Jotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania

Fabulous

Very central location, bus from airport stops directly outside hotel and only takes 15 min! It was super clean and fresh, we loved our room! We got an upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room which was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. The staff gave us loads of recommendations for places to eat and drink and they were all brilliant.

Fabuloso

Hotel excelente. Ubicación inmejorable en el centro a 10 minutos del funicular que va a la Ciudad Alta y a 5 minutos de la estación de tren. La parada del bus al aeropuerto para justo en la puerta del hotel. Habitación recientemente reformada con bonito diseño, amplia, muy buenas camas, ducha amplia. Tiene detalles como ducha de " lluvia" , albornoces y zapatillas. Muy bien insonorizada. Mejor que lo que parece en las fotos. Desayuno muy completo. Buena relación calidad-precio.

No hay nada que no me gustase.

Hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla ja hyvällä hinta-laatusuhteella

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Bussipysäkki oli hotellin kohdalla ja rautatieasemalle oli lyhyt kävelymatka. Myös vanhaan kaupunkiin jaksoi hyvin kävellä. Hotellin läheltä löytyivät ostoskadut, kauppa ja ravintoloita. Hotellin aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen. Aamiaisella ei ollut ruuhkaa. Moderni huone oli siisti ja näkymät hienot.

מלון הממוקם בעיר "התחתית" (החדשה יותר) צוות שירותי קיבלנו חדר מאוד קטן. עם נוף לצד האחורי של המלון (לפחות לא היה רעש מהרחוב) ארוחת בוקר נחמדה. מעט מאוד ירקות. הבנו שיש חדר כושר במלון, אבל לא יצא לנו להשתמש בו חניה בתשלום 22 יורו ללילה. ללא כניסה ישירה מהמלון, יש מרחק של כ-50 מטר לחניה מהכניסה לרחוב (תחת הגשם).

עיצוב מיושן גם לחדרים. חדר מאוד קטן עם בידוד רעשים גרוע בין החדרים. כל הלילה שמענו מישהו מהחדר ליד מדבר בטלפון המיטות מאוד קשות וגם הכריות קשות ומלאות בגושים (הרגיש כמו ציפית מלאה בגרביים) אין איפה לעצור לפרוק ולהעמיס את המזוודות בצורה נוחה ורגועה, רק בשטח תחנת אוטובוס לעד 5 דקות (עם חשש כבד מדו"ח חניה). אין כניסה ישירה מהמלון לחניה (רק דרך הרחוב בגשם)

Hotel storico che mantiene il fascino di un tempo Location comodissima nella parte bassa vicina alla stazione, ai mezzi pubblici e a tanti ristoranti Staff davvero eccezionale, tutto, dalla reception al personale di sala colazioni

Se proprio si volesse trovare qualcosa, forse si potrebbero migliorare un poco i prodotti da bagno

Não tivemos sorte, o problema com o carro foi sério

Localização

Estacionamento Bateram no meu carro, amassaram a porta traseira e o pára-lama , só vi quando estava de saída porque não utilizei o carro durante a estadia. Pedi uma solução para o problema, me disseram que havia câmeras que filmavam , tive que seguir viagem e até hoje não me enviaram a fita da câmera e entreguei o carro na locadora que irão averiguar!

Centraal gelegen in Bergamo

Het is eigenlijk een hotel met 2 gezichten. De kamer die we kregen was erg klein en er was bijna geen ruimte om iets op te ruimen. De badkamer was heel vreemd in 2 delen gesplitst. We kregen een upgrade en kwamen in een heerlijk grote kamer terecht. Dus dat was top. De locatie is uitstekend, ligt heel centraal. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

In eerste instantie de afmeting van de kamers. De kamers met de 'oudere' inrichting zijn veel fijner. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft in principe alles wat je nodig hebt maar de broodjes mogen echt wel wat verser, of iig minder hard (af)gebakken.

Location incredible. On the Main thoroughfare of the New Town, with a view to the Upper Old town. Sun splashed and beautiful Staff lovely and breakfast 1st class Sorted us out with breakfast bags as we were leaving prior to breakfast for an early flight, classy touch

Rooms werent huge. Worst bit was the sink wasnt in the toilet/shower room-hate that after going to the toilet etc Was clean etc but that was the only downside

A convenient friendly hotel in an excellent location

Very good selection of food at breakfast. Friendly helpful service and located in the heart of the city with bus stop outside for the airport coach and across the street for transport to the Città Alta.

Zentrale Lage, alles gut erreichbar, Besuch des Donizetti Festivals von Bergamo, perfekt in der Nähe des Theaters, sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, nicht weit zum Bahnhof

Le séjour était bon.

Les chambres sont très élégantes et d'une propreté absolue. Le lir était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bien servi. Il ne manquait absolument rien.

Friendly staff, practical amenities, clean and comfortable hotel right at the heart of Bergamo.

Great central location - 5 walking distance from restaurants and shopping at the centre of Bergamo. across the road from the bus station and 8 walking distance to the train station. Very nice room, slightly smaller than my liking but certainly very clean with very comfortable bed. I made a special request which was taken into consideration seriously and met at check in. Very friendly and helpful staff (Thank you Martina and all at the reception). Not luxurious If I am back to Bergamo, it will certainly be there - no doubt.

The foyer area is somehow small and uninviting - the lift is far too small for more than 2 people, although I was grateful it was always working. Not sure if I booked too ate or this is the usual prices, but it was slightly more expensive than expected.

Perfect! :)

The location. The view from the room to Citta Alta was perfect! :) Staff was very friendly. There was possibility to stay our luggage before chek-in time,that was very important.

Well worth booking. Central, clean and lovely staff.

The hot food wasn’t great but everything else was great.

The scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The bar closed a bit early and the selection was limited.

Overpriced and outdated.

Located in the heart of Bergamo. Staff tries their best to make something from a hotel that is overpriced and outdated. Breakfast was ok.

Very expensive for a hotel that is clearly outdated and in dire need of an overhaul. Beside the location there was little to be positive about. Poor AC, poor soundproofing to keep outside noise out, bathrooms that look like they were not updated since the 70’s.

A lovely stay in this comfortable hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting both the old and new town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, beds comfortable and even though we were facing out on to the main road at the front of the hotel, we couldn't hear any road noise at all. Great choice at breakfast. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and that was good too.

We had no issues at all with the hotel.

Very good

I only saw my room, I did not use other facilities. Nice, spacious, comfortable and pleasant. Fresh and modern looking. I asked for street view and it was confirmed very soon after my request. Staff helpful and pleasant. Very good location!

I could not use the TV. I am unsure whether I was doing something wrong or it wasn't working properly. It was not clear when I booked the room that breakfast was not included, an extra charge of 10 euro per day. I would expect in Italy complementary coffee would be better quality than sachets of instant nescafe. No complementary snaks.
