In spite of the lack of details, this is still a good option to stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was clean for the most part. It also had a nice view to the city. As usual, I appreciate the microwave, and the large fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, the room had a working area, and the bathroom was clean. This is a very good option to a Airbnb, and it can be a nice place for longer stays.

I felt that this time, attention to detail was lacking: there was no bath mat and no body wash. The kitchen was clean for the most part, although the upper part of the fridge was very dusty. The coffee machine felt cheap, and a few of the utensils were rusty. Additionally, no room housekeeping was offered or done after my first night.

The property was clean, convenient to cheer competition… great breakfast & great food “110 Grill” connected to hotel.

Quiet and comfortable stay in downtown Providence.

Quiet, Loved having a kitchen, nice gym, breakfast, water in lobby. Like having shampoo etc provided. Plenty of space in room. Nice spaces to sit in lobby—tables, comfy chairs near fire.

My stay was quiet which I love, it was comfy, clean and breakfast you don't want to miss!

I like the breakfast. I also like the built-in shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower that was nice.

There's really nothing I can think of that I don't like.

In general, everything was pretty good! Nice location, diverse breakfast selection, nice and clean room, soft bed and well equipped bathroom.

There was no kettle in the room.

BUEN HOTEL

Siempre en Providence, siempre en el Residence Inn. Hotel seguro, cómodo, limpio, excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo.

Mis visitas a la ciudad de Providence son continuas, mi hijo estudia en esa ciudad. En más de tres ocasiones el servicio de Vallet del hotel me ha raspado o chocado mi carro (alquilado). Tres veces es bastante! Solo regreso al hotel porque me es muy conveniente por su ubicacón.

Super hotel med top morgenmad

God beliggenhed downtown med kort afstand til butikker, barer, restauranter. Stort værelse med virkelig god, stor seng. Dejligt badeværelse med walk in bruser. Morgenmaden var fremragende med diverse udvalg af forskellige kolde og varme retter. Personalet på hotellet var meget venligt og imødekommende. Flere Parkeringsmuligheder lige i nærheden, hvis man ikke vil benytte sig af valet parking. Pris 30 USD pr. døgn.

My family and I had a great stay.

I like that the property was about less than a block away from the Peter Pan bus stop. It was central to any downtown events or activities taking place.

The breakfast could’ve been a little longer and length of time and a selection could’ve been a little more unique.

My room was very comfortable quiet clean. Facility was clean. I would definitely stay there again the next time I go.

Central to everything. Really clean and quiet. Front staff was helpful. Valet parking was convenient.

The parking was expensive and you don’t have a Lot of. other options if you brought a car

The location is central and all self service built in for you to cook especially if having a long stay.

Very clean, all staff was very friendly, complimentary breakfasts were very good!

Valet parking texting system was down (to retrieve your vehicle). We didn't realize this until we went downstairs, but they went and picked it up just then. Also when our car was parked the doors were not locked. I noticed this when I checked on the vehicle through my vehicles app. I was able to lock remotely.

Comfortable stay & value for money

The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many restaurants (vast variety of options), bars and cute stores. The room was extremely clean and comfortable — it was spacious, with enough counter space in the bathroom for two people including an incredible shower. Wonderful facilities! We felt very safe in the hotel as two women traveling alone and took advantage of the great amenities.

Valet parking was overly expensive and I wish there was an alternative parking arrangement. Housekeeping started cleaning rooms as early as 7am on our floor and made a lot of noise which made it difficult for us to sleep late, however, we appreciated their hard work!

A pleasure - recommended if visiting Providence.

Location, breakfast and accommodation especially the full size kitchen and refrigerator. Easy walk to Brown University, Little Italy and the tourist bureau.

The soap containers in the shower - very difficult to read whether it was soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also the ice tray was missing - probably pinched. However it was a delight to go to the bar downstairs for some ice and have a chat to the barman. By the way, if these are the worst things about the hotel, then things are pretty good.

Friendly, Clean stay in the center of Providence

The facilities are new and very nice. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Very Central to everything in Providence. Staff was super friendly

Sadly the shower never got hot enough, it was always warm and probably below 100F since you could never get it to "steam up the room" Also the shower glass does not go long enough, water covered the bathroom floor after every shower, with 4 in people the room was always flooded. Also housekeeping never came and we ran out of towels and bath soap.

Excellent facility which exceeded my expectations.

Location very convenient to RI Convention Center. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Excellent breakfast - hot food and good choices. Enjoyed having full kitchen in room.

Parking expensive. Next time might use offsite discounted convention parking. Not able to review account in real time - in room or Marriott app.

The most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a hotel. Spacious room, clean room and towels. Toiletries are available.

Spectacular place...but...

Good location. Very nice staff. Pretty decor.

Had a slight odor, body odor in the rooms. Saw folk move around because the rooms were slightly unpleasant. Need to wash everything in the bathrooms or replace everything and do a deep tile and grout cleaning. It would be a spectacular place but for that...

The room was great. Spacious, well appointed. Loved the rotating TV. Kitchenette, restaurants close by

Everything was great. No parking, but valet available. That's standard for all the downtown hotels.
