Enjoy the Jersey Shore at our beach house in family friendly Ortley Beach (right hand unit only)! Built in June 2019, our house is located on a beach block and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, boardwalks and activities! (If you would like a Water FRONT house on the bay side to rent, inquire about our new construction 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom water front Sunset Drive North house. The last few pics are of our bay house. Listing is in progress and about to go live VRBO # 3795893 https://www.vrbo.com/3795893?rm1=a1&expediaPropertyId=101426198) There are 5 bedrooms - The Master Bedroom has a KING bed, 3 bedrooms have Queen beds, and the 5th bedroom has 2 bunk beds (twin, full, twin). 3 of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The loft bedroom and the bunk bed room are on the 3rd floor. There are 3 full bathrooms (2 showers, 1 tub), 1 half bath, and 1 outdoor shower. Hairdryer is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a toaster oven, rice cooker, slow cooker, Black & Decker coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, 3 blenders, ice maker The laundry room has an iron, steamer, small ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagons, beach toys are provided. Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables fit 10 each. 2 car garage + driveway, 10 beach passes (12 and under are free) **Bring your own bedding and towels or use local linen service - www.theshorelist.com. Duvets + duvet covers and 4 pillows per double bed, 1 pillow per twin bed are provided. NOTE: Only the unit on the RIGHT is for rent. Absolutely NO PROM/PARTIES!

House was open and spacious. It had all the items we needed, fully stocked kitchen so we could cook as we wanted, washer and dryer, plenty of room for our family. glad it had beach chairs etc since we are from out of state and could not bring everything. Everything was clean when we arrived and getting in to the house was easy. TV's all worked. The decor was updated and very pleasant.

The house was absolutely perfect. Location, cleanliness, amenities, you name it, Marc had it covered. Marc was an exceptional host. We have already booked two stay again next year.

We loved being so close to the beach! Everything we needed was close and convenient. We had 11 people in the house and it never felt crowded!

This house had absolutely everything we could have asked for! The owner was very easy to communicate with and made everything super easy and clear before and during our stay. The location was great, the accommodations were great, and nobody could think of a single negative thing to say about this house/trip!

This property was as lovely and updated as pictured and described. Clean, inviting, spacious, cheerful and fully stocked with day to day toiletries and kitchen/cooking/serving needs. Owner was available, helpful and communicated well. Close to Ortley boardwalk with easy access to the beach. Although our visit was off-season, the front deck offered relaxing space to sit in the sun. Nice sized back deck and seating as well.

Marc our host was amazing!! Great communication! Absolutely gorgeous property inside and out, well kept home with every amenity needed for a beach vacation. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and sofas! Quiet, clean I could go on and on!!!

Lovely weekend
The property is very well maintained and has easy beach access. The owner was very easy to work with and helpful. The property also includes a lot of beach chairs and other items that made it super easy to enjoy our beach day. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house and location for family get-together at Thanksgiving
We loved this property and would definitely come back. Marc went above and beyond to communicate with us and to make sure our experience was perfect. The entire first floor is a large long space (living room, dining area, kitchen with island). It's exactly what we needed for a family get-together where some family stayed at the house and others live nearby. The chairs are comfortable and numerous, including at the kitchen island. The dining table is large. The living room and BR's are also very comfortable. Little things like extra paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry detergent made the stay so easy and pleasant! The beach is a two-minute walk and the boardwalk is only a few minutes south of the house. Wonderful!

I stayed for a long weekend with seven friends, and we had an excellent time. Marc is a great communicator--always quick to answer questions and supply additional information. My only nit about the property is that it doesn't include any bed sheets or towels--schlepping a bunch of a linens around while on vacation is sort of a pain. But that's a minor issue. I still give the property a full five stars. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Beach Vaca
Loved this beach house! My family comes to the Jersey Shore every year and this was a great spot. Loved that it was on a beach block and you could walk/bike to a ton of places. It was so nice that beach badges were included with the house. Also, it was a lot bigger than it appeared in pictures! The only thing I would point out, is the backyard is not fenced in and the house is close to 35. Just have to watch small children, otherwise great place to stay!!!

Wonderful beach getaway
Our family had a lovely time in this beautiful new home. There was more than enough room for our group of 10. Location was terrific! So close to the beach and many eateries. Marc the owner is a gracious host and readily available. I highly recommend staying here.

Location, location, location - This is amazing property
We were an all-family group with five little ones hungry for the beach. Marc and Melinda's property has an IDEAL location, balancing nearly everything fun or useful in this area. The beach is so close, you can run back and get something you forgot. Morning coffee or late afternoon ice cream? Easily walkable even with a 3-year-old. If you want the Seaside boardwalk or need an Acme grocery run it's only 5 minutes drive away.
I'd be remiss if I didn't speak to the space in this house, which is excellent. Living/dining room is kids-running-around-crazy approved. Deck and outdoor table made for really nice family dinners. Though it might seem a detail, the garage was very useful - you can bring outdoor gear and keep it out of the way, but still secured.
We had an excellent stay at this house and would not hesitate to go back!

Exceeded Expectations
My husband and I rented this house the week of June 14th and everything exceeded our expectations. Marc and Melinda were great to work and communicate with. The house was beautiful and immaculate. Short walk from the beach and restaurants! Overall, exceeded our expectations and really appreciated the ease of working with the owners

This was largely a mother daughter gathering of about eight people, who found plenty of space to spread out and enjoy privacy. The gathering spaces were large and open, which allowed for perfect social time. There are two decks that also allow for different social groupings. What I liked best, was its close proximity to tourist areas like bagel stores, the seaside boardwalk , and of course, the beach. All that in a very classy package! Super easy to work with the owner.

Perfect Jersey Shore Getaway
We had a wonderful time reuniting with our family at the Jersey Shore. Marc was an incredible host and thought of everything. The house is so comfortable and clean. We cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen and hung out and talked and laughed on the deck for hours on end. The weather was so nice that we walked to the beach every day of our stay. Loved going for morning runs on the main drag and grabbing a bagel at Baking Bagels right around the corner. Nothing like Crab's Claw for afternoon happy hour and people watching.
Pre-arrival communication was clear and easy. Would definitely consider returning and highly recommend this fantastic vacation home!

Mini Escape
We absolutely loved this home. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and had a wonderful location. The owner checked in on us to make sure we were having a nice time. Walking distance to restaurant and beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. I would return as well as recommend.

Girls Weekend
We stayed in the off-season. Everything was great! The house was clean and Marc was very communicative and willing to answer any questions. There were extra precautions taken due to COVID which were also very appreciated!

The house was nicer than it even looked in the photos! And just a block from the gorgeous beach and not far from the boardwalk and amenities like grocery stores. Very happy with everything.
