Pleasant stay at comfortable, nice hotel.

The hotel had the best breakfast. Their bar on the top floor was nice and shady and had a pool. The bar staff was friendly. A very good experience.

The area was close to the center, adjacent to the hotel, was unsightly. And had been that way for years.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast and cocktails to enjoy by the rooftop pool

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop pol area is awesome, very tasty cocktails. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the location is good S as well. We’ve been here once before, and we are definitely going back 😅

Ghost-Empty Hotel, Poor AC, huge discount, service below minimum acceptable in Ho Chi Minh City

The only good thing in that hotel is the location, in District 1 and maybe the price (60% discount of course, here are the reasons below, no surprise).

First, it's a ghost hotel, I got huge discount, more than 60% discount of the official price. But then, here is the reason! During my entire journey, I met only 5 customers, I was the only one in that hotel almost. When I arrived, I received the comment like I was upgraded, to the last floor with City View. Of course, I was the only one customer! Then, Air Conditioning was really poor! AC is automatically switched OFF, as soon as you leave the room and it take 2 hours to cool down the room again, every time you come back! Also AC was switched OFF in common area, corridors, elevators (except at the reception)... Then Breakfast stops at 9h30: not enough Customers to be like International Standard (till 10 or 10h30). Staff with artificial smile all the time, even when they told you breakfast is closed. My favorite was during checkout, they sent somebody to check the room and they ask "anything from the minibar?" while the girl was checking it. Anyway, never again in such hotel where people are acting stupidly. And to finish, there is a construction site just next, very noisy. One day, the water from the sink was brown and a lot more....

Harry (aka Hieu) at the front door was a pleasure to meet and get to know. Smart and kind and so helpful, he would be a

easy access to various points of interest and places to eat and drink.

The bed was quite hard. extra padding was added as a fair solution though.

Value for money, walking distance to Nguyen Hue walking street, quiet area to rest

You have to wake up early or else you won't be able to eat anything. The food cooked is exact to the number of guests per day. They don't replenish/serve new ones to empty food warmers. Everything is almost perfect except for breakfast.

Great location for short stay in Ho Chi Minh. Nice pool, and friendly staff.

The Hotel was within walking distance to lots of places, and the hotel pool was great! Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The room air conditioning didn’t work, I was only there for one night so didn’t bother asking for help. Also, the bathroom smelt like cigarettes, despite it being a non smoking room.

Overall short term stay ok, wouldn’t class as 4 star thou more like 3 star hotel

Roof Top pool good, bar could be manned more. Staff very friendly & helpful

Pillows were hard breakfast was ordinary, ants at table each morning quite a bit of construction happening next too hotel, right next door which continues til late hours of the night
