Great location. Big room.

TV needs an upgrade and the wifi was not good

Air conditioning in my room is too hot I complained many times and not did anything The flushing in toilet is not working try many times until flushing Breakfast is very poor not that options Reception area very hot and you can’t stay for long time Iron machine is very low quality Hear dryer not recommended to use otherwise it will melt

The only plus is the location (close to main street of sukhumvit, close to prom phong bts), and even that… considering the constrcution that is going on on the front, it really isn’t a plus.

Negatives, are just too many to mention them all, but here goes: -construction across the with noise and a lot of dust. Of course every where else in BKK there is construction going one. But this constructions site is really in your face, so a heads up from the hotel should have been mentioned -at the entrance of the hotel a lot of Indian person are sitting in flipflop and pyjamas (seem to be the owners or hotel guest, no idea). Not a very welcoming site. However, the employees at the desk were nice. -room: Yes, where to start … The bed, the matress, we think that the floor was softer, more comfortable. The bath room: not clean, weird marble look-a-like plastic on the bath and the walls which was coming of. Major hygiene issue. The door of the bathroom was moist, like soaking moist with white blemish to it. The towels, which seem to clean, but white with stains allver. Everything else in the room not only outdated, but stained/ grubby. Everything in teh room, the towels, the furniture felt damped and moist. -the swimming pool: overlooking and in the middle of dusty construction air. Completely green water. Mess laying around the pool. Is it really that hard to put some things ot of sight … -breakfast: is a buffet, with mostly indian food. Some fried eggs, that were fried a few days ago. Milk was mixed with water … why ? Just don’t serve milk if you are going to add water to it. Everything seemed really old. We thought left overs from the breakfast from the day before and probably from the restaurant. Luckily you are in Thailand, and there is good food on every corner off the street, ecxept for here. -For the price we paid there are much better hotels in Bangkok. Our conclusion is if you want to loose weight, test your immune system, prepare your self for living in a apocalypse with crowding, go for it and book here.

No air condition at lobby.

I really like the spacious room but the bathroom has signs of wear and tear and the toilet wasnt working properly. Breakfast is okay, but it would have been better if they keep the eggs in warmer, also there were flies so it wasnt very appetizing that food are just left in the open.

Location is good.

Stayed for consecutive 6 days. Wifi was terribly poor. Frequently connection was lost. Swimming pool was dirty. My kids were disappointed at the very first sight. Never they went on the second day! How can it be four Star hotel!!!

The staff were helpful and very kind. They helped eventhough their english is limited.

The room is totally different from the picture in terms of cleanliness and vibes. This hotel is old so expect some old looking furnitures. We moved from our first room as the leaking from sink and the water flows through the bathtubs annoyed us. But the staff kindly helped us change our rooms however the second room was not that much of a great change but it was alright.
