Perfect location, sensational property, excellent choice

STOP ! You’ve found your perfect accommodation in the most perfect village on Koh Phangan. Superb property. I stayed in a deluxe one bedroom and it was faultless. Generous size, well appointed, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Sinbad and the team do an exceptional job. Always available and courteous. The elevated view is so serene. The village easily accessible via a paved and stepped walk way. Yes a few stairs but they are long steps on a meandering pathway. I’m late 50’s with a wonky leg and didn’t have an issue

Gorgeous view, perfect for relaxing and not too far from beautiful beach, good restaurants and bar

Excellent view from apartment and pool. Apartment is perfect for couples or family, with huge terrace and big rooms. Very clean and well kept. The path down to the town is not as long and steep as feared, and you’re away from the noise of restaurants and bars. Close to many restaurants and shops, and a beautiful beach, also ideal for kids. Perfect place to relax. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately no breakfast is served, but apparently we could have ordered it in advance. However, there was an excellent coffee shop in town serving a variety of breakfast options from 9am onwards.

Best view in Thailand!

Great, big apartment, with small kitchen, big balcony and amazing view of the bay and the jungle. 5 minute walk from the street with all the restaurants etc.. Great small pool. The host was very nice and responsive. Located in a very family friendly location in phangan.

Need to climb some stairs to get into the hotel. Like 5 minute walk/climb.

Its a spacious apartment with a nice ocean view and pool.

We liked the spacious rooms of the apartment and the balcony. The lights in the rooms were good and gives a nice feeling. The ocean view is great. The cleaning service was good.

We found the mattress of the bed a bit hard. Also the couch was a bit smelly and old, we had to use towels to sit on it. On the last week, the water pump constantly stopped working several times per day. It was mostly fixed right away but was still annoying. The Internet / Wifi only worked properly on the balcony, not inside the rooms/ What I don't get is that this place does not have fiber optics. I lived down the road in 2018 in another place and there was already high speed internet. That was a poor experience, as we could not watch movies online or use the internet (had to use the 4G which was also not always reliable). Also there is no smart TV. Next doors was a construction site started to cut down the trees the day we arrived which was annoying as we heard chainsaw constantly throughout the day.

Great value, minus the stairs.

Room size was great, very nice view to the sea, clean, room has a Bluetooth speaker, great, friendly staff!

Getting to and from the village requires climbing/going down a fair amount of uneven, weirdly shaped stairs which isn't for everybody... We were okay with it for the most part but at times it was very annoying. I'll not recommend this place for young families solely due to this. TV in the room is very old and the resolution is really low. We wanted to connect our laptop via HDMI to watch a movie but weren't able to see properly. Not really a bad thing, but if you don't like a firm mattress, you wouldn't like sleeping here.

would not recommend for families with young children

very clean and nice apartments.

no restaurant, bar or any food/drinks available at the property and vicinity. you need to go down a huge hill with steep stairs to get anywhere (beach, food, etc). taxis availability is very low so you have to climb up and down. basically, not good for young children. staff was unpleasant.

Superb

Great room with a lovely balcony. Nice pool with an amazing view.

The resort is located on top of a little hill, so you can get to with a motorcycle or climbing a lot of stairs.

Exceptional

Even better than on the pictures. Very well run place, thanks to a great and helpful staff, and a very friendly owner who is always up for a quick and pleasant chat with the guests, if he is around. Incredible value for money (~1900 thb for a studio with seaview in may) and one of the best views you will get on Phangan

Most definitely worth a visit!

Everything excellent!! Staff extremely nice and helpful, location is great, quiet but quick trip to beach and stores. The view is so beautiful. Room clean, big and well equipped for making breakfast etc.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning ocean view

Really nice hotel with a stunning ocean view. Located in Thong Nai Pan Noi village, with many restaurants and mini markets nearby. The pool is clean and offers a beautiful view of the mountain and sea. The room was big and clean, with a well equipped kitchen (minus a stove to cook).

The hotel is at the top of a hill. From the village, you have to climb steps carved in rock for 10min to get to the rooms. Or if you have a car or a bike you can take another road that brings you to the hotel entrance.

Highly recommend this beautiful place

Very nice quiet place in the hills. Wonderful host and best view! Small village right below the resort with delicious food options. Best to get a scooter to explore the surroundings.
