An ok stay

The location was good for us we think better signs would be better we did not see until we had passed it that is just my opinion

Breakfast was very busy some food a little dry we it was busy staff doing best to clean tables and look after customers it’s the first breakfast we have not enjoyed in a holiday inn

Pedestrian sort of place charging more than similar hotels in France and Spain

Bed & Breakfast was OK

With an address including waterfront one might have expected to be near if not overlooking the sea. This was not the case

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel bien desservi avec des arrêts de bus et tram très proch

Hôtel très calme , excentré du centre historique mais très bien desservi par des bus ( 20-30 min de trajet) et le tram pour l'aéroport est à 2-3 min à pied. Le petit-déjeuner est à volonté et varié , le personnel est très souriant et agréable. La chambre est propre ainsi que la salle bain .

Seul bémol , le canapé convertible a un matelas un peu inconfortable pour les enfants , très mou et on sent les ressorts. La chambre manque de rangement pour les affaires.

Not enough GF options at breakfast buffet, 411 aircon was not working correctly (it would only blow cold air most of the time) Housekeeping did not restock milk during our stay

Very comfortable room and great location. Very comfortable bed also. Good facillities. The staff were friendly and helpful at checkin and checkout

The breakfast layout was a little confusing and chaotic. Items were not placed logically - ie no bin next tot the tea making faciliites for tea bags. Milk not in an obvious place for tea. Cutlery not in an obvious place, same with plates. A sense of flow or logiic with some signage would be good and thus reduce "chaotic`' people bumping into one another

The Holiday Inn Express was superb with everything you could want!!

The location and the hotel were excellent. The breakfast was superb with so much to choose from. The only thing we didn't have was a mini fridge, as I'm a diabetic I needed to keep my insulin in.

Bom custo beneficio!

O café da manhã é muito bom e o quarto é limpo e agradavel. Gostei bastante. É um pouco distante do centro mas um uber funciona muito bem!

Achei que o quarto não aquecia suficiente, mas as cobertas foram mais do que suficientes para aquecer!

The BEST night's sleep during our time in Scotland!

My Fiancé & I were visiting Scotland for the very first time from London & we stayed in 3 different places over a duration of almost 2 weeks so that we could explore as many areas as we could. We can honestly say that we actually slept the BEST, here! The bed was the most comfortable bed that we have EVER slept in! The curtains blocked out ALL of the sunlight so that we wasn't woken too early with light shining in. The TV was a great size & the sofa/chair in the room was a little added bonus! We could not fault the cleanliness of the whole room including the bathroom, to

The breakfast was absolutely DELICIOUS! We could not fault the food in any way. It was busy & there was some people cutting in the queue & putting pressure on you while you was trying to make a cup of tea, but that was through no fault of the hotel itself. Maybe some more navigation by staff to other people would be helpful in this sort of situation, but it is not a necessity as the staff are busy already. The only downside to our stay was the fact that when I asked for some vegetarian sausages, a staff member made a big point of 'sighing' & told me that I should have pre-ordered them the evening before. We arrived quite late the night before at around 10pm & I was NOT told this information otherwise I would have done it. I explained this to her, but she rolled her eyes & told me that they will be around 15 minutes. I told her that we were in no rush, but she made me feel like I was 'putting her out' so to speak. There was no eye contact & she just banged the plate down on our table & walked away when they were cooked. It made me feel very uncomfortable & bad for being a vegetarian of almost 24 years. I pre-ordered them again for the following morning with a different lady this time & she was very lovely about the whole situation when I told her what had happened. I came downstairs the following morning & she had 2 ready for me on a plate. This lady was an older lady & could not have been more accommodating. She certainly redeemed the whole negative outlook of breakfast there, as I was initially made to feel that uncomfortable that I was going to go elsewhere for breakfast regardless that I had already paid for it.

Ocean Terminal Holiday Inn

Loved the location as it was just far enough away from city centre with great tram connections. Loved that it is dog friendly. Staff were fantastic.

I would like to know number of the room and all information about it when I am booking the room while they let the Coustomers to know the type of the room only. The Coustomer even doesn't know which floor is the booked room.

Excellent choice for bringing your pet

Excellent location at the north of Edinburgh- we stayed with our dog and that made a big difference!

Great location

Decent location. Comfortable beds. Decent size room. Good breakfast. Close to tram stop so easy to get tram straight to centre. Good staff Parking was £10 per night which is very good. Central Edinburgh not much parking and very expensive. Highly recommend this hotel....
