Beautiful building with way to many stairs for comfort. Craftsmanship is very good and we loved each floor. The one couch is not very comfortable but the beds were. We have been going to Watkins Glen for 20 years now and keep our boat there. We will keep this place in mind,

It was ladies only weekend. This was the perfect spot to access downtown & catch the trolley for some wine tasting. The space is beautiful & spacious. The view of the lake is gorgeous. Our only (slight) complaint was the stairs. There are three flights, so you get a workout in. It definitely wouldn’t deter us to rent it again though.

Anne and Dan are wonderful hosts. The rental was perfect for 6 people. We were very comfortable. The unit has everything you need. Perfect location to walk downtown, to restaurants and attractions. Our favorite places to eat...Nichols Pit BBQ, Jerlandos Italian, and Seneca Harbor Station. And to end the night sitting around the firepit with good friends.

We loved our stay. All bedrooms have a view of the lake. The unit was spotless. One of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Great location. Parking in the attached garage was very convenient You won’t be disappointed.

We rented this for a girls trip. This condo was lovely with beautiful views. The beds were absolutely comfortable. There are a lot of steps to get from the ground floor to the living space, so if you have trouble with steps I would not recommend this condo. But if you want beautiful views and a relaxing space this is the place to rent. It is located so you can walk almost anywhere you want to go in Watkins Glenn. I would rent again.

Our stay at Watkins Glen was fantastic! This rental is perfectly located; quiet location with beautiful view of the lake, and just a short walk to all food/entertainment in town. Super easy check-in/out and immediate responsiveness from property contact. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Glen.

Beautiful and clean place! It is in the perfect location to everything! It is next to some train tracks, but the train is small and doesn't come through very often. We are already talking about coming back next year!

This was a very pleasant home base which my cousin and I enjoyed after our adventure filled days of hiking. We explored several state parks, hiked to the tops of waterfalls, visited the beautiful Cornell Botanic Garden in Ithaca, and sampled wines at one of the local wineries. The view of Seneca lake was classic. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property.

We stayed here for three nights. The property is very nice, and within walking distance of so many different restaurants and shops. As others have stated, it would not be friendly to people that cannot do stairs. We would love to stay here again!

The location could not have been better. The property felt more spacious than pictured, and had been cleaned very carefully. It was also well-equipped with kitchen and laundry needs, towels, etc. Moreover, (in contrast to some other rentals!) everything worked. Appliances, door handles, HVAC, etc. were new and well-maintained. Check-in/out was a breeze. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

The condo was better than described. Excellent location. Just a short walk downtown. Kitchen was very well appointed. Only thing I would mention is a full length mirror on the back of the bedroom doors would be nice. The waterfront chairs and fire pit was really nice.
The bedding was very comfortable. We are looking forward to a return visit.

This is a great place to stay! Did a short adult getaway. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Walking distance to the State Park and restaurants. Very clean. Beautiful lake views! Highly recommend!

We so enjoyed our stay! The sunrise view each morning started our FLX day in the best possible way. This is a great home base for exploring the area. Walking distance to the gorge and coffee shops. Owners were terrific and very helpful.

This is a beautiful property located right on Seneca Lake and within walking distance of all of the shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries and attractions in lovely Watkins Glen, NY.
The property has three spacious bedrooms, updated kitchen, a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Our unit had a personal garage for convenient parking, comfortable beds, a huge living room area, dining room and even some kitchen island seating.
One cavaet, there were a lot of stairs in our unit. Our main living area was on the third floor with two bedrooms on the second floor and one in a loft over the third floor. There are other units available which have the living room on the lowest floor, however, spending most of our time on the third floor allowed us a beautiful view of the lake through the numerous lake-facing windows.
If you are planning a trip to Watkins Glen, this is a wonderful spot that the entire family is sure to enjoy!

Lovely in every respect. Location was fantastic. Super clean. Provided everything you need for a weekend getaway. There are definitely stairs but not a hardship. Owner was very attentive and responsive to inquiries. We realized we had lost some keys after our departure and Dan was kind enough to search the property for us. We will book again!

This is an ideal spot for a weekend getaway to the Finger Lakes. The home was comfortable, clean, and centrally located. Not to mention the gorgeous views from every room! Our hosts were welcoming and full of great suggestions. Steps from the marina, charming restaurants and cozy shops. This was a lovely base for our wine-tasting weekend.

This is kind of tricky to find, but what a good location. You can walk to most everything in downtown Watkins Glen. It’s right on the train tracks but only had 1-2 come by although it was kind of early in the morning. Everything was just as it should be and I appreciated getting to use a garage.

Overall, we had a great stay in a beautiful location! Loved sitting out on the deck. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to add full length mirrors or any mirror to the bedrooms.
