Awesome holiday home

The house was great, the location terrific. Would be fabulous for a family with kids as the back yard is huge. There is everything you require inside and a lovely BBQ outside

The shower was very hard to turn on and off as it was dripping after a shower. We found the stove hard to work as we're all gas. There could maybe a note saying how to operate it also being black it was difficult to read the knobs. Double bed off lounge room has mattress springs digging into you. Only minor things but maybe should be addressed for future users.

Exceptional

Very clean and felt very homey. Quiet street near beach.. Kitchen had lots of equipment which was amazing. Beds very comfortable..

When first arrived outside of home look doesn't do justice to what inside looks like.

Cosy, great for the children.

The beds, the space and toys for the children, the big backyard, great outdoor area with tables and sink, laundry and bathroom were great.

3 of the lights bulbs were not working, some of the dishes were dirty. Had to call contact number (Darryl) to get code for lockbox. Didn't receive an email with info on entering the property. Got it sorted pretty quickly.

close to the beach and water park, kids loved the novelty of an Xbox to play with. very clean and tidy

loved the yard, kitchen, had a great washing machine, plenty of room and activities for the kids

it was pretty hot during our stay, while the air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms were sufficient, the one in the living/kitchen/dining are was really struggling but everything else was great

Beautiful location, close to the beach and short walk to the splash park. kids enjoyed the stay.

kitchen and bathroom were nicely renovated.

hot water system only suitable for maximum 4 guests. we ran out of water every night with our group of 7. There were several suggestions in the guest book about the hot water situation. shower head could do with an update. we were told there was a boost button for the hot water system. when we questioned it, they sent out maintenance who said they couldn't see how such an old system would have a boost button.

good spot for a beach side stay.. owners really need to put in effort with paying customers

good location, close to beach and shops etc. good living space for a large family.

communication with the staff/owners was terrible, close to non existent.. we had no hot water our entire visit, couldn’t get in touch with anyone or get a reply.. finally got a reply half hour after we checked out… being a beach side stay with 3 children it was very annoying having no hot water to wash ..boiling by kettle to fill a bath takes a long time.. door handle in bathroom is broken, toddler was locked in until hubby managed to get in.. good thing the bath wasn’t full at the time .

Wonderful relaxing time in a beautiful location

Great facilities, close proximity to the beach, comfortable and roomy. Great location with huge back yard and entertainment area. Highly recommended!!

On the whole everything was pretty good but a couple of small maintenance issues like the dripping taps in the shower that need new washers but honestly everything about the property is fabulous

Great location near the beach. House had positives and negatives, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location a minute's walk from the beach. The town centre is a 30-40 min walk away. The house was a good size and had a washing machine and dryer, which were greatly appreciated, and a new kitchen and bathroom with a bath (always a bonus).

We had some trouble contacting the host when we arrived to receive the check-in details and key. Many of the dishes and pots and pans in the cupboards were greasy and needed to be re-washed before use. The house is also pretty dark with very low lighting in most rooms.

Was comfy and cozy, we would stay there again, kids loved it.

Was cozy inside, good kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds . Close to beach and jetty.

A coat of paint on outside would go a long way, outside doesn’t looking inviting, but inside was nice and cozy. Also would be great if dog owners would pick up after their dogs.

The house is fantastic and great location. Shower head probably needs a bit of an upgrade and the couch a bit soft for tall heavy people lol. But other than that there are no issues. Will book again next crab season.

3 corner jacks in rear yard, some vehicle noise at night. Noisy heater in main area.

Good mini vacation place

The place is very close to the beach and the facilities is very on point. The place met all our expectations with location, proximity to the beach and it's quietness as well. All in all a good place for a mini vacation for family to enjoy.

Location is great, close to the sea

Air conditioner in lounge didnt work. As a short person i would not have been able to reach anything from the top cupboards, luckily other people could reach, suggest maybe putting dishes in empty pantry

A great location!

The location was awesome. We were able to travel to food eateries easily from this location. The house had a great outdoor area to relax with friends.

The rooms were a little difficult due to having to walk through the other bedrooms to get to the bathroom. The back door (flyscreen) had a big gap under it, which meant mosquitos, flies and other critters could get inside.

Good location and Nicely Renovated

The location was great and the house was super cute and nice! very well presented and very tidy. I loved that it was pet friendly and I was able to bring my dog up with me.

Great property close to beach, comfortable facilities - great stay

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. A lot of attention to detail with everything catered for The fish cleaning station and outdoor shower was great
