Short stay with ocean views

The views are stunning and the price was very good, also a comfy bed

The locks on the main balcony door was not really safe and didn't close that well

The best view

The apartment was very nice. The view was the best!!! The big bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The kitchen had everything you needed. The WiFi worked great,but not in the bedroom.

There was no salt, pepper, oil or anything. Although there was a washing machine there was no laundry detergent.

Very untidy: cleaning of floors had not been done. One of the beds was broken. Somewhat poor kitchenware (but kitchen as such rather functional).

the situation and lovely pool, which was very well maintained. plenty of sunbeds and parasols for guests. host was helpf

close to beaches and eating places. double bedroom was comfortable. single beds uncomfortable for adults. cleaned and refreshed regularly.

small balcony and doors urgently need repairing. kitchen utensils and cutlery needs upgrade.

Superb

We loved the rustic, wooden, traditional features of the unit. Swimming pool and landscaping are absolutely beautiful. Felt almost private. Promenade is just through gate for beautiful walks anytime of day or night. Nice shops very close for food and souvenirs. Beautiful place in a beautiful location!

away for my mums 60th birthday. some of us stayed in this accommodation while others stayed in hotels. our location was

location, pool right out back, good size, facilities, exceptional communication from the hosts!!

is ideal for short breaks but longer stays would probably struggle as kitchen facilities are limited but were perfect for us as we were only there for 4 days.

Very enjoyable and good value and we will certainly return.

Wonderful location. Lovely pool. Great view. Immaculate and very pretty grounds. Away from noise. Rather basic cooking facilities but great washing machine . When the TV and the shower broke they were fixed immediately by very pleasant staff. The kettle was replaced within 24 hours when we messaged to say it wasn’t working.

I would have preferred a better equipped kitchen ( more plates , glasses, pans, kitchen knives very blunt) and the sheets were rather threadbare. Bed was comfortable though and plenty of towels and blankets. Also would have preferred to show our passports to a member of staff, not send electronically. Although the sheets were changed after a week , no one came to clean until the day before we left, 10 days into our stay. The doors and shutters were hard to securely close so in the wind they banged a lot.

Perfect Stay

The location is perfect, sea front and a short walk to the center of Playa del Ingles. Apartment was spacious and clean. Two lovely sized bedrooms and a good shower. Lovely balcony area and pool kept very clean.

location was excellent. it was quiet as not full. garden was good. pool was very clean.

pool was very cold! the doors to terrace were very old and illfitting and the kitchen was basic to say the least. no soap or washing up liquid. no matching 4 of anything.

Nice place to spend Holiday!

Perect location, outstanding view, pleasant Gardena, refreshing swimming pool, sunny šíře terace. Bus station realy Closer.

There was just one small pot for cooking,we soud appreciate any bigger.otherwise the kitchen equipment was ok.

Fantastic location

You couldn’t ask for a better location in Playa del Ingles. WiFi was generally ok and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

The apartment is very dated and a bit grubby in areas (particularly the kitchen). We would happily pay a bit more for a place which is better maintained.

the location is superb.

the lock box for the keys was a disaster. its up too high and in to far in the bushes. and its to dark to see the digits. i had to stop someone on the street to get the light on their phone.

Relaxing sun holiday in October

Location is perfect, with pool at the apartment and sandy beach 300 mtrs away. Shops and restaurants within 100 mtrs. As you venture further there are even more shops and restaurants....a water park and amusement park a short taxi ride away... Hot Sunshine in October.

I wish the apartment had air-con and a washing machine but there's probably no room for additional appliances.

A perfect location for swimming in the ocean

Location is more than perfect, the landscape, the ocean image from the balcony, the proximity to the shopping area and the best beach on the island, the uniqueness of the seafront, the fantastic beach... There is a very useful washing machine in the bathroom, quiet and efficient. The fridge is large and in good technical status. The bedrooms are comfortable, especially the main one. Here the bed is very large and the mattress was of good quality.

The noise and behaviour of some neighbour guests in the other apartments: jumps in the pool at 1.30 at night, huge noise after lunch, bringing each day friends to the pool from outside the location, leaving disorder around the pool and not respecting the hygiene conditions so that next day in the morning the water in the pool had an unpleasant smell... As there is no permanent reception there, it was impossible for the host to supervise the behaviour of the guests.
