Pleasant but a bit too far out of village

Nice bungalow, good breakfast.

Very bad smell in bathroom -I complained but it persisted. Property is at edge of village so had to walk along dark road with no pavement at night (would be ok if have scooter). Lovely pool but monopolised by diver training in daytime.

Very nice stay in this little paradise

- very beautiful place and room well furnished (same as the photos) - different homemade breakfast every morning - friendly staff can arrange driver, trips and massage for the guests - rooms very clean - very near the sea - quiet area - value for money

- road to access is dark and in bad condition - bathroom is smelly, sewage smell coming up from the sinks and shower - no restaurant around but staff can arrange delivery

Fantastic value for money 😊

Great location for diving. We were family of 4, me and my husband was in one room, kids were in the other room, they were connected by the covered area in the front. You can order food from a restaurant near by and they delivered to the hotel, they were all very tasty. Covalence store is in 5 min walk. There have water filter to fill your bottles, it was very nice to stop buying plastic bottles of water during our stay. Fantastic value for money 😊

Air conditioning in our didn’t work very well and we were hot during the night.

Great value for money in a lovely North Bali hideaway.

I really liked the place and the ambiance. Value for money was excellent. Staff great as usual. Pool looked lovely. Not far from Diving locations. Only 6 rooms so very cosy.

Bad news is - only eggs for breakfast - good news you can have them any way you want. They were lovely BTW.

not great, would not recommend

the staff were really friendly

It’s away from the main restaurant area in the street, have to walk back down an unlit rocky path at night. there was an animal (rat?) in the ceiling making noise all night. No tv in the room.

Nice bungalows and relaxed pool area close to USAT Liberty shipwreck

The outside and pool area is the center piece of the Minabali Bunga’lo! The garden is precious and the pool is very clean. The bungalows are cozy and we did not miss anything in the room, the interior is old fashioned wooden style. The outside bathroom is nice, sometimes you get a gecko visit what we always enjoy :) If you enjoy snorkeling this is the place to be since you are 5 min away from the beach and the famous USAT Liberty shipwreck. Since the hotel is a little bit off the road you need to walk 10-15 min to the few restaurants in Tulamben, BUT on the other hand it is very quite and relaxed. if you are looking for some relaxed day with snorkeling and diving we can definitely recommend Minabali Bunga’lo!

We once decided to have dinner in the hotel. Apparently, Minabali Bunga’lo partners with a local restaurant since the food was delivered from outside and we had to eat it out of plastic containers. Maybe better eat outside in on of the restaurants (10-15 min walk). Also, while we were hanging out at the pool the personell started mowing the lawn and doing some work in the garden. Sure, they have to perform their work at some point, but considering that we were just 2 couples at the hotel at that time who were gone almost all day this seemed to be unfortunate timing.

Quiet peaceful hotel with lovely garden and pool.

Nice area- close to diving area. the outside is a beautiful garden with a clean pool. there are not many rooms so it is peaceful. they have outside showers but are private with good clean hot water.

the breakfast could be improved. i think coronavirus made this hotel suffer as it needs some maintenance- but still very good value for money of just staying a day or two

Lovely simple place to stay- but needs to improve some things.

Beautiful garden and quiet location. Staff very kind and helpful, they quickly organised scooters, transport and an extra night for us. They gave us a late checkout no problem.

It is starting to look tired or aged, lots of ants in the room and in our towels- we didn’t know and when drying ourselves we were biten by the ants. Perhaps they could spray around outside to stop them a bit. The airconditoning was old and noisy- they need to be properly cleaned but I think new AC units are needed. They didn’t service our room daily, not even to remake our bed. There was a dive lesson going on in the pool on one of the mornings, so we felt we couldn’t relax or swim by the pool for that time. I think the owners just need to look closer at fixing these little details and the place would be great!

Peaceful bit of paradise

The owners are lovely, they understood we wanted some peace and quiet and provided exactly that. The gardens are beautiful and we our enjoyed time by the pool.

Lovely little place

Lovely bungalow rooms in a quiet, jungle setting. The rooms and bathrooms are excellent, with a comfy sofa on each terrace to relax on too. Nice pool. Close to the beach and snorkeling / diving opportunities.

The host helping us a lot maria let me use her dresses and sarong because we left our suitcase in Ubud, so that's really savior
