Our group of friends spent 3 nights at this place and it was perfect for us. The location is perfect, right by the lake. We were able to walk to town. It's a unique place, that allows 3 couples to have personal space and also big enough for a group dinner and gathering. The owner was great with communication and very responsive.

Great location. Amazing views of Lake Seneca. Walking distance to town & restaurants. Perfect bedroom arrangements for our family. Lots of bathrooms & King size bed with is a must. LOTS of stairs which is just an FYI. we love the extra workout.

This is our second year staying at the Bower’s townhouse. It is in the perfect location and has all the amenities you will need. The view is spectacular and the weather was perfect.

Highly recommend this location! Loved waking up to the gorgeous views of the lake and foliage. We walked to restaurants, breweries, and the trolley for a wine tour. Had a great time at the wineries, and hiking in the State Park. A fantastic long weekend for all!

Great location! There was no lack of things to do in the area. This house is in the heart of Watkins Glen and very convenient to groceries, dining, the harbor and park. The house itself met all of our needs just fine. Comfortable beds. Fluffy towels. Be prepared for a lot of steps. 35 to be exact. The main entrance is harbor side at the bottom of the steps. However there is a second entrance at the top of the stairs on the town side which is very helpful for loading and unloading.

This worked out great for us 5 over 60. Yes there are a lot of steps. Lucky for us was okay. Liked that we could walk to dinner in the evening or stay in and make our own. Would rent again.

This home is amazing! Six adult guests. Plenty of room and privacy. Walking distance to many downtown attractions located on the water with beautiful patio and lake access to kayak Dan and Ann are amazing and very helpful!

We gathered for a mini-family reunion and birthday celebration - the rooms and bathrooms were clean and linens fluffy- kitchen was well appointed - the hosts were very responsive - even helping us secure a package arriving overnight - easy walk into town - the views were spectacular from the balcony! We highly recommend!

This home is amazing! Six adult guests. Plenty of room and privacy. Walking distance to many downtown attractions located on the water with beautiful patio and lake access to kayak Dan and Ann are amazing and very helpful!

These units might just be the best rental properties in all of Finger Lakes area. Property features matched pictures, and the location even surpassed expectations. Location offered unbeatable views from the balcony and guest patio, plenty of sunlight at sunrise (or great quality blinds to avoid it), and such great proximity to the main street of Watkins Glen and also to the State Park.
Beautifully appointed inside with modern features. Very clean at arrival. Convenience of full-size washer/dryer, quality towels, and kitchen starters like sugar, salt/pepper, oil, coffee pods, etc.
Highly recommended to those wanting something in Watkins Glen and/or all of Finger Lakes.

This was our first time visiting Finger Lake and we enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect location with a great view of harbor and lake, walking distance to harbor and restaurants. The townhouse was clean and spacious. Ann and Dan were warm and quik with any questions. There are a lots of steps for people have knee problems should be awar.

Perfect location and beautiful views of Seneca lake. House was spacious -had all that we needed during our stay including towels, sheets, hand wash, etc - very thoughtful. Easy communication.
Watkins Glen Park and restaurants - all walking distance.
(Only recommendation is to add full length mirrors in bedrooms or bathrooms - which has been suggested in other reviews).

We planned this weekend as a getaway for my immediate family (siblings and significant others). We had a great time and the property continued to surpass expectations with the views, cleanliness, and location. We were able to walk the town when we wanted and could get anywhere due to the central location of the property.
The hosts were very courteous, accessible and responsive. I emailed them with a couple questions when we first arrived and they responded within 10-15 minutes. Extremely responsive and very nice to deal with.
My wife and I have stayed here 4 times now and we can't wait to schedule our next stay.
