Delusione : BOUTIQUE HOTEL non in linea con i requisti boutique hotel

La posizione in quanto centrale e comoda per raggiungere le varie attrazioni di Siviglia. La receptionista del pomeriggio molto gentile e disponibile, al contrario di quella della mattina.

Ho già soggiornato in hotel Boutique, ma questo mi ha deluso. Il primo problema che abbiamo avuto è stato con la lingua: le risposte alle richieste fatte su booking sono state in spagnolo e non in Italiano; anche se all'arrivo la ragazza del check in è stata molto gentile e ha cercato di farci capire ogni cosa (siamo arrivati verso le 16.00 e abbiamo cmq dovuto aspettare un pò per fare il check in e la stanza di mio figlio non era ancora pronta). Le stanze assegnate erano delle mansarde davvero basse, mio figlio ha sbattuto la testa un paio di volte; la mia stanza n°501 è una mansarda molto piccola nn in linea con lo standard Boutique, con vista su un muro di cinta. Manca il comodino affianco al letto e ho dovuto poggiare sia gli occhiali che il telefono a terra. Non funzionano le luci notturne accanto al letto. Non c'era neanche una sedia x sedersi (ricevuta su mia richiesta), la consolle ai piedi del letto rende il passaggio difficile e angusto. I prodotti x il bagno molto miseri: bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone mani. Con molto dispiacere non mi è stato fatto il cambio asciugamani e per giunta ho trovato il cuscino pieno di polvere con un capello nero, lungo e riccio sul cuscino (io sono bionda e liscia), pulizia superficiale. La ragazza alla reception è stata disponibile e gentile ed ha provveduto al cambio totale della biancheria da letto e da bagno e per scusarsi ci ha offerto la colazione, anche se per un disagio simile sarebbe stato gradito uno sconto.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel im Herzen von Sevilla

Ein unglaublich schönes und stilvolles Hotel im andalusischen Stil. Bereits die Lobby ist sehr beeindruckend. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und haben alles notwendige. Ein Highlight sind die Mitarbeiter und ihre Tipps. Ich bin bei Tipps für Aktivitäten immer skeptisch, weil ich mir denke das Hotel will an mir mitverdienen. Hier muss man aber keine Bedenken haben. Uns wurde ein Flamenco-Abend empfohlen, der wirklich toll war! Das Frühstück war auch großartig.

Leider war ein frühes Check-In nicht möglich. Ich weiß Hotels müssen das nicht anbieten, aber es wäre ein schöner Bonus wenn man früh ankommt und es in Strömen regnet (gerne gehen einen zusätzlichen Obolus). Außerdem war das Hotel zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir dort waren (Ostern) sehr teuer und der Pool war nicht nutzbar. Ein Preis um circa -20% bis -25% weniger wäre angemessener.

Good hotel in a good location

Spent 2 nights in this hotel and would highly recommend it. Location is good, very central. Hotel itself is really nice. Cristina on reception deserves a mention, she was very welcoming and gave us suggestions of places to eat and booked tickets for Real Alcazar. Our room was 103, it had the unexpected bonus of a terrace. Breakfast was good, a few more hot options would be good but it was fine. Would stay here again.

Fantastisch hotel met super vriendelijk personeel op een centrale plek

Wat een geweldig hotel! Alles zo goed als nieuw, goede kwaliteit, schoon en comfortabel. Heel smaakvol ingericht en dan ook nog ontzettend behulpzaam personeel. Een taxi, pcr test, weegschaal voor de koffers, alles werd binnen no time geregeld. Wij hadden 2 kamers die naast elkaar lagen en een eigen halletje hadden waardoor het eigenlijk een appartementje was. 1 kamer met een riant balkon waar we heerlijk een kopje koffie konden drinken. Goed gevulde mini bar met normale prijzen en gratis water. Kortom, wij komen zeker terug!

Niets. In de kamer met het balkon had de airco wat moeite om de kamer koel te houden omdat er veel warmte in het glas van de openslaande deuren bleef zitten. Maarja … je bent in juli in Sevilla, dus dat is niets ten nadele van het hotel.

Would recommend the hotel/room was very nice. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

Great location. Nice comfy bed with lots of pillows. Staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Nice modern rooms with a relaxing feel.

Breakfast was disappointing. Very small breakfast area so waiting around and its was the same old choices.

Lovely

I don’t think the breakfast is worth the money

A return stay, really like the staff & hotel. Cost & location great! One room was flooded.my sons suitcase & ALL HIS CLOTHES were saturated. Had to buy him clothes. They initially offered us a free breakfast. Refused that until they refunded the nights payment. Despite that I would still return as staff & cleanliness were outstanding!

Merveilleux séjour dans ce charmant hôtel particulier aussi bien situé que confortable

Hôtel avec énormément de charme, minutieusement décoré, idéalement situé car il est à quelques pas des rues commerçantes tout en étant dans une rue calme. La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjournée est plutôt bien isolée ( au Rez de chaussée), propre et très fonctionnelle (avec climatisation/chauffage réversible, penderie de rangement, bureau avec mini bar et une literie très confortable). Le personnel est très serviable et attentionné, à la disposition des clients ce qui est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner disponible de 8h à 11h est généreux et propose une variété de produits aussi bien pour ceux qui aiment le salé comme le sucré. Sur le toit, une piscine et un petit espace pour se détendre sont disponibles tout au long de la journée.

Nous avons vraiment tout aimé. En remarque : la piscine est complètement découverte, ce qui selon les saisons (par temps de forte chaleur et/ou fraîche température) peut être plus difficilement accessible.

Stay was O.K. except things mentioned above

We stayed for three days in September 2023. This hotel is very conveniently located in the center of the city.

We did not like layout of our room. It had our bed located on a ground floor and the bathroom was located on a loft with a steep fifteen stairs leading to it. It was extremely inconvenient for us. Please see the pictures attached. We believe that the hotel management MUST include this feature in the description of the room !

Het heen rijden naar het hotel is een drama ,en het parkeren kan je het beste in Saba doen wel duur maar niet al te ver lopen 24€ per dag

The main upsetting moment is parking, there is no option to park nearby. The closest undeground parking is 5 min walk and costed us more than 35 euro per 15 hours, even not for a whole day. We were shoked. And also hotel took 30 euro extra for a dog, that was not mentioned. While the whole room costed 60, that is why it was too expensive I think.

Great hotel in amazing location

The hotel & room looked beautiful, just like the photos. My room was a good size, clean & the bed was very comfortable. I arrived late at night due to my flight being delayed but it was no issue. They also have breakfast available which I enjoyed. I also really appreciated having a Nespresso machine in my room
