Ideally situated as a base to visit wineries, world class surf, dive on HMAS Swan, caves, tours & fine foods from neighbouring Dunsborough, Yallingup, and Margaret River regions. Main bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has Queen, Bedroom 3 has 2 singles & Bedroom 4 has 2 singles & a double bunk. Enjoy reverse cycle aircon, fully equip kitchen with microwave, fan forced oven and gas hotplates. Television, DVD, stereo and full laundry facilities. Ample parking for cars, boats etc. NO LEAVERS THANK YOU.

Really nice place, well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We didn't check if the house had wifi, which in these times you would assume it would. So we were disappointed and inconvenienced ,(as we had a video meeting) to find this wasn't the case. Another thing that would have been convenient would be a self key pickup and drop off. A lockbox would have been great, instead of having to call on arrival and departure. But we enjoyed the house and location. Thanks

Just what we needed- a tidy, spacious, pet friendly house right on the beach! Despite the weather it was fantastic and we still enjoyed every day (cooking on BBQ, walks on the beach, reading the paper and quality time together)

The property is in a great location, the kitchen is well equipped and the house has everything you could need. Would be great if it had WiFi as well, but not a huge issue. The check in process had a nice personal touch with Edie but might be simpler with a locked box process or something similar.

We had a lovely stay at Susie’s beach house. The home was simple and well equipped, everything was in excellent working order, it was very tidy and clean. The location was excellent for us as a family of small children travelling with 2 dogs. Close to Busselton but also a quieter end on the beach for relaxing. Check in and and check out was timely and we’ll organised. We would love to stay again!

Great location and easy to maintain home. Right across the road from the beach and dog friendly made it an incredible family weekend. Not to mention the owners and caretakers make the whole experience 10 times better. Would highly recommend!

Photos do not do this place justice. Modern, light and spacious inside, amazingly huge backyard and beach front views. Be great for 2 families. Very clean house and we appreciated the special touches, nice tea and coffee, plenty of washing powder and toilet paper! Would love to stay again.

This place has everything you would need for a really comfortable stay. We bought out small dog who loved the HUGE backyard which is well contained. Great location across the beach.

Great location, beautiful walks and nature. Very clean house, but very very basic. Edie is lovely for check in and out. Don’t expect any luxury, bring extra towels if you stay longer than a few days and it’s cold.

Our experience was one of needed a real break from work and life in the fast lane. Busselton and this home gave us that. Suzie was great to deal with, her home was fantastic, local superb. Everything and more than you can want in a holiday home. Being just over the road from the beach was brilliant. Place is perfect for a couple of families, one family, a couple or an individual. Everything was A+! Had enough space for 2 families with kids, so close to the beach and the jetty. So convenient and lovely owners and check in and check out was a breeze! Value for money! Will definitely stay again!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Suzie!!

If you love the beach than this is the place for you. We spent 7 nights at the property and were at the beach everyday. Property was really comfortable with great enclosed in yard. Dealing with the owners was easy and they were very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

I come down every year to do Ironman and this house is the perfect location. Close to town, across the road from the beach and in the run course. I love what they’ve done with the inside could just do with a tiny bit more verander width out the front to make it easy to get round the table. Apart from that acres of space everywhere else.

We had a great stay with our "fur baby". It was a fantastic location directly opposite the beach which allowed dogs. The huge securely fenced backyard was great too. Very comfortable and convenient.
