We traveled down with a large group for our annual Clearwater volleyball vacation. Everything was amazing. The property managers were so responsive and we were a very short walk to the beach. Pool was heated and very comfortable. All guests were happy and looking to book again for next year.

This was a great vacation space, extremely close to the beautiful white sand beach, great shopping and restaurants, short distance from airport, clean, modern, spacious rooms with great beds and 3 fridges which was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!!

We enjoyed our stay and the large house met our needs for the number of guests. There were tons of pool and beach toys/chairs/floats/towels available, which made the stay easier for packing. The kitchen did provide basic cooking needs and there were a handful of spices. There are 2 full size refrigerators in the kitchen and seating for 12 plus a sofa with a coffee table in the kitchen. Ample outdoor seating for 20. The property manager was easy to communicate with and provided quick responses. 14 smart tvs available and connectivity was great, even with the number of guests using the wifi. Only 1 bedroom has a private bathroom, all others are shared. We will def consider staying here in the future for a large group!

Few things need improved:-
bins outside were extremely full when we arrived and full of flies and maggots. No separation of recycling and general waste.
Dishwasher rubbish. Doesn’t clean dishes properly
Waste sink doesn’t work
Not nearly enough bedding for sofa beds
Gate doesn’t lock
Main door doesn’t work properly. Keeps locking you out
Area in one side of pool is earth and stones. Very smelly and wind blows dirt into pool all the time needs paved !
However we had a brilliant time !!

We had a big family vacation here recently. Great home, lots of room and it was so clean! We loved how well stocked the home was as well with lots of towels and washcloths available. The pool option was also a great add on to the beach which is very close to the house. I would definitely recommend!

This place had everytging we could ask for. We are a large family and even had extra room which is rare for us. Location was perfect! All the amenities helped as well. Would definitely stay here again!

I will start by saying the management company is incredibly responsive. The actual house is decent but I would never rent here again. A few takeaways: the bedrooms are small (like you can’t store your luggage in the rooms small) and there is a lot of bulky furniture in the rooms, the spiral staircase is very limiting and can be dangerous for kids, supplies very limited in the kitchen with pots and pans, sharp knives( we had to go buy), the first floor AC doesn’t work great ( but does work), not all TV Remotes work, the floors were very dirty when we arrived, there is only one dollar store broom in the house with a handheld dustpan (no mop, swiffer or vacuum), the pool was very cloudy (we could not see our children at the bottom of the pool) until we had the pool person come back 3x. The last 3 days we were able to see the bottom of the pool. The pool person did say this pool is always cloudy and the filter had not been cleaned properly in the long time. There was a pack n play at the house which was a plus for us. Outside furniture is high quality (polywood). Very close to the beach. 3 full size refrigerators which is great. We had a good time, you get what you pay for. This house is a 6/10.

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it so much, we'd love to own it!! Location is everything! We are steps away from the beach which is a must when traveling with young children. The kids loved the pool and very large living room! Perfect home away from home!!

From the time everyone walked in they were amazed at how spacious, clean and inviting that this home was. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, there were three large refrigerators in this house, a small refrigerator in the bar and any thing you needed for cooking. There was nothing that we could have needed to stay here that wasn't provided.
The location was amazing, the beach, entertainment areas and eating establishments were all in walking distance.
The deck on the house offered a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. It was sooo peaceful and always had a nice breeze.
We never had time for watching TV's on this trip, but for anyone that wants to chill in front of the TV or watch a game there was one in every bedroom and four in the huge living room/ den. The lighting in the house and at the pool side bar was awesome if your having guests / entertaining.
The house was everything and more than the description. We will be bragging on this for years. We and other family members hope to return here soon.

I booked this property for a trip for work. We comfortably were able to house all 7 of us with room to spare. We would definitely stay here again. It is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, so that was great. Book this place if you are looking for room and not wanting to break the bank!

