The house was designed by a renowned tropical architect, and sits on 5 acres of secluded bushland with direct NE beach frontage. There is great fishing and snorkelling on the fringing reef just offshore, which can also be explored by reef-walking at low tide. The design of the house makes full advantage of the balmy Whitsundays weather with wraparound balconies, and bi-folding doors capturing ocean breezes. 2 lounges, a generous kitchen and 2 dining areas mean there are plenty of communal spaces. The gazebo is perfect for alfresco dining, and there is use of a BBQ, or the fire-pit for the more adventurous. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably in 3 air-conditioned king bedrooms with ensuites. Upstairs, the luxurious master bedroom retreats has an ensuite, private balcony, king-size bed and spectacular ocean views. The second master also has a private balcony, king-size bed, great views and exclusive use of a bathroom. Downstairs, another ocean facing king-sized room and ensuite bathroom. The natural setting means kangaroos, kookaburras and native parrots are daily visitors. In the Bay dolphins, turtles, sand rays are frequently spotted, and the reef teams with colourful fish and coral. Montes, Eco resort and Dingo beach pub are a short drive away if you fancy a meal out. Slightly further afield the bustling hub of Airlie Beach is only 40 mins away; your gate way to adventure sports and Barrier reef activities.
