Beautiful home with plenty of space. We had 6 adults in the home and everyone enjoyed. Close access to Disney Parks with quick trips via Uber or Cabs. As previously mentioned the living room furniture could use some repair and was only used for a day when the hurricane came through and the parks were closed.
Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very spacious.

We had a great stay in your lovely home. Community pool area was great as well. Very good location to Parks, stores, restaurants, etc. Would recommend highly and stay here again!

Positives: The location of this property was excellent. Storey Lake Resort in relation to theme parks, restaurants, and shopping was very convenient. This house in particular was just around the corner from the clubhouse and walking distance to the on site water park which is included with your stay. We enjoyed that very much on our days off from activities. The home is very spacious and has a great layout for multiple families with children or teens. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair and even some air mattresses in the closets.
Negatives: the furniture is falling apart in the living room. There are rips in the couch cushions and they seem to just slide off when you sit on them. The patio furniture also needs replaced. There is a lot of normal wear and tear on the house itself that doesn’t seem to effect the functionality. However, the grill only worked one time. (To be fair we didn’t notify the owners because we were so busy and I’m sure they would have fixed it). The pool heater also wasn’t working when we arrived for several days (they sent someone to fix it and refunded those days). The water pressure in the master shower upstairs was just a drizzle and made it difficult to shower. But again we didn’t have time to have a maintenance person working on anything so we just dealt with it. I’m sure it’s an easy fix.
Cleanliness: this is the only real issue we had. The first day we arrived it was obvious the home had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was mulch on the floor, there was hair and makeup on the sheets and comforter of the room downstairs, there was a used bar of soap beside one of the sinks, there was toothpaste in one of the sinks, hair in the carpets, etc.
However, the home provides a vacuum so we just used it in those few areas and washed the sheets. Some of the blankets in the closets also had not been washed so we washed those before using them.
Communication: this was excellent. We got very fast responses from the managers of the property anytime we had an issue that we chose to report. They were quick to send someone to remedy the situation. I’m sure if we had reported every single concern they would have been more than happy to take care of it. We just had such a busy week planned and chose to wash things ourselves or use things we brought rather than bother them with every single issue.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Storey Lake.

This is the perfect house for multiple families to share on their Disney vacation! We loved that everyone could have their own space and bathroom but also great social space to hang out in. The kids loved the pool and the game room. Parents loved the well equip kitchen, washer and dryer and how short the drive to Disney was. The club house with the pools, lazy river and water slides were also a huge perk! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and was exactly what we needed for our family vacation! The pictures showed a grill, and there was one there, but the check in paperwork said there was an additional charge to use it. We decided not to spend that much for one or two uses. After 4 days, someone came while we were gone and locked it up!
The pool is great and the location to the community center was amazing!
We would definitely recommend staying here!!

The furniture and rugs in the living area were very dirty, stained with broken zippers. Toilet paper holders falling out of walls, walls dirty and chipped, towels old and thin, needing update. It appears that many of the homes nearby were weekend rentals with large number of occupants. Security a concern with open gates and pool area overwhelmed on weekend. My feeling is pool area taken over by people not staying in the area. Noise level high.

Awesome Stay
This property was amazing. Everything you could ever want is at Storey Lake resort. The property itself is well taken care of and any questions, concerns, etc...I had was taken care of promptly by the management team. We loved our stay and would return again!

You know how a lot of times you rent a condo for vacation and spend the week tripping over your luggage and turning sideways to walk through the room? Well you won't have to worry about that here! This house was HUGE. It was so nice to be able to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. Great location, close to all the fun stuff and restaurants/groceries/etc. Spent some time at the community pool complex which was super nice as well. Just be sure to read your welcome letter well. We didn't and had to make a quick run to pick up some washcloths. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Friendly, Five Star and Fabulous Management
Spacious, well-located family friendly property with all the basics you'll need for a comfortable stay. Thoughtful, without being fussy interior decorations which is welcome with a family stay. Management team was ready on the spot with any questions or issues. Bedroom, linens and all common areas were very clean and well appointed. No food or shoes upstairs to be noted (very reasonable request from my side!) Minor suggestion: Some of the light-colored, fabric/linen furniture (vs leather or dark colored) furniture might not be ideal for families with very young children.

Fun trip
We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the community water park was great. Layout of house was great. We had grandparents, parents and grandkids. Convenient to most anywhere.

Couples Retreat
This property was perfect for a weekend couples retreat. We had four couples, and having four king beds, and bathrooms for each couple made this the perfect stay. Everything was clean and just as described. We are already making plans to return.

Storey Lake
This was a wonderful property and a great resort. The community pool was clean and my kids loved the water slides. The pool on the property was one of the best parts. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The property manager was quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues. We would definitely return.
