We've stayed at this unit a number of times - on the end, first floor so can't beat the convenience and privacy. The only complaint is cleanliness - there were signs of sub-par housekeeping. Otherwise great - would stay again.

If you are looking for a cozy place to relax that is close to all activities in the Gruene, this place is perfect! It also has access to the beautiful Guadalupe River and her majestic Cypress Trees. We will definitely book here again!!

I have stayed in a number of these units and they have all been well kept, conveniently stocked and clean. The distance to all the local joints is just a perfect walk and the river space is so peaceful. I think of these condos as a reverse mullet, peaceful as soon as you walk through the door to the balcony to the river but a party out front!!

Just close enough, but not too close! We could walk everywhere. We could sit out on porch and listen to music, but inside was quiet.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our vacation. Gruene is the cutest town, this location is perfect to walk to dinner, and to walk to shops. It’s just 9 minutes from Schlitterbahn, and has backyard access to the river. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. They even had laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and sugar and spices which we forgot. Great place to stay!

If you are here to get trashed and party this is the place for you. Condo was very dirty! Infested with roaches & centipedes....one crawled across me in bed. River access though was amazing. I get that it is a river and there will be bugs. Great place to get trashed.....Drunk adults in the pool all night. My kids couldn't even swim on the pool. Definitely not a family place. Pretty disappointed for how much this place costs!

This condo was everything we could have asked for! It was beautifully decorated, clean, the beds were very comfortable. The location to everything in historic Gruene is perfect. Everything is in walking distance. We loved the river access behind the condo, and the pool was amazing. The only issue we had was that the shower head in one of the bathrooms wasn't working correctly and was spraying water out the sides, but aside from that everything was great. Would highly recommend!

The location is great, the rental bedding was dirty and after leaving my family had head lice within a week of staying there. Disposal/Refrigerator smelt horrible.

Upon arrival we found the kitchen to be disgusting. The utensil drawer had a large oily mess of bacon grease in it. The drawer reaked of bacon grease when we opened it--it was impossible to miss the filth. We washed every utensil before use. Other drawers had utensils that hadn't been washed at all--large chunks of eggs on the spatula and layers of built up grease on the tongs. The oven hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Both showers had heavy mold all around the grout lines. With this much visible filth, I couldn't help but wonder what other corners had been cut in cleaning the unit. Also, the master tub didn't drain. After a 5 minute shower, the water was up to my calves. I called Vacasa to express my disappointment, and was promised a full refund of my cleaning fee. That promise was never acted upon. They won't even return my messages now. I will NEVER rent from Vacasa again.

We stayed here recently over Thanksgiving break and this was a great location for us. We were within walking distance to fun shopping and local restaurants in the heart of the Gruene historic district. We were within a short driving distance of gas stations, grocery stores, and more. The condo was clean and spacious. The host left us some thoughtful goodies that we might need for a Thanksgiving meal and some candy for the kids. The wifi worked great which is important since I had to work some while out of town. The only thing that was hard to figure out were how to work the TVs since there are two remotes per tv and they each have a roku as well which was nice. We had a great time and would stay here again.

This spot was in a great location, very convenient to a lot..... but we encountered spiders everywhere and the pool area is almost a hazard with broken pieces of pool deck everywhere and trash in pool and everywhere around. I just think the whole complex needs more TLC and it would be better. Our condo was good but needs just more cleaning and pest control to come out.

Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was awesome! The place was very nice, clean and the location is unbeatable! Walking distance from great restaurants, shopping and live music! Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun weekend in Gruene!

The condo was as you see online. The satellite TV, Roku need to have instructions handy, but after time, we figured it out. Parking safely without worry of tow is a big concern. Guests need parking passes!! All in all a great place.

Very spacious, clean, and very convenient access to the pool. River access in the back/ river view from balcony. All the necessities available for the stay. First floor unit which is convenient as well. Walking distance to local restaurants, dance hall, and shopping. Totally a winner!

Gruene is in our travel plans at least once every summer and this condo was the best we’ve ever booked. The location is perfect for walking to everything in Gruene. And the interior was so beautiful and clean. Also the pool and the river access behind the building were things we haven’t found in previous stays elsewhere in Gruene. Now we have the problem of only wanting to plan a trip to Gruene if we can stay at this property :)
