Convenient location, good car parking, helpful hostess.

The place met all our needs - a large, spacious apartment, a balcony, a kitchen where you can cook yourself. Very kind and helpful hostess. Advised where to buy food and where to have dinner.

Exceptional

The location is ideal for couples looking for tranquility and some alone time. Every staff at the apartment was so nice especially the host Nicole who was very supportive and welcoming. My partner and i enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it. Can’t wait to come back again❤️

What I really like was it is peaceful ,calm and its like a place on an island without noise pollution or disturbances what we really need sometime in life. I really like Mrs Nicole barbe she was amazing a great woman with good heart and good intention. It's really cosy and welcoming , it's really like the pictures there's no fraud or change of area it's really just like you see on their page amazing. Definitely gonna come back again.

When I booked accommodation at Joubarbe Residence which is set at the foot of a mountain in Moka, it was handled very well. It isn’t so far from Bagatelle Shopping Mall; one can easily drive back and forth. Before moving in they do explain the evening process of the main entrance gate, securitywise, it is a safe place and recommend to all Family, friends and couples and the handover off the apartment was in order. Would strongly recommend them, specially Nicole Barbe. She has been of great help and was responsive to requests made. Will make use of those services again in future. Excellent service and support through WhatsApp and the key handover.

Nicole and her team ❤️ I felt like I was in garden: a beautiful view and birds singing. I also ordered breakfast & Creole dinner. Beautiful mountains and beautiful house design. You can reach Bagatelle Mall by foot about 20 min. Fridge, kettle, plates in room. My room hadn't washing machine, but it is in separated shared cleaning room.

- Wifi is stable but signal was weak time to time. I used usb wifi adapter to gain signal and it's helped me to work. - The chair is too old and in poor condition (in other aparts it's OK). - My room had extra door. It was locked. A neighbor lived behind it. I heard every single sound from him. Nicole told me that she would increase the soundproofing. This problem has only 2 aparts and they on the first floor. - A crazy dirty dog in area. It plays rough. And it will steal your clothes if you don't play with it.

We had a really nice an confident stay. Nicole was available all the time via WhatsApp and she was very nice and kind. We would come back to this cool place.

Remote and very nice.

Remote location, in the mountains. Very nice accommodations, clean, functional. Easy access. The location is central to the island, so it's easy to navigate from there.

The (family?) dog stole my shoes and proceeded to eat the insoles 😂 Not an actual bad experience though, doggo was nice (if not overly playful).

Nicole is a great host, a few tweaks could be made to improve the guest experience

Nicole was a great host and communicated well from the get go. we loved the view

1. They only accept cash (as stated in the terms and conditions) 2. it would be great if we had condiments upon arrival (coffee, tea, milk etc) 3. being informed upfront of the serving schedule would also have been nice

Very nice appartments for quiet family vacation. The location is perfect being only 5 min from M1 highway, 30 min from the closest beach and one can reach the furthest point of the island in 1.5 hr max from this place. Also there is a big mall with different shops and a supermarket only 4 min away driving or 20 min walking. The host was very friendly and supportive, helped to solve any issues promptly. Arranged transfer from the airport and provided a car cheaper than any rental companies. Besides it was a hybrid!
