Situated in North Conway, this lovely house for $306 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. We now have trash service!!! Located in a desirable well cared for private neighborhood in North Conway. The views of the Moat Mountain Range are AMAZING! 10 minutes to Cranmore &15 minutes to Attitash! Bike to Echo Lake. 15 min drive to Story Land. 5 min drive to North Conway restaurants & Shops. Saco River access up the road. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, sleeps 10. We recently updated this great tri-level contemporary in the Fall of 2015. This home boasts four bedrooms and two full baths with laundry. It is ideal for two families traveling together with two bedrooms and baths on separate floors. A master bedroom with a queen bed is located on each level as well as a twin bedroom with two twin beds one bedroom with full size bunk beds perfect for children. The bedrooms on the upper level have cathedral ceilings. All of the bedrooms are roomy and have plenty of closet space. The house is family friendly and very private. The vacation house is equipped with a wall mounted 42' flat screen TV with expanded cable package, HDTV, DVD, WiFi, and high speed internet. Additional TV’s in some bedrooms. This home has amazing views of the Moat Mountain Range and Brook (great for fly fishing). The large Great-Room has a cathedral ceiling with an open floor plan adjoining the kitchen and living room. The living room has a Vermont Castings glass front wood stove with a stone surround. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the new deck built in 2013 and stunning views to the Moats. Hales Golf Club is a two minute drive away and Echo Lake a picturesque swimming lake is up the road. North Conway has so much to offer such as wonderful restaurants, bars, specialty shopping, outlet shopping, outdoor recreational activities and so much more! We also own a 2 bedroom chalet at the base of Cathedral Ledge that we rent on this site as well. Please take a look at our other listing number 253394 and read our reviews. The house is in a good location and the view of Moat Mountain was beautiful. The bedrooms are either up stairs or downstairs. The living area and kitchen were open concept. We had five people. I think if you had more it might be tight. It worked out okay but the biggest problem was the trash thing. When you’re on a vacation you don’t want to spend time at the town dump. You had to store it inside also. No outside secure space

House was nice enough but would never stay in a house again where they have you take all of your trash with you. We were going to take it to local transfer station but it was closed for the holiday weekend so we would’ve had to take it all home with us but their kind neighbor let us put it in their dumpster. Owner did not bother responding when messaged to find out where we could bring trash.
Would not rent from this unresponsive owner again.

I dont leave negative reviews often but think its important for any families who want to consider booking this property. We were two families with 3 young kids (1, 2.5 and 5) and really struggled with this house.
The good, there are great bedroom, the neighborhood seems great and its in good proximity to N.Conway to get there easily but not be in the thick of the crazy.
The bad. FIRST (and this is the reason we scored this a 2 star instead of a 3)... the house doesn't have garbage removal or outside storage. The owners require you to bring garbage to a dump 25 mins from the property (an hour+ round trip). There is no place to store this inside of the house so you end up stepping over garbage bags after a couple days if you don't want to waste the time and gas. We spoke with 5 other renters in the neighborhood and they all had trash storage and removal so this is the #1 reason we wont book again. Packing up to leave and figuring that out with young kids was just terrible.
Secondly, the houses common areas and kitchens are VERY small compared to the number of bedrooms (its deceiving from the pictures). We as two families were falling all over ourselves in the common areas. The kitchen has 0 counter space with all of the appliances so cooking was difficult.
All and all, if you are a group without kids and are just using it as a crash pad its not bad. If you get stuck in with bad weather like we did or had 7-8 people there just isnt space and id suggest something else.

We came up to North Conway for a little get away and we were so happy with the place! Very quiet neighborhood, easy driving distance to many attractions, and so clean! The deck had a great view! We cannot wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked our breakfast and dinners at the home. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded to my questions quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at this ski house. It was well stocked and very clean. The view did not disappoint! Communication with our hosts was quick and helpful. Beds were comfortable! Would definitely recommend.

This was our annual ski weekend with our grown family (of 8) and granddaughter to North Conway. This home worked so well for us with a wonderful communal area and a nicely stocked kitchen The bedrooms fit us all perfectly which is often hard to find in a ski house. The location was great to get to Cranmore and Attitash easily. Thank you Pam for your generosity with your home!

