The location is amazing, the hotel rooms are small, but very functional, and most importantly clean.
I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t include my transfer that was not used because they didn’t pick up my family member as we discussed.

Airco deed het niet de eerste 3 dagen, minibar deed het niet, mijn douche had geen deuren, bed maakte veel geluid, ze zeiden dat ze me een nieuwe kamer zouden geven en hebben ze niet gedaan.

Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal grundsätzlich freundlich. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Absolut unverschämt fand ich das: Die Hotelmitarbeiterin hat mich beim Checkout gefragt, ob ich über Booking gebucht hatte. Ich bejahte und sie fragte, ob sie meine Buchung nochmal anschauen dürfte. Als sie dann dort war, ist sie ganz schnell auf die Bewertungsseite und hat mit meinem Handy in der Hand mich darum gebeten, dass ich sie bewerte. Sie könnte es alternativ für mich machen und hielt weiter mein Handy fest. Sie hatte schon angefangen überall eine super Bewertung einzutippen bis ich ihr gesagt habe, dass sie mir mein Handy wieder geben soll. Erstens mich so unter Druck zu setzen ich soll eine Bewertung schreiben und dann zweitens vorschlagen sie würde einfach für mich mal eben allem eine perfekten Bewertung geben ist nicht nur völlig unverschämt, sondern auch Betrug.
Desweiteren:
- Die Fenster sind komplett dreckig
- Im Frühstücksraum gibt es nicht genug Plätze. Der ist morgens immer total überfüllt.
- Besteck gibt es nur auf Nachfrage, was extrem nervig war. Ich musste immer rum laufen und jemanden suchen und nach Besteck fragen. Dann geben sie es dir auch nicht, sondern du gehst wieder zurück und die gehen dir hinterher und legen es dir hin. Total unnötig und Zeitverschwendung.
- der Fernseher im Zimmer hing viel zu tief, auf Körperhohe und im Durchgang zu der einen Bettseite. Man kam nur auf die Bettseite, wenn man sich unter dem Fernseher drunter durch geduckt hat, sonst hat man sich gestoßen oder sogar den Fernseher abgerissen. Besonders nachts nervig.
- Kaum Stauraum, wirklich viel zu wenig für zwei Personen. Gerade OK für eine vielleicht. Die Türen von dem winzigen Schrank klemmten andauernd.
- Abfluss war schon bei Ankunft verstopft und wurde in den darauffolgenden Tagen nicht frei gemacht.

Splendid location and facility. Even better staff. The staff made a big difference, amazing customer service and they made our stay a wonderful one. The breakfast, I think about it night and day. I loved this hotel with all it’s people. The location was amazing too. The pool and sauna was a bonus. Thanks everyone especially Tugrul at the front desk, you are an MVP!!!

The location was excellent for exploring the sites. We felt safe. The room was clean and the toiletries sustainable. We loved getting a good breakfast before touring and coming back after hours of walking to a tasty Turkish dinner. The staff was very eager to be of assistance. We took advantage of the gym and sauna. It was nice to see young families with children enjoying the hotel.
The gym hours were not to our preference. It opened too late to get a workout before breakfast and closed too early to sauna after dinner. I wish the reception desk had a map that showed nearby public transportation. We learned too late about the station near the hotel after too many tiring uphill hikes.

I booked a deluxe double room with a jetted tub but on check-in the room was not available (we checked in late but it was communicated previously). Various reasons were given for this however no compensation was offered as we spent the night in another room. Was a bit disappointed as i couldn't understand if the room was previously booked and paid for why it was not reserved.
The staff was responsive and apologized for the inconvenience, we were moved to the original room the next day and was contacted by the customer support team. Unfortunately, the jetted tub was giving some electric earthing on touch and there was a weird smell coming from the motor side, we didn't feel confident to use it. Communicated that to a member of the staff on our floor and she agreed to get it checked, but we didn't use it anyways. (Originally, the staff mentioned there were leaks and some maintenance work going on that caused our reservation to be missed on day one)
Apart from the above (which kind of gave a bitter feeling), rest of the stay was sweet as it was clean, good room service and at a great location. I am putting this feedback purely with an intent to encourage improvement as our expectations were higher.