We brought a group of 20 to stay for Spring Break. Multiple families of lifelong friends. We absolutely loved the pool area! The amount of TVs was amazing for March Madness! Having 3 full-sized refrigerators and the bar fridge made it perfect for the large group with all the room for food and drinks. We were able to fit 5 cars in the drive. We had never been to Clearwater and fell in love with the walkability of all the restaurants, bars, and shops. We would definitely stay again!

The location of this house can't be beat!!! The deck is amazing, the short walk to the beach is amazing, the windows that open up to the pool area are amazing. Everyone loved it, well thought out details including all of the fridges, bathrooms, etc. We had a group of 14 and everyone was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property!

We had a group of 13 at the property for a 3 day weekend and it was a very accommodating and fun place! All bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and prepared. Unfortunately though there was NO internet and tv, which was a huge selling point for selecting this particular property and expecting good service based on the advertising. We had to go out for all the sports games and playoffs which was a big disappointment since we were planning to be at property. They had no good response or sense of urgency to help. Additionally one of the two fridges was not working properly. A lot of money spent with some major inconveniences. No response when asking for reimbursement…
Proximity to beach, restaurants and bars are all walking distance! The pool was a highlight and we did enjoy the grill.

The neighborhood was very quiet the beach was closer then expected the agent was excellent quick to answer and very friendly and helpful the pool was clean also the house was spacious would book again and tell friends about it!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! My family loved the house. So close to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious. The upstairs deck is wonderful for sunset. The pool was great for the younger folks to play water games. The only down side was only one roll of TP per bathroom, no soap of any kind, no cutting boards. With as pricey a rental as this is, I think these things should be provided. Otherwise the house was fantastic!

This house was absolutely perfect for the 10 people in my party. Allison was very helpful with the check in process and we were able to get in a little early! We all had our own beds, and mostly our own rooms. 5 bathrooms was perfect! The kitchen is great, and well stocked with dishes. The pool was amazing. However, we got into town early and walked by the house and noticed the pool was a little murky and needed to be treated. I let the realtor office know and they went over that night to treat the pool. It was sparkling clean and ready to go for us the next day! The only “negative” I have is that the house is stocked with literally nothing. The email I received ahead of time said we’d be provided with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathrooms so we planned ahead to get more of that. However, there was no dish soap, garbage bags, hand soap, or any sort of cleaning supplies. The front gate lock was broken (the realtor company was aware of this and said it was in the process of being fixed.) throughout our 4 days stay, there were 3 different occasions that random people walked through the unlocked gate into the outdoor pool area. One man asked if he could use the pool. If the lock was fixed, this would have been a very safe home and the area is great! Overall it was a wonderful stay, just a few things that could be improved.

Happy with our stay
The house was great. Happy with the amount of bedrooms, kitchen space and pool. Location was great. They have plenty of beach towels and chairs. No need to bring your own. Had a few issues with the appliances not working. The rental staff was very helpful. Overall a great experience.

Amazing place
Absolutely phenomenal place. I will say we never officially got a check in email or code for the house but we were let in by the cleaning crew. A few things were broken upon arrival, but it was likely things from the previous people that were looked over. Perfect location and place for a big group of people.

The location and the size of this property was ideal for our family reunion. Having a pool besides access to the beach was awesome. The property manager was also very good. Perfect spot!!

Loved the location of the property! Checking in was difficult, no gate code sent. Pool very cloudy and needed to be shocked. Minor things. Would definitely go back!!

Delightful Vacation Home
Forever Sunshine couldn't have been better. My family and friends had a wonderful time. The amenities in the house were great, the appliances high end and new, the beds very comfortable, the beach just a half block away with no roads to cross and the pool was wonderful for all of us! We hope to return another year!

Celebrating our 60th Anniversary with our children
Property is amazing!! Enough beds for our group. We rented this property for our family as a gift from us to them. Short walk to the Gulf. Could walk to most places. Swimming pool is very nice to come back to after playing at the beach. Would enjoy returning at some point. Young adults enjoyed going for ice cream nearly every evening. Fun place to visit.
