Mountain Peace at its best

Such a great location right at the foot of the mountains. Wonderful walks around the accomodation. Great restaurants nearby. Peace and quite. Emerged in mountain vibes. Loved it all.

information from different staff varied (fairways self catering & hotel), especially times of operation of different facilities. hotel main building needs to be better equipped for load shedding with respect of electronic services, card machines & signals.

Absolutely stunning and peaceful

The serenity. It's just so nice and peaceful here. We loved the facilities as well. Lots of swimming pools and other activities. The adventure place is also quite nice. This place is just so gorgeous, beautiful mountains, beautiful water 😍.

It was our 3rd holiday there within 12months and all 3 times the hydro was not hot, very disappointed I dont think i would want to try a fourth time now unless they actually assure me that it will be working and hot. They mentioned the hotel and fairways were fully booked, yet they did not have any entertainment in the afternoons or evening. I would have expected bingo or something.

beautiful view, poor accomodations

The view is second to none, absolutely gorgeous, overlooking the fairway, with spectaculair mountains everywhere. the problem is that the view is by far the best thing of this location.

The accomodation is 1 half of a double house, that is both superold and very noisy. Everything is working/functional, but at least 30 years old (bathroom, kitchen etc). There are a lot of houses nearby, so expect (loud) neighbours on various sides. This is a timeshare accomodation, and caters to a different demografic. You will see a lot of muslimwomen in full niqab. Not saying this is good or bad, but it does add to the overal experience/atmosphere and is good to know beforehand. the most annoying thing about timeshare is that they will charge you extra for eeeverything. For example, the internet is superslow, and you only have 500mb for your whole stay. If you use more, you will have to pay. The kitchen does not have a coffeemaker, but! you can rent one at the reception (this is probably one of the most ridiculous things in +100 Booking stays I have encountered) all in all, I would not recommend, the only thing that this accomodation really has going for it, are the balcony views.

The kids were happy that the pools were heated since the weather was cold and gloomy and raining the entire time. The scenery, lakes,rivers,waterfalls all so beautiful Front desk friendly and helpful The spa is lovely

The unfriendly cleaner The million steps to get to my apartment with no view of the beautiful mountains Outdated plugpoints in areas not easily accessible considering the amount of items one needs to charge these days The 2 hour long drive to get to the resort on a terrible road with deep potholes,resulting in slashed tyres because of poor visibility,(due to rain and misty weather) costing us a fortune to sort out

A wonderful resort to relax and rejuvenate or to keep active in fresh mountain air.

an excellent place to rest and relax. you can do as much or as little as you like. the accommodation is clean and well looked after. the staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help with requests. you can take long walks in the mountain air or swim in the mountain streams. there are many ways in which to keep your family entertained at the many resort facilities or you can just unwind at your chalet. the resort never disappoints.

A fantastic holiday destination in a majestic setting

The unit was well maintained and had all property had all the facilities needed for a family self- catering holiday, all in the most beautiful setting.

1. Staff weren't polite and no help to me as a customer 2. I Was rushed through check out and had to leave even thought i had a slight problem that morning and i had kids with me 3. Didnt meet my expectation 4. Wasnt a pleasure stay and i will not refer anyone