My husband and I took his family away for the weekend along with our daughter and their 3 dogs. The house was a perfect fit! The layout is perfect for groups and we spent all our time in the open kitchen/living room. The best part about this house though is the location. Downtown North Conway is just minutes down the road but you would never know in this quiet, picturesque neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here. It is perfectly located in close proximity to shopping and attractions. The view from the deck is absolutely stunning. We caught a great sunset and was lucky enough to see the colors of a sunrise reflect on the mountain. The tri-level layout worked very well. Bedrooms/baths on top and lower provided perfect privacy. The main level living/dining/kitchen was roomy and comfy. The lights on the beamed ceiling was a nice touch!
The hosts were prompt in addressing our requests and questions..
The only downside was that we had to take our garbage to the dump. We went Saturday and there was a long line. As checkout was Sunday and the dump was closed, we had to take a couple of bags with us.
Other than that, a great place to get away!

Easy check in. Keys were in the lockbox whose combination was provided to us just prior to our stay. Split level home with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath downstairs. The great room was cozy and inviting. The location was near many hiking trails and also near the main street of. N. Conway. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in close driving distance to Storyland and downtown North Conway. The house is set up really well for two families, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The living space is separated from the bedrooms, which made it really easy for the kids to be asleep and the adults to talk without disturbing them. We were very comfortable here! We had a few small issues/questions for the owners, and they were very quick to communicate back and deal with them. We would recommend this place to anyone!

This house was a homerun, Very spacious ,clean and the location was 10 minutes from our tubing excursion. I recommend this house for your next rental weather it be for Skiing the mountains of NH or just to get away for a few days.

This was a new place for us this year. Nice view, near things we wanted to do. House was well equipped with kitchen items to cook large family meals. There were 9 of us. Two issues, to get a fire permit for the outdoor pit, we needed WRITTEN permission from the owner sent to the fire dept. Didn't bother because there wasn't room for all of us at the fire circle anyway. Two chairs only. We also had to separate all our own recyclables as there was only 1 (one) bucket. No place to store said recyclables. Need latched lidded buckets especially for a house that sleeps 10. Note: you CAN NOT walk into town but it's a quick drive. That being said, I would recommend this vacation home.

We love this house! It’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the Moat Mountains. In the mornings and evenings sitting on the deck was so peaceful, we loved listening to the bullfrogs! The house is attractive, clean, spacious and was fully stocked. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, living room, kitchen, dining area with a large table (great for playing games) on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Sofa is large and very comfortable. The home is air-conditioned which was a necessity for our elderly dog who cannot handle the heat.
Honestly we have stayed in several rentals in the area over the past 10+ years and we have never been to a cleaner home and this is by far our favorite! . If you have any questions Pam and Chris are quick to respond and very polite! Location is close to some of our favorites like the Saco, Echo Lake, North Conway Village, the Lobster Trap, Priscilla’s, Dianna‘s baths, Cathedral ledge, mini golf and more. Shoot up 302 for more amazing views and little hidden gems like Jackson Falls. And don’t forget the Kancamagus highway!
We enjoyed the fire pit and stargazing was amazing.
We highly recommend this home and are hoping to return sooner than later!

Not sure why this property has such an intense caterpillar problem. But it really, really does. Also on a ledge so no yard space. Fridge/freezer broken and leaking water as well.

Great location and nice neighborhood. Close to town and cranmore but far enough away where it was nice and quiet. House was nice and clean and had everything you needed. Kitchen was stocked with pot/pans and everything needed to cook, lots of silverware and plates. Was very happy about the coffee maker! Back deck was spacious and grill was really nice. Over all property and house were really nice and would love to rent again!

We were overall happy with the house, the living room and kitchen area were great for family time. The listing says the location of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor but are actually down 4-5 stairs and other set of bedrooms and bathroom was on the second floor up 5 stairs, the stairs were difficult for my elderly parents. The house was well stocked and had beautiful Mountain View’s. Plenty of rooms and privacy. The owners responded to my couple questions very promptly. I would recommend to families traveling together.

This was our second stay at this property, and we had a wonderful time. We appreciate how there are two queen beds (great for two adult couples) and plenty of space in the living / dining room. The view from the living room is excellent.

Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Heating and cooling system were very good. Plenty of room and nice kitchen. Porch on back was very nice and grandchildren enjoyed a wood fire in outside pit. Happy to see Xbox and movies.
