Es gibt in dieser Bucht mehrere Hotels die sehr viel einladender und günstiger sind.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Bucht. Der Garten ist sehr schön und wurde jeden Tag gepflegt.

Das Frühstück musste auf einem Bestellzettel ausgewählt werden, und die Auswahl war - gegenüber anderen Hotels - nicht sehr üppig. Es gab wohl eine Bar, diese war aber nicht bestückt und daher nicht sehr einladend. Der Kellner musste jede Bestellung in der Küche holen. Zudem war dieses Hotel das teuerste auf unserer Reise und hat am Wenigsten geboten. Das Preis-LeistungsVerhältnis hat überhaupt nicht gestummen.

top Zimmer und Lage wie auch das Personal so lieb

Essen an der Bar nicht so top Frühstück: lieber Büffet anbieten mit frischen Sachen auch gefehlt hat Gurken, Avocado, Tomaten, Oliven, Käse etc. Man kreuzt auf einem Blatt an was vorgegeben ist und das ist leider spärlich und unflexibel. für Allergiker keine Milchalternativen. Pancakes am Rande erwähnt sind ein graus mit Zwiebelgeschmack und Keksgrösse. Dann lieber nicht anbieten dafür frische Früchte und Käse oder Gemüse reicht.

Stay away from this resort, there is no reason to book it.

Very good foodcourt nearby on the main street The room has a safe and is big enough, this is the only positive thing i can mention. Hotel paid us the transfer back to the pier because we were disappointed.

This is a very overpriced resort. The neighbourhood Hotels have bars, restaurants and fency decoration especially during christmas but this resort has nothing! There is nothing going on in this resort, no entertainment no pool bar. The pool is cold and small. No shallow area for small kids. A lot of mosquitos in and around the rooms. Therefore they have mosquito nets around the bad, so annoying to keep it closed during the night especially with kids. Shower has no good water pressure. We had a bad weather during our stay with big waves and wind which brought huge amounts of plastic garbage on the beach - I have never seen something like this in reality. Swimming was not possible and playing on the beach with all this plastic was not funny even if the stuff tried to remove the plastic every day. Small plastics could not be removed. You choose the breakfast from a list "a la carte" and it was ok but everyday the same no change. Cleaning of all facilities could be improved. The rooms are quite dark. We payed 1.000 EUR for a week during high season but for this amount we expected to get much more. Wanted to leave earlier and requested refund for the remaining days but they don´t wanted to give us money back. Can´t recommend this side of koh phangan because if you want to explore the island you have to drive every time over very very steep streets at least for 30min long. Definitely stay on the West or North-West side which is much nicer.

Lovely stay

A lovely place. The staff was wonderful, great location, good beach, nice and clean rooms.

Only thing missing was, that there is no restaurant for dinner at the hotel. But there are plenty of other good restaurants for dinner on the beach anyways.

Familienfreundliche, saubere und ruhige Bungalow-Anlage

Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Schöner Garten, ausreichend Liegen und ein schöner Strand.

Da geht mehr! Die Bar am Strand war am Abend komplett geschlossen und unter Tags nur spärlich geöffnet. Wenn hier ein wenig mehr Engagement seitens Hotel käme könnte man nach dem Essen noch bei einen gemütlichen Drin zusammensitzen

Directly on a long white beach, quiet but still with some options for eating out

Property directly at the beach, little cottages nicely spread, not too close or blocking each others view. The second row cottage (to which we changed after one night) was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful, and we enjoyed having the resort almost to ourselves as we came during low season. Breakfast was good, but make sure when you order items from the menu to ask for their size/quantity: we ordered one pancake and got a tiny little (but very good) 1 cm × 2 cm pancake, whereas one portion of bacon turned out to be 3 big slices (and we ordered 3 of those, so that was a lot of bacon).

The third row houses need a renovation, especially the bathrooms. Even considering the proximity to the beach, they are not worth the money at the moment. But we could see that in general a lot of renovation is going on, so probably they will do these houses soon.

The first row is just on the beach, you fall asleep with the Suttle sound of the waves. The beach is amazing, quiet but still have everything you need. Massage, supermarket, coffee and restaurants.

beautiful resort and cozy beds!

really enjoyed staying at Pingchan. staff were lovely and helpful booking transportation. rooms were spacious and despite staying in the 3rd row was still very close to the beach. the area is far from the tourist strip but has everything you need close by and rides can be easily arranged.

Best place to stay with a true island feel.

The cabins are very comfortable, you have everything you need and more, well planned and thought through. The beach is an actual postcard and the staff was amazing, took amazing care of us.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing time! The cabins are beautiful and very well maintained. The beach is a paradise, with a few great places to eat and drink within walking distance along the seafront. The staff were extremely helpful and made our special stay extra special, cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to Gun who took care of everything we needed.

Highly recommend

Near the beach, so you don't have to put even flip-flops on to go to the beach. Very clean and spacious room. terrace is large enough. Before entering bungalow you have small shower for leg's, so you don't bring sand to the room. we had 2row bungalow, there were one extra shower outside. Close enough to the beach, so wind is strong enough to blow away mosquitos. Bungalows are situated chess way and surrounded by livefence so it feels very private.

Price is bit high. AC is blowing right on the bed. So it is bit cold and uncomfortable, especially if you have kids. Pool bit small.

Felt like we paid way too much for what we got. The facilities were extremely basic, no feel of luxury at all. The rooms were tired and very dark. We also really struggled to order certain drinks at the bar or at breakfast. I understand we’re staying in Thailand but we’ve paid to stay in a western resort. It was also my mother in laws 50th birthday whilst we were there, which we mentioned, but no effort was made to make her feel special in any way which would have been appreciated when you’re paying £125 a night. Lights and tv’s were also broken in the rooms and took multiple days and requests to be fixed. Very disappointed.

Hotel was in a very magical location. The grounds were amazing, large beautiful and well kept. The staff were outstanding and exceptional. The food and breakfast were lovely and tasty. The room was so equipped well. This place was perfect in every way!
