Internet High Speed WLAN included. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine + dryer, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. Underground parking available for a fee! All apartments are particularly centrally located but still quiet between the main station u. Königsplatz on the 3rd floor m. Lift. Due to the good transport connections U- and S-Bahn connection at the main station, U-Bahn at Königsplatz, streetcar corner Dachauer-/Karlstraße as well as the central yet quiet location in the Munich city, it is the ideal starting point to explore the whole city on foot. The surrounding infrastructure is perfectly developed. Property was very clean and well located. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay. The apartment was very nice and larger than expected. There are grocery stores close by.

Ideally located close to the main train station and next to a grocery store, yet quiet. Unfortunately, looking at the pictures we mistakenly thought that there was a balcony, but it's on an apartment across an open courtyard.
The only negative is the lack of a rubber bath mat in the tub/shower and one of us slipped and fell while showering. Fortunately the injury was minor, but it could have been much worse. We strongly recomnend that a rubber bath mat be provided by the owner.
