This condo was very clean, well-stocked with everything you might need, with a very responsive host. Check-in was easy and simple, and condo was lovely. The complex was perfect for walking our dog. And close to Rehoboth Ave. and the beach. Can't imagine staying anywhere else!

This place was ADORABLE and honestly perfect for me, my brother, and his wife. The location was great. The beds were a bit firm but other than that everything was perfect. The washer/dryer was a game changer. We loved the enclosed patio and the decorations. The keurig was nice to have and my sister in law was thrilled! The little extras were greatly appreciated. Would definitely return!

Even better than the listing, this beautiful condo is in a lovely, well-maintained property. It's close to beach and activities and is stocked with all you need to feel at home during your vacation. Owner was a dream to work with. Rehoboth Beach is a fabulous vacation destination, friendly to pedestrians, bikes, wheelchairs and pets but with a laid back vibe, even with holiday crowds. Absolutely loved our stay!

We loved this property! We had stayed nearby but wanted a better pool experience and this delivered (we were a little bummed the hot tub was out of commission). Kitchen had everything you could want and the freezer had an ice maker which was also a step up from where we'd rented previously. We are definitely considering renting it again for next year!

Great stay for my partner, kid, dog and me. Little amenities were greatly appreciated like travel soaps to hold us over until we made it to LEH soaps. Was grateful linens and bath towels were included and appreciated the interior decorating of the house. Unexpected fire alarm on the 4th added a little excitement that evening! Kid loved the pool.

Very comfortable condo with great location near the beach. Excellent for families, had everything you could think of to accommodate small children. Host was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Amy made this a very easy transaction and she was very responsive, which we greatly appreciated. It was an easy, no hassle, getaway to the beach! The location was perfect! Loved the easy access to the walking trail and privacy of the condo complex. The condo furnishings and decor were very nice, very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked!

We enjoyed staying next to the Junction & Breakwater Trail. It was a short drive to the main drag and restaurants, boardwalk and beach. The condo is bright, clean, tastefully decorated, and a comfortable stay.

All you have to bring is your personal stuff & food. EXCELLENT LOCATION ! Great beach condo! Clean and roomy. Close to everything and in a gated community. On ground floor so it’s easy access for pets, older or disabled, or just easy for loading and unloading suitcases and bags. Beautiful water feature off of screened back porch.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in mid-October with our two Labs. It is close to Coastal Highway and just minutes from the beach. The community was very quiet and we enjoyed accessing the Junction and Breakwater Trail that runs behind the condos. The host even included a few unexpected amenities that we really appreciated. Listening to the fountain on the screened porch was very relaxing. The dogs enjoyed exploring under the tall pine trees and around the pond. We would highly recommend this condo for cleanliness, comfort and convenience.

Loved this condo! Great layout inside and well-stocked with supplies. The area is really nice for walking & very dog friendly. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs on vacation, too. The owner was easy to work with, kind, with good communication. We hope to return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed Amy’s property. It was well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. It was clean, convenient, and offered a few delightful surprises like a very cozy outdoor screened in porch overlooking a fountained pond. Then we found a back gate to a bike path that went to Lewes, very nice. The entry codes worked handily and made access easy. Very convenient location to beach and movies on a rainy day and food shopping. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful 1st visit to Rehoboth
Amy’s condo is decorated so nicely. She has her kitchen is well appointed with everything you need if you want to make dinner in some nights. It is very close to town and the walking/biking trail behind the house is an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Amy😊

The Tides
Very Clean with easy access. Hostess thought of every little detail to make our stay even nicer; even down to a phone charger in each bedroom. Very well stocked with pots pans dishes utensils and cooking oils and Spices, etc. Pet friendly! Decor so nice, making it very welcoming. Would recommend

The Tides was an excellent place to stay, especially if pets are joining. Just about any toiletry you could need was available, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots, etc. The location was great, off the main highway but tucked away in a quiet location. There is a nature trail behind The Tides, and downtown Rehoboth/the beach is a few minutes drive (also within a reasonable walking distance).
There were dog beds and bowls, and my dog loved looking out the patio door which faces a small lake and grass area. Both the condo and the general area were very clean.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wishing to travel close to the beach without having to worry about bringing linens, towels, soap, etc. etc. etc.