What I didnt appreciate was when I was booking out I was unable to do so until I had "opened my phone and clicked on a link"..........I stated the room was prepaid and there was no need to hand my phone over for any link to be opened. The female receptionist insisted and then opened a ratings page wanting me to put my rating in. I was very annoyed and closed the rating app down and left. This is NOT the way for the hotel to get good ratings. \
Avoid the busy breakfasts..........there are just too many people fighting for a seat and it feels like an overcrowded theatre !!!

Buona la posizione, ottimo l’hammam e personale tutto sommato disponibile. Nel complesso, pur avendo 5 stelle corrisponde a un sufficiente 3 stelle italiano.
La pulizia, anche se la camera è stata rifatta bene. Al check in non abbiamo trovato la carta igienica (!!) e la cassaforte non funzionava. Abbiamo chiesto al personale della reception consigli su dove mangiare e non ci hanno saputo rispondere. Poi, su richiesta, ci hanno prenotato un ristorante usando il nostro telefono. Avevamo prenotato la spa alle 19 (delk’8 dicembre)..siamo arrivati lì e ci hanno detto che per quel giorno chiudeva prima(!!). Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a farci l’hammam (che e’ una delle poche cose fatte bene in questo hotel).

La posizione è fantastica, in una zona molto attiva , accanto alla via turistica principale di taskim. Il prezzo è molto buono e ragionevole. La colazione ricca, buona scelta. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile.
La nostra stanza non era proprio pulitissima, il pavimento era sporco (come se non fosse stato spazzato). C è stato qualche problema con l interruttore della luce ,di notte non si spegneva la luce, abbiamo dovuto chiamare in reception. Qualche difetto qua e là ma perché l hotel probabilmente non è nuovo e si vede.
Sicuramente consiglierei di togliere la parte in metallo dove si attaccano le grucce all’ asse. Fanno un rumore fastidiosissimo.

Beds are comfy, and hotel rooms are clean.
Although hotel is big, breakfast area is not enough. Staff is doing their best to find a table with others. If you are not into crowded hotels, this place is not for you otherwise it is okay.

set om je tanden te poetsen, oorstokjes en vijltjes, pantoffels, ...
In 1 van onze kamers was het toilet van de muur losgekomen,
er is onmiddelijk en technieker langs gekomen om dit te herstellen.
De regeling van de transfer naar de luchthaven was een regelrechte ramp
45 min te laat aan het hotel, we hebben nog juist de vlucht kunnen halen.
gelukkig heeft de portier de chauffeur tot snelheid aangezet.
In 1 van de kamers werkte de airco niet goed, deze bleef warmte afgeven

Qua locatie was de Ramada eigenlijk wel redelijk goed gelegen behalve als je een taxi neemt, kan het wel even duren vooraleer je aan je hotel bent.
De temperatuur op de kamer kon niet geregeld worden waardoor de temperatuur constant boven de 25graden was; dus bij dergelijke temperaturen kun je een goeie nachtrust vergeten. We hebben dit verschillende keren gemeld; er is steeds een technieker komen kijken maar eigenlijk voor de 'show' want we hebben met verschillende mensen gesproken en iedereen had hetzelfde probleem. Daarnaast is het personeel vriendelijk de eerste 5 minuten als je 't hotel binnenkomt en daarna is het over.

1) the staff talk more than they do, there is a feeling they are indifferent and don't try to help, any complaints and requests for correction are answered with “I’m very sorry” and that’s all
2) the room is quite dark, almost no natural lighting, the window face a very small courtyard, and the artificial lighting is weak
3) very few sockets for a double room, only two sockets by the bed on one side, and a socket for an electric kettle. If you have two mobile phones, two laptops, electric toothbrushes and a tablets, you have no way to charge your devices
4) the hammam and spa are very bad, the hammam room is cold, cold foam, everything is done very quickly (faster than indicated in their advertising), this is a disappointment
5) no soundproofing, you can always hear your neighbors, and if someone walks along the corridor or your mobile phone rings, you will hear it too

The location is very good and excellent for exploring the Beyoglu area, Galata Tower and Taksim Square.
We were allocated a connecting room which was not only small no window but most undesirable for a 6-night stay. However Miss Rahma the Guest Relation Officer and the receptionist were most helpful and moved us to a much better room the following day. The GRO's were also very helpful with our needs etc..
Linda the dog is highly cute and provided much entertainment at breakfast time. Overall very friendly and helpful staff and they tried their best to make your stay comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was good but the breakfast room was far too crammed and crowded for the number guests in the hotel. And of course our first night stay the connecting room was not a nice experience!
