Cozy apartment convenient to the Heavenly Gondola. Rooms and bathrooms were cozy for six guests. Top-notch kitchen with every pot and pan needed for great homemade dinners. Ground floor entrance was perfect for bringing in snowy gear.

Excellent communication, the property was as advertised. Location was perfect, walking distance to heavenly village and lakeside beach. The property was clean and well stocked. Had a pack and play for the infant.

Every aspect of this rental was incredible. From the cleanliness to the service, to what was provided. For the minor issues I had, communication was clear with the management and for the week that I stayed here, everything went perfectly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Located five minutes walk from Heavenly resort (the Gondola), near good restaurants, supermarket and gas station. Highly recommended for family groups. The house was in great condition, clean and with a full equipped kitchen. The only observation is that the soccer table was not properly maintained (missing bolts, uneven, with some loose parts). We are looking forward to repeat the experience next winter.

Very nice place, managed by BranchVR. Clean with appropriate amenities. Grocery store nearby (walking distance). All kitchen utensils, cooking appliances, grill, etc are available but you will need to purchase the basics (plastic wrap, aluminum foil, salt, pepper, etc). While the property needs some general maintenance, none of this detracted from our stay. The convenience to local activities - Gondola, shuttle to California lodge, restaurants, casinos is what makes it a real plus. And we loved the shuffleboard! We recommend it as a place to stay if you want to ski Heavenly and come with a family/group. It can accomodate a group given the number of beds/bedrooms.

In general we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were large and comfortable, and the location was just within walking range of Heavenly for those lugging their ski gear. We did notice a number of minor repairs needed for lights that were out or door handles that were coming off; but for the more important needs we found the management to be very responsive. We would stay here again; it’s perfect for a family event.

We couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO for our stay! Just a short walk to the downtown area with all the shops and restaurants you could need (casinos too if you’re into that). Also a grocery store a short walk away. And we walked to the gondola every morning with no problems at all. On top of the great location, the place was super clean and very comfortable for our group. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

The condo is a very easy walk to the lake or the village . It was clean and very well-appointed. We bought groceries for the week and there was never a moment where we needed a cooking utensil that wasn't provided.

This is a nicely decorated rental that has a great location in South Tahoe. The unit was overall clean and it was a nice place to land after going out during the day. There we a few quirks (garbage disposal had to be plugged in to function as there didn't appear to be a switch anywhere, no garage door opener, and no direct garage access so lots of in and out with keys manually opening and closing garage door, workers on the balcony the first morning, etc) nothing that was a deal- breaker, but just think there is some room for improvement. We had a good time, just would make a few suggestions.

It was as advertised. Loves the shuffle board and whole kitchen set up. It would have been a long walk to the gondola in ski boots but doable. Lifts closed because of Corona so we didn’t get to ski.

Great townhouse in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. Plenty of room for the kids and my in-laws. We walked up to ice skate and if you do see the gondola to Heavenly is super close!
