This property is essentially a Airbnb with a few extras. If that’s what you are looking for then it’s perfect.

The property is located in the centre of the island. It’s brilliant to get to any location from here especially the more popular north of the island. We had our own pool. However, you have to rent a car as this property has no access to local transportation and you private transfers are costly and inconvenient.

We didn’t not have water for one day and no hot water for two other days. That was miserable. After a long hot day having no water; is a significant problem. We would often only get home after midnight and one would appreciate warm water to bath. The TV had no English channels so you needed to log into Netflix or YouTube with your own account. Netflix had been set to Japanese and it wasn’t worth trying to change it back to English. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great either. Usage was limited and downloading was restricted.

Breakfast was meager, but sufficient. Upon arrival there was no hot water, but it was quickly repaired the next day. One bathroom shower leaked on the floor throughout the stay, leaving us a constantly wet bathroom floor.

Exceptional

Location is just perfect right at the bottom of Fira. You can be anywhere on the island in less than 20min. Stelios the host is super nice caring and welcoming. Villa and pool are nice and clean. Great for groups of friends, family but also solo like me if you want quiet and a place to yourself, surrounded by olive trees. It was just a very good place to unwind and relax. Felt totaly safe in that big villa.

lovely spacious villa with lots of outside space and nice size pool

nothing was wrong .. we just had bad weather so couldn't really use the outside area or pool as it's not heated and was very cold

Superb

This was a nice "home base" for us while we explored the island a little bit. We ended up renting a car so that we could get around more easily. Our host was very helpful, and the cottage was very nice and clean. Our girls had a lot of fun playing in the beautiful little pool. They brought a really good breakfast out every morning.

Incredible private villa with the comfort of home

Stelios was an amazing host, his reviews don’t do him justice. We had villa #1 and it had all amenities as described. Easy location near airport but far enough that you didn’t get disturbed by air traffic. It was on a main road that made it very accessible. The rooms were good sizes and had a lot of storage space. Showers were clean and spacious. The sofa bed was super comfy! And spaces was big and felt like home. I liked that the location was a bit isolated as it felt really private, but you definitely need a car to get around. We rented a car and were 5 mins drive from Fira and less than 20 mins from Oia!

The induction stove was tricky to figure out but that’s just because I don’t know how to use it.

Wedding party trip

Stelios!! Amazing host, nothing is too much for him to look into or arrange for you, brings breakfast every morning which is a massive bonus!! Spacious, clean and quiet with great modern facilities. Would highly recommend!!

The manager Stellios is top notch. friendly professional and helpful. Tips, advice and assistance. property is clean and well maintained. it was out of town but 5 mins by car and meant some peace and quiet away from manic Fira.

Staying here was one of the best decisions I made for my trip. Also Stelios made my stay very enjoyable and he was a HUG

I wish the Wi-Fi network had a larger range to reach the entire villa.

Lovely stay :)

We stayed in the 2 bed ground floor apartment with jacuzzi, the apartment was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The host (Stelios) was really helpful, giving some great suggestions on places to visit and avoid etc, he was also great for arranging taxi’s etc for us. We noted in many reviews concerns about the location, but we actually thought the location was great, it was around 20mins walk to the centre of Fira, we found the walk was fine, a little uphill etc, but the price does reflect the location being out of town, and we actually appreciated the quietness of the location. It’s also an easy walk down to the beach, again 20mins on foot where you will find a lovely beach bar (Yalos - recommended by Stelios). A lovely stay all round!

Just a few missing things in terms of attention to detail for a self catering apartment, we would have been really grateful of a bottle opener for example… Whilst I’m sure covid played a part, the breakfast is a small box of pastries which is delivered to the apartment/villa, no coffee/juices etc. Stelios was super helpful in arranging taxi’s for us, but just be aware that the company used is one of the more expensive companies on the island, so expect to pay a little more (although they are more luxurious cars).

Very good

It’s decent size property considering Santorini where most properties are very small. It has its own private pool and excellent views of ocean. The Host Stallious was extremely helpful and always available - I have never met a wonderful and helpful host like him before.

The location of property is very remote and there are no shops nearby. Nearest Resturant’s are in Fira square which is approx 3km away. Gym equipment was faulty and it does need upgrading. One of the shower hose was leaking and it wasn’t fixed. We all had to use en-suite bath tab for shower etc through out our stay.

Spacious holiday house in a nice location with countryside and sea views

The area is very peaceful with nice views across the countryside and out to sea. Definitely need a car to stay here but then just a short drive into Fira and many other places around the island. Exo Gialos beach is very nearby (3 minute drive). The holiday home we stayed in was light and spacious and fairly well equipped. The breakfast was basic but ok. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. Nice touches such as toiletries and decent pool towels provided. Good showers, plenty of space in the bathrooms. Stelios was very friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool - we reported this and it was resolved by the next day. The armchair had a faulty leg and needs to be fixed or replaced.

Incredible

Originally we stayed in the 2 bed villa with private pool which was amazing already but then got upgraded to the premium villa with extra large pool!! Really made the trip. The pool lit up beautifully during the night. The complex itself was very quiet and really spacious, more than enough room for 4 adults. The service was amazing and this really does make all the difference when you’re on holiday. Anything you needed just had to WhatsApp Mr. Panos. We liked how the villa was just outside of main town Fira in the sticks (but 30min walk in uphill if you needed to get in) but most days we just arranged a taxi if needed to get into Fira (10euro) and used quad bikes to get round the island 1000000% would recommend.

Liked everything!!! Just a couple of small comments, the breakfast was pretty much similar most days with pastry and the premium villa could do with a drying rack or somewhere to hang up your wet swimwear!
