Large modern kitchen and bath with walk-in shower. Two spacious bedrooms each with queen beds. Large living room with dining area and great lake views through two sliding glass doors to the full width deck overlooking lake. There is a new queen sofa bed in living room, along with new large smart screen TV. Cable programming and high speed wireless internet. Very nice hot tub. Outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit. Very nice yard and beach frontage, along with dock. Delightfully decorated. Well maintained and exceptionally clean. Kayaks and bikes available to rent for $25/day/item - delivered to cottage. In cottage massages, private wine tours, kayak and canoe rentals, motor boats, horseback riding, bike rentals, yoga are all available for the asking, and at various costs. Please contact us for any details. *The default rate is based on 4 guests. The cottage is located right next to Seneca lake and you can see it from the living room. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect as well. We loved our stay and would love to come back again.

It was very clean, including the hot tub. The view was beautiful and the location was great, right in the middle of so many wineries. Would definitely stay again. I had no need to communicate with the property manager.

The cottage is quaint and cozy. The outdoor areas were prefect. Nice hot tub, deck, and dock area. Only one roll of TP. I knew this going in but at this price I shouldn’t have to worry about toilet paper. Otherwise nice location. Oh it was trash day and I received a text to put the trash out by the road. It was not a question. Just said I needed to. It would have been nice to be asked to do them a favor.

The house is in a great spot. Easy access to the surrounding towns. It was so nice to jump in the lake and/or get a reset in the hot tub. The house was comfortable for our group.

Pros: Nice location with view. Comfortable beds. Cons: AC only in living/dining room. Very noisy. Bathroom door doesn't stay closed. Lots of rules sent a week before rental date which were not mentioned in the listing.

We have stayed at many VRBOs and so have a sort of internal checklist of things we look for- this cottage hit more marks than any place we have stayed. The home is in a beautiful and quiet location, it was spotlessly clean ( including all appliances) , and had so many touches geared toward comfort and relaxation. Beautiful cosy bedding, suitcase racks, fans in each room, plentiful soft towels for bath kitchen and hot tub, large deck, very nice grill and excellent lake view. Plenty of food options within a short distance and beautiful wineries including one a walk up the road. We plan to return!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the cottage on the lake. It was central to all the Finger Lakes. It was great to soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Very clean & easy to check in/out.

Spent the weekend touring Seneca and Keuka lake wineries, and this location was perfect. Comfortable home, lake view was beautiful, hot tub was an added bonus. On the short list of places to stay when we return.

The cottaged was staged beautifully.! We were quite impressed with it, it was very cozy. The location made it easy to get to the wineries and other towns as desired. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and there were plenty of towels provided for our use. It was the weekend getaway that we needed! How lovely to wake up and start your morning on the deck with the lake to greet you ... and to end your day in the hot tub with the view of the lake. There isn't much separation or soundproofing between the bedrooms though so we had to whisper at bedtime so as not to disturb the other couple that was with us. Overall though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is also very responsive to questions and was very welcoming. Our first time using vrbo and it was a very good experience. We hope to come back again. Thanks so much for everything!

The location of the cabin was very convenient to a good amount of wineries. We visited 9 and didn’t have to drive any further than maybe 20 minutes, many of them were within a 5 minute drive. The cabin is on the lake, the hot tub is awesome! The cabin was cozy and made us feel right at home, even our dog was so relaxed there. it was staged beautifully when we arrived, and there were towels for the hot tub, plenty of bathroom towels, kitchen towels, and the kitchen had pots, pans, toaster, everything we could need. FYI… coffee maker is for regular coffee not a Keurig. Not that it matters but that was the only bit of information that I couldn’t find anywhere before we went so I didn’t know which kind of coffee to pack, lol.

The house was super clean upon check in, accurately described, and perfectly situated. Having the hot tub was such a nice addition to the stay :) Super easy to get to the town of Penn Yan, only 10-15 mins away, for grocery store, gas, restaurants, etc. Also only a 10 min drive to Keuka Outlet Trail for some easy scenic hiking with nice waterfalls. And of course right in the heart of FLX wine country!

Anthony Road is one of our favorite wineries so having a property that was less than a minute drive away was amazing. You could get to Geneva or Penn Yan in around 15 minutes so it was a really nice central location. Property was great, absolutely loved the hot tub! Nothing bad to say

Great location, great views. Very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Not to be too critical but if cooking/eating there, bring everything in terms of ingredients. There’s absolutely nothing there - no coffee, nothing in the fridge (not hot sauce, ketchup, etc), no cooking oil, etc. We brought everything luckily but if you arrive late at night and expect coffee in the morning, you’re either bringing it or driving to Penn Yan/Geneva.

Great location, within 30 minutes of so many wineries and has a beautiful lake view! The house was perfect for 2 couples, it would be a bit too small for more than 4 adults. We relaxed in the hot tub every night!

We really enjoyed our trip to Seneca lake The cottage was in excellent condition, very well kept. We did have some Miscommunication with the owner about our dogs, but I think we got that taken care of, I hope, My only wish would be that the yard was completely fenced in, but other than that , we truly had a great time , honestly can’t wait to go back, hopefully in summer time so we can more enjoy the lake. Excellent experience. The cottage was very clean and was exactly as the pictures showed. The owners had a beautiful fresh cut dahlia on the table that lasted the week. They also texted a quick message after we arrived to make sure all was in order. We didn't need them---but I know they would have responded immediately if we had a question or concern. We had a couple of exchanges prior to arriving and the response time was immediate. Teacups with a sample of tea were on each bed---I am not a tea drinker, but I thought the gesture was nice. We were there in the Fall, the cottage was perfect as far as warmth--can't speak to the air conditioning. Beds were comfortable, love the gas stove. TV is available but didn't watch. Washer and dryer were available. We did two loads during our stay and both machines worked perfectly. Hot tub was fantastic--stars at night or looking out over the lake. Very quiet. Never heard any noise from either neighbor. The location was perfect for us--close to Penn Yan for groceries. It was just the two of us in the cottage---I thought it was just the right size. But 4 could stay there just as easy. Close to great wineries that my husband wanted to visit. Highlights: Viewing the sunrise over the lake while I enjoyed sitting at the dining room table eating breakfast. The hot tub after a day of hiking. Going to Watkins Glen State Park. Oh my---just spectacular--but here is a hint: Get there at 8:30. We saw just a few people on the way up the gorge trail--and were able to stop and enjoy all the beauty the gorge has to offer. But on the way back down--it was just a sea of humanity of people just starting up. Those visitors did not have the same experience. Take a day to visit Ithaca if you are a waterfalls fan. There are several gorgeous ones. Great day trip. And if you are there before the middle of October, visit the Spotted Duck Creamery. Delicious ice cream. Whatever you choose, it will be a great visit to the Finger Lakes area and the cottage is a perfect place to stay. **my only constructive comment would be to have the owners buy a new frying pan. The cottage comes with two non-stick frying pans that were old--the non-stick bottom is scratched and coming off. Wasn't a problem for us because we do A LOT of cooking and bring our own pans. But it would be a nice addition to future guests!

Cottage had everything we needed to stay in on a rainy day and cook, watch tv, hangout. Was conveniently located near many many amazing wineries. Lake was beautiful. Dock could use some work to create a nice outdoor lakefront area.

We had a nice time at the rental house, and the view was wonderful. The hot tub was an added bonus! We rarely left the property as the weather was perfect, but the wineries were right down the road for our enjoyment. The location is excellent!
