Die Lage ist top

Mein Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster oben im Dach, so dass man nicht hinausschauen kann. Das Einzelzimmer ist ein Loch. Es ist auch sehr laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist.

The best hotel in Bergamo

Everything was perfect! - Hotel location is very central, you can go everywhere by foot. Train station is 800 meter from hotel. - upon arrival, Anna makes you feel like at home ! She will do anything to make you feel comfortable and knows everything about the city of Bergamo. Thanks a lot Anna. The Room is big and offer everything you need. Area very quiet in night. Bed very comfortable. - The private Spa offer us such an amazing experience! You need to.book it at reception and then you have the whole Spa fir yourself alone during 90 minutes. - Massage is also very good! Thanks a lot to the friendly masseuse! - Breakfast is amazing and staff very professional! Thanks you Jenny. - The bar is very nice and offer lots of drinks. The Argentinian barman is very friendly. This hotel is fantastic really! Such quality of service and and good value for the money. Thanks at every single person who works here! I'll be back!

Great location - only reason to stay here.

Location

Breakfast very poor . No food out at all for guests. Bread baskets all empty at 9 am. No eggs - no ham or cheese. No staff - tables not cleared. Spa ridiculous charge for guests.

Ideal location, easy to walk from main railway station and easy to walk to funicular to old town. Good breakfast, good rooms, friendly staff

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam onthaal. Lekker ontbijt ook . De ligging is ook uitstekend. Dicht bij het station, de bushalte van en naar de luchthaven.

we payed an extreme amount per couple of hours (250€ +30€ tax) there was no spa access included, no breakfest indcluded, even we had to pay for the water 3€ extra. Very dissapointing expeeience

Lovely hotel, very comfortable rooms which were spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay and a great location, 15 minute walk to cable car and 10 minutes to train/bus station. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again

Basic 3 star. Nothing special but nothing wrong with it. Good location. Nice amenities provided in bathroom. Fridge and TV provided. Clean rooms Decent value for central location Staff seemed nice Good amount of plug sockets

Wifi only ok. There was big festival/cultural event on. Pity hotel didn't inform us. Entire centre cordoned off and police confiscated our olive oil and wine bottles we had bought in Lecco. Music (pounding that shook al the window and building) was deafening. No sleep of course. Not hotels fault. No tea or coffee making facilities. Charge for water. Hot water in shower not last very long. Mirror between bathroom and bedroom is strange Cleaners quiet noisy
