Fantastic breakfast and really helpful and friendly staff! Excellent location, really close to the Christmas markets and restaurants. Staff went out of their way to help with local knowledge and supported us with a detailed itinerary for our long journey home; far and above expectations!

Coffee making facilities in the lobby would have been nice, but was pleasantly surprised by the warm gluwein

This hotel is very close to the city centre, right next to Eataly and the Viktualienmarkt and 5 mins from Marienplatz with U-Bahn and S-Bahn connections. A perfect location. The breakfast is good. Our room was quite small but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking worked well too. Good value considering its prime location.

Breakfast was very good, and cooked to order. Position in the city excellent

No air-conditioning, but I did get a fan after 2 days . Told I could not check in at 12:00 and had to wait until 14:00 eventhough my room had a card saying it had been cleaned 2 days previous. Could not get a drink in the evening. My safe had to have a key which was kept behind reception, so up and down if I wanted anything out of it .

No alternative ventilation in the room. In the hot summer the room was stuffy, hot and no air. When the window is open the noise throughout the night is unacceptable

The location is perfect, a short walk away from Marienplatz. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. There was also a wide variety at breakfast as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a convenient spot in Munich.

Room is quite unsatisfactory, almost like in a monastery! Very old creaky closet, smallest TV and no toiletries (bring your own lotion etc.) I asked for a plate and knife - and was refused! Hotel smells bad...
