very little english but we could communicate.

The view was amazing, and so was the host.
Although the house is beautiful, it is quite old and not very clean. The rooms had dust and floors weren't cleaned before we went it. Also, the bathroom was smelly and not clean at all.

We were greeted by a wonderful host. Clean room, hot water, delicious breakfasts, unsurpassed views! One of the best budget hotels where we stayed in Trieste. Thank you very much and hospitality

Host is very friendly and nice to provide breakfast during my stay. Apartment has a good view and room is clean and bright. It’s a excellent location to have a walk around the hill area, just 1 min walk to bus stop and not far from the beautiful castle.. I had a comfortable stay there

I think the house inside is good, nice and stylish, there are something which looks older but OK. The bed is good , no pain after sleeping there, bathroom OK. The view from the balcony is really nice.
The owner is not so nice, and it was quiet cold welcoming. The breakfast would not be enough for a 6years old kid, if I would buy things in a shop for the same money i would be full.
So breakfast not worth the money.
The place's outside part looks dirty and a bit chaos.
