Excelente ubicación

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, hay muchos restaurantes y cafés en los alrededores a los que se puede llegar caminando. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y grandes con una cocina equipada también.

La llave del lavamanos tenía una filtración que goteaba pero cuando dimos aviso fueron a revisarla.

Très agréable

L’hôtel est très agréable, dans une rue pleine de restaurants et cafés. La chambre familiale très spacieuse Le petit déjeuner est merveilleux ! Un choix varié et différent chaque jour. Le personnel est très sympathique Le parking gratuit et surveillé

La cuisine est uniquement équipée pour réchauffer un plat emporté Le mini bar m’a été facturé plus cher que prévu

Beautiful Hotel With A Fantastic View of Medillin!

Our apartment at the Sites Hotel was wonderful and we had a fabulous view from the 11th story balcony of the city and mountains, especially at night! The reception staff was very nice and spoke some English which was helpful. The entire hotel was immaculate, including our room. We had a big screen TV in our bedroom which we could watch Netflix by changing the language to English. The bed was pretty firm but we found a mattress topper in the closet for the couch bed which we used for better comfort on the nice king size bed. The AC in the bedroom could cool the whole little apartment. The bathroom has a long countertop and shelf below for all our toiletries and the large shower has a waterfall showerhead that is THE best we've had on our travels...lots of hot water and great water pressure! Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap and lotion provided. Good storage space in the closet in the bedroom closet. The hotel has a nice restaurant (our included breakfast buffet was simple but adequate) and is within walking distance of other restaurants. Prices for food were surprisingly very reasonable! There is a little convenience store across the street from the hotel. We used the small but nicely equipped gym plus washed our clothes in the washers and dryers, all on the 12th floor along with a small pool. The WiFi was decent, a definite plus. We so enjoyed our 4 nights there and would definitely stay there again!

FYI...no paper towels or dish soap provided but we always travel with our own paper towels so no big deal but no way to wash dishes. The convenience store across the street sells these things, should you need them. For those who drink coffee, take coffee pods or you will need to buy them at the front desk for the coffee maker in the room. There is hot coffee near the entrance to the restaurant, too, not sure if all day. We also took Tide pods for the washer but they probably have some laundry detergent you could use or buy. All in all, the perfect place to stay in Medillin!

Excellent comfortable room in a great location.

Really nice large, clean room (more like an apartment) with a balcony. Quiet, private. Comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom, stocked with shampoo/cond/soap/lotion. Good AC. Balcony was cute and it was fun to watch all of the bats flying around the treetops at night. The rooftop pool area was very nice. Free laundry machines you can use, be sure to bring your own soap. Super friendly staff. Good location by a lot of cute bars, restaurants. 15 minutes walk to the main party area.

We thought that with the price of the room, the 2 coffee pods should have been free (the room comes with a stocked minibar but you must pay for everything). It’s understandable to charge for beer and everything but without a free breakfast offered, 2 free coffee pods would be a kind gesture. Just our opinion!

I really wanted to like the place, staff was nice but the noise and the mold was a lot to handle

Our room the first night we found had mold in it. Lots of construction noise that made it impossible to be in the room all day. The hotel needs a good bit of updating

The stuff are awesome , great location

Location was good , family oriented area .

The hotel is in renovation , rooms are dark even when the lights are on. Safe was not connected to the cabinet , there was no sofa/ seating area in the room .

A wonderful and welcoming stay

The hotel was in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the city. It was not far to walk to the main part of town where all the restaurants, bars and stores are at. The room was really clean and nice. The staff were also wonderful. We were fortunate to also get last-minute transportation through them from the airport to hotel.

I don't have anything to complain about besides the fact that I saw a tiny bug in the room. Also, it would have been nice if we had a roll of paper towel in the room, but definitely not an issue for us.

Great experience for this short trip in Medellin.

Breakfast, the great service attitude from staff, the room.

Just a comment, the person in the reception in charge of the check-in / check-out had some minor errors with accounting, both at check-in and also at check-out. Not a big error, but can improve, as for example he can face a client not so comprehensive that may make a bigger problem.

It wasn't as I expected

The good think about this property was the location. You can walk a few blocks from the hotel to commercial centers and restaurants. There was also a supermarket a few blocks away.

Old fashion property, one single elevator for 12 floor building, breakfast wasn't that good, I moved from a less expensive hotel to this one and the buffet breakfast on the previous was amazing and it was located one block from Santa Fe mall. Overall, not a good value at all for the money paid

Giant rooms with a kitchen! Beautiful views, extremely comfy bed. The overall atmosphere was great, the staff were very helpful, and the neighborhood was peaceful and safe with great restaurants. I also appreciated their strict stance on evening visitors, given who some of the older American male guests were trying to bring it at night…

Great aparthotel. Highly recommended.

Sizeable apartments that are clean and quiet. great buffet breakfast for a aparthotel of this size. The rooftop pool is a great addition, as are the four washers and four dryers and the gym. Parking included. In a nice part of El Poblado with taxis passing frequently. To top it off, staff were all friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Disappointing.

Location, and they had a good room service menu.

Breakfast had very limited options. The room had visible damage on all doors, locks were missing, were chipped, and didn't close. The sink in both bathrooms was a mess, they got easily plugged and the staff didn't send maintenance to fix it even if was requested multiple times. Doors didn't well close thus water easily poured out. Staff seems neglected when these were mentioned to them, just brushing it off. I stayed in room 6E.

Great hotel for price

My second time here and is great hotel. Quiet location but close to walk everywhere.

One elevator for whole hotel including service so sometimes you can wait 10 minutes for elevator. Room service is only 12-8 most the time, should be longer.

Nice stilish hotel in the city with an eternal spring, Medellin, Colombia

The location was very good. The hotel was very nice and the room was very confortable. I will definitely recommend it. Will stay again...

The breakfast should have different food every day. Even though it was basically the same, it was very good. I would not recommend the company the hotel uses for the tours.
