Gostei bastante do café da manhã WI-FI Limpeza

Elevador, o principal não vai até as garagens, precisa trocar de elevador para acesso as garagens. Garagem vc precisa chegar cedo para garantir sua vaga, pessoal acaba dando um jeitinho, mas tem esse detalhe

Custo benefício não compensou

O café da manhã estava bem gostoso, a cama confortável, bom tamanho do quarto.

Não achei que o custo X benefício compensou. Nosso quarto tinha uma mancha enorme de infiltração no teto, em cima da cama - dava para ouvir a goteira (a cada 30 seg), a pia do banheiro estava entupida e a vazão da água era muito baixa. Solicitamos que o teto fosse verificado assim que chegamos, porém não foram verificar. Além disso tinha uma baratinha morta no chão. O estacionamento também é pequeno, não comportando todos os carros (o hotel estava bem cheio).

Sempre fico no Café Royal, gosto do chuveiro, tive oportunidade de ficar num quarto com uma vista linda, a localização me agrada bastante também!

Infelizmente me deparei com uma barata saindo debaixo da minha cama, a situação foi resolvida fazendo a troca do quarto porém isso me levou a perceber que talvez ele não seja tão limpo quanto parece, principalmente embaixo da cama. Atendimento na recepção tem sido bem ruim, não me recordo dos nomes mas já a terceira vez que sou atendida com a maior frieza e falta de vontade, uma vez queria comprar água e o rapaz que tinha as chaves não queria abrir pra mim e só depois de insistência que ele o fez. Já fiquei mais de 20 vezes no hotel e essas questões me fazem repensar se devo continuar, infelizmente.

Está longe de representar a rede, mas a limpeza foi o melhor.

Very good

Great breakfast, centrally located, apartments are comfortable.

Internet access doesn’t work well, there are issues with the Wi-Fi design and also the backbone that feeds the system was undersized and is not able to supply the demand even when the hotel is not crowded. The number of parking spots in the garage is also limited, and on the busiest days, if you don’t come early, you won’t be able to park inside. It’s a bit noisy when there are parties in the ground floor.

No food service! The area has no good restaurants, the property should open a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

This a great and clean place for a short stay in Varginha.

This a great and clean place for a short stay in Varginha. I've searched around and this was the only 4-star hotel in the area (considering the other towns nearby). We stayed in a very nice and large room, very clear and comfortable beds. Breakfast was also great! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying there.

I didn't have breakfast, but the bed and the shower were great. I was in town for a party for a single night and the room definitely met my expectations. I'd recommend this hotel for people visiting Varginha.

the AC wasn’t heating, there’s no room service, tv was old and wasn’t working properly and WIFI was the worse I’ve ever seen.

I won’t go back

this property state that it’s a 4 star hotel but it is far from it

when I arrived late night I waited for 25 min for a staff to receive me in the reception, there were nobody there for 25 min. when I complained the staff was rude to me. So I went to my room and my blanked was dirty and I asked to change my blanked and the staff told me to go down and pick it up myself! I obviously refused. Terrible service and bad breakfast.
