Barato pero no volvería

El personal fue amable.

El olor de la habitación, la ubicación del hotel (demasiados indigentes alrededor y todos los ubers nos comentaba que la zona era super peligrosa y que sólo se debía salir o entrar en carro). El desayuno no sabía bien y sus opciones eran limitadas

Recomendo o San Francisco de Asis em Bogotá

Da gentileza e da disponibilidade dos funcionários. De dar boas vindas com uma garrafa de água gelada. Sim, isso faz muita diferença! Normalmente chegamos cansados de longas viagens e esperas em aeroporto e nem água tem no frigobar.

O café da manhã é bom e tem variedade, mas talvez falte algum toque na cozinha porque os bolos e pães às vezes parecem que foram retirados do forno antes do tempo ideal.

El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones son amplias, está muy bien ubicado para caminar a las zonas turísticas de Bogotá y el desayuno es bastante bueno.

Es un hotel que funciona para llegar a dormir y nada más, ya que no posee amenidades para pasar tiempo en el hotel.

Las instalaciones eran agradables, la cama de la habitación cómoda.

Deberían tener cortinas black out para evitar el ingreso de la luz en las mañanas. Tuvimos que solicitar una toalla y papel higiénico más de una vez porque no fue entregado, la toalla nunca llegó y cuándo nos entregaron papel era papel higiénico ya abierto, no eran rollos nuevos. La caja fuerte de la habitación no funcionaba. A la hora del desayuno, el huevo siempre estaba frío

Explorar el Centro de la Ciudad

La ubicación, a pesar de que la parte trasera del hotel está bastante cercana, de una área en donde se concentra la actividades relacionadas con la prostitución, sin embargo, justo al frente está la Estación "San Diego" del "TransMilenio" y a 3 cuadras se llega al bulevar de la Carrera Séptima en donde se encuentran una gran cantidad de comerciantes formales e informales que venden una gran cantidad de productos. Igual se puede llegar caminando a la Plaza de "Bolívar" y al Museo de "Botero", entre otros sitios de interés turístico. También cabe resaltar la atención del personal de la recepción que, por lo general, tienen una muy buena disposición, la habitación la mantienen con un muy buen nivel de limpieza, las áreas comunes cuentan con una decoración bonita y muebles cómodos, la vista desde el restaurante es muy agradable y los desayunos suelen tener platos variados y sabrosos. También el servicio de Wi-Fi libre funcionaba bastante bien.

Que solo den una botella de agua pequeña al ingresar, la dureza del colchón y las almohadas, durante el desayuno, habían comidas que se acababan y, a pesar de aún ser temprano, no las reponían y en la ducha se empozaba el agua al bañarse y se filtraba hacia el área del lavamanos y la poceta y no colocan toalla para el piso.

Escapada Citadina

Lo espaciosa y limpia que era la habitación y la vista que tenía a la torre "Colpatria". La alarma que tenía la puerta indicando que no se había cerrado correctamente. La atención del personal y lo relajante de los espacios comunes. La variedad de comidas en los desayunos y que los sirvieran hasta las 10 a. m. en un área con suficientes mesas y sillas y con una vista panorámica hacia la carrera 10. Lo cercano a muchos sitios de interés turístico.

La dureza de las almohadas. Lo pequeña que era la ducha y que fallaba el agua caliente. Que solo había un enchufe y el servicio de Wi-Fi era muy deficiente en la habitación.

No apagues la luz, se me apaga mi respirador!!!!

Las vistas y la ubicación son las principales razones por la que me hospedo en el San Francisco. El desayuno es variado, y la aromática de frutas es incomparable!!! Es un hotel sencillo, sólo que tiene que mejorar lo que detallo en lo que no me gustó.

1. Si apagas las luces, los tomacorrientes no funcionan( están en el mismo circuito) y esto es mortal si como yo, Usted usa un respirador.(o quiere cargar su celular en la noche) Hay que solicitar una extensión, que en mi caso, me fue negada!!! Entonces, toca aflojar los bombillos a la hora de dormir. Esto ya lo había reportado, pero sino lo cambian al menos tener estas cortesías de una extensión eléctrica para conectar en el baño y para mi asunto resuelto.2. El olor de la calle (a excremento humano) debería ser resuelto si piden a la Alcaldía o Bomberos que lave el servicio sanitario a cielo abierto que está en la esquina del hotel. A algunas horas se vuelve insoportable. 3. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones, la cortina del baño herrumbrada, la falta de un poquito de pintura, son cosas que deben de mejorar.

This hotel sucks big time, it is near some places but around the hotel is very dirty and dangerous, you can’t walk anywh

The only thing I liked was the bed

Starting with the staff, you have to constantly remind them to send towels, bed stuff or to refill things. They don’t care about clients complaints and last but not least for two days straight i asked them to not clean my room and i found my bedroom door open twice. Someone could have robbed me or put stuff in my bags and we complaint and they never care.

The bed wasn't always comfy. It gave me sometimes backpain. And sometimes the service of the front desk wasn't quite helpfull when we called if they could sent someone to help us with our lugages when we were going to check out on august 13. In the morning was it a little noisy because of the traffic but thats understandable. And the room door locks could be better Front desk tip: put a keyholder for all the room keys.

Good for the value!

Location is good. Great for solo travelers who wants to visit historic center and nearby places by walking. The bus M68 or K68 that I took at the airport left me just right front the hotel. At night streets around seems to be not safe, but I didn’t feel unsafe. Of course, it needs to be careful.

At my room, outlet eletric beside bed didn’t work and the other one was only in bathroom, which makes charging cell phone less confortable than usual. There is only one light switch beside TV, also it is one another thing that becomes uncomfortable. The light at the bedroom hall didn’t work. I don’t think these things spoil the staying, but the manager could check them to improve it.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed

Rude staff , terrible location . Blasting music all night and many addicts behind the building . Tiny worn down room . They gave me a key to a room which had people inside and didn’t even apologise. Booked for a week left after a night

Good value and location.

The location and price were excellent. I needed to make some changes to my reservation and the staff were very accommodating. My room even had a view, albeit between the buildings of downtown. The breakfast was ok with plenty of choice.

One side of the hotel was a little sketchy. I wouldn't recommend going out the back door. But heading out the front was no problem.

Big Time. Love this Hotel. Very Good

Very helpful and friendly employees.. General Manager very good and makes sure your stay is enjoyable. Hotel San Francisco de Asís is my go to hotel in Bogotá. Always a great time there, great location, good breakfast and great value… I’ll be back
