Considerando el ruído e instalaciones, hay otras opciones más económicas en el sector

Realmente el personal es muy amable, lo menciono porque sobresale de entre otros hoteles que estoy acostumbrado. Debe ser la ciudad, no sé pero fue excelente.

Definitivamente si eres una persona sensible al ruido será muy dificil descansar: el aislamiento es simplemente inexistente, por ende si tu cuarto da hacia la calle vas a escuchar hasta el sonido del semáforo peatonal que hay en la esquina (no lo podía creer). Aunque el desayuno es hasta las 10am, si subes a las 9 ya no encuentras muchas cosas y no las reponen y lo poco que había estaba frío Quedaban unas pocas piezas de pan (heladas y no te ofrecían dónde calentarlas). Te ofrecen huevos al gusto los cuales estaban buenos, creo que fue lo único de resaltar del desayuno... y tal vez la fruta.

La ubicación súper buena, todo lo necesario está cerca. El personal súper amable, dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. El desayuno básico pero delicioso y variado.

El colchón muy duro, el ruido exterior insoportable, deberían tener algo que aísle el ruido de la calle. Mucho calor en esta temporada y no cuentan con aire acondicionado.

Un hotel bueno, bonito y barato, para un turista express

El concepto del hotel es muy interesante. Es cómodo y la ubicación ayuda a tener todo cerca. Tengo que destacar la amabilidad del staff del hotel y la preocupación por cada uno de ellos porque estemos bien. El cocinero de la noche tuvo una atención muy importante, igual que todos los colaboradores del hotel. La comida muy deliciosa, las habitaciones agradables.

Deben buscar la manera de aislar el ruido. Aunque el hotel esté en el centro de la ciudad, se debe aislar más el ruido. Por otro lado el ascensor a veces da miedo porque fallan los botones y es muy antiguo.

Lovely hotel, central location.

Great location, wonderful room and breakfast, great value. Easy to get to: rode funicular up from bus station, straight 10 minute walk to hotel from there. Easy to walk around.

Very large rooms, comfortable beds. My daughter loved the Vespa at the entrance.

friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, light and airy room. Comfortable bed. Great shower.

I thought the breakfast was a bit below par. It probably has the most expensive laundry facility I’ve ever used.

'we received a very big well furnished clean room and bathroom. it was quiet (not 0n the side of the street) and very pleasant to be in. breakfast lounge and veranda were very nice. the price we got was very reasonable. the receptionist VERY nice and helpfull-

the reception area and entrance to hotel '- dowdy not too clean not elegant at all... . its a pity, since the rooms are very good. . the lift not clean, the corridors could be cleaner.

The staff was very respectful & very nice.

l had no amenities in the bathroom. The safe was not working. l reported it 3x & nothing was done about it. l didn’t have time to wait around for them to come. Thank to an honest staff l didn’t lose anything.

Good value in heart of Manizales.

Wonderful location and wonderful staff. Interior room very quiet and comfortable.

It’s very outdated and the hallways are dark. The food in the restaurant was so-so.

NOISY!!! Billing issues were handled POORLY! We had to pay three different charges. The bed was not comfortable.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception whose name I unfortunately forget. Breakfast buffet was great too. I arrived towards the en f of the breakfast hours; the eggs were running low the staff quickly offered to prepare something fresh for me. Thank you !

Nice place

Nice hotel near the cathedral. Beds are really good. Shower/bath is good too, there’s a decent water pressure and it’s nice and warm. Nice breakfast.

Don’t forget your earplugs in the weekends, the bar next door was a bit noisy.

Not again

Amazing location just in the middle of the city centre and an stunning view from outside our room on the city of Manizales.

There is no WIFI on the room, when we asked it at the reception the employee said they were working on it at the moment. But untill checkout (3 days later) the wifi still didnt worked. We stayed in room 811 and it was old fashioned and not as on the pictures. But the worst of all it smells dirty i think it were rooms were you allowed to smoke. The variety at the breakfast was also very dissapointing.
