A wonderful time was had by all! The house was adorable and so clean. Great location, we were able to walk to town for dinner and the hike Watkins Glen. We hit up some local wineries on both sides of Seneca Lake. Very convenient location and beautiful view of the Lake! Much needed respite for these 5 working moms!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to relax and location provided easy access to cute town of Watkins Glen, waterfalls, and wineries. Dawn provided great service, was readily available and mailed out an item I had left behind. Would stay here again.

Stay was great. Could use a few more plates. The couch along was low and offered little support. Appreciated supplies for grill. Hot water supply for shower was great! Location was great. Curly’s Family Restaurant was a good spot for breakfast!

Sevilla at the Glen was the perfect spot for our trip to Watkins Glen. The location was easy walking distance to everything downtown and the State Park. The house was neat and clean with everything we needed, and had an awesome view across Lake Seneca from the porch. Communication with Dawn was very easy and she responded quickly to any questions I had. Would recommend!

Awesome stay! Great location to explore everything the Finger Lakes have to offer. Easy walk into town to grab a drink or dinner when not out on the lakes or touring vineyards. Dawn is a great host and very responsive. She even shipped some items left behind!

If you’re looking for a cute little house with all the amenities and in close distance from town, this rental is for you. Dawn was responsive and thorough with all the necessities. My family and I had such a sweet and relaxing trip in Watkins Glen!

We booked this as a girls trip to the Finger Lakes and it was perfect. It was nice to be able to walk into town, the house had everything that we needed and the hostess was super helpful in telling us where to park. There were tons of brochures which helped us plan our trip. Only downside was alot of steps after alot of wine. :) I even left my pillow there and the hostess offered to ship it to me.

The location of the house is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and the marina. It was plenty of space for our family of five and well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. Cleanliness was on point and Dawn was great in terms of communication. We had a great stay!!! Our only complaint was the amount of loud semi trucks on the road out front.

We enjoyed our stay. The house accommodated two couples well. Initially was concerned there was only one bathroom, but it worked out fine and wasn’t too inconvenient. The house has a pretty view of the lake from front porch, living room and some bedrooms. Kitchen was roomy and appointed with everything we needed. Upstairs bedroom got hot quickly, but has a quiet, efficient air conditioner. Road noise was a little loud (trucks) when we arrived on Thursday but seemed to quiet down over the weekend. WiFi and TV services functioned well. Location was great. Walkable to town restaurants, shops and Watkins State Park (a must see!) Wineries a short drive away. Overall, we had a great stay. Check in/out very easy. A great host.

House was clean and seemed to have everything we needed for a Weekend getaway. The only think that made us uneasy was the security of the house. Locks on doors just didn’t seem to be enough. Some of the deadbolts didn’t seem to work. One outside door did not even have one.

Dawn was very friendly and prompt in answering all of my questions. The house was very clean and probably the most thoroughly provisioned of any place we have ever rented. Anything you could want or need was there. The beds were very comfortable. The sofas were too soft for our preference but everyone likes something different. The only thing not mentioned in the listing that might be a possible problem for anyone with mobility issues, is there are 2 sets of fairly steep stairs between the road and the front porch to maneuver with luggage, etc. The picture of the house only shows the upper set of stairs. The leaves on the mountainsides and around the lake were in peak color. We hiked the Watkins Glen Gorge Trail. Absolutely beautiful! climbed 800 stairs. Then went to Robert Treman Park and hiked the Upper Gorge Loop with 200+ more stairs. Also drove to other waterfalls. Would definitely recommend.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and maintained well. We loved the close proximity to downtown Watkins Glen, the racetrack and the park! The only downside with this property was the traffic noise while sitting on the front porch. Lots of trucks and vehicles going by on a busy highway. Also, the view of the lake was partially blocked by some scrub brush that could be cut back. Other than that, this was a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay very much!

This was a perfect location near hiking and the falls plus all the restaurants just a short walk away. The house had a view of the lake and was a short drive from lots of wine tasting vineyards. Dawn was helpful when a friend could not get an uber or lyft to take her to the airport. A gorgeous fall getaway with friends.

My husband and I spent a long weekend here with my parents and our two young children. We so appreciated all of the toys, books and games already at the house for kids! There was plenty of space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels available, and a very well stocked kitchen. The view from the front porch is lovely, and it is very easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops in Watkins Glen.

We stayed at this home for the Finger Lakes Wine Festival. The home was conveniently located to the downtown area and only a short drive to Watkins Glen International Speedway. Communications with the owner were great so obtaining access to the house was super easy. The house was very clean, comfortable and inviting. Our group had the best time sitting on the porch and enjoying the lake views. Definitely planning a repeat visit.

The house had everything we needed. Absolutely loved the view over the lake. The neighbors were delightful. One suggestion we had was that the oak table should be covered, as little rings kept appearing, and we had to constantly scrub them out. Place mats could have also helped? Other than that our stay was perfect! Loved the fireflies!! Oh, I picked up garbage outside of the house upon arrival. Some mix up with the garbage can. All in all it was perfect!

The owner was always quick to reply. Nice home. Lots of little thoughtful conveniences all throughout the house and everything we needed. Great location close to town. Only down sides were only one bathroom with 6 adults and the upstairs bedrooms are not private. They also are tough for anyone tall as he hit his head on the slanted ceilings all the time. Totally recommend this rental.
