EXCELENTE ESTADÍA

Súper cómodas y grandes todas las camas. Mucho más grande que en las fotos el departamento. Súper equipado. Todo muy limpio con toallas grandes, jabón, kit completo. Nos encantó y pensamos volver siempre. Lo súper recomiendo no se van a arrepentir. Buena calefacción. Lindo, alegre y acogedor. Cómodo para estacionar y muy cerca de Santillana del Mar.

Great unless you want quiet at night.

The pool was fantastic! So good to have a swimming lane! Spacious, clean apartment. Great location..

The noise! The walls, floors and ceilings must be like paper and certainly have no sound proofing. You could hear every noise from the apartments above, below and around. You could hear talking, televisions, taps being run, toilets being flushed, chairs being scraped along the tiled floors and people walking about with shoes on - all as though they were in the apartment with you! Some nights this was until 1am and sadly really affected my sleep.

Pricey, but enjoyed the area.

Great location, charming walking routes into centro Comillas. Easy parking a big plus. WiFi was good. Nice refrigerator and hot water supply.

Thin walls and floors, could hear everything going on with adjoining units. Very cheap and impermanent doors and trims, cheap IKEA grade furnishings, tiny sink, real hassle to wash dishes. No oven, very tiny microwave. In general, lighting not well thought out in living room/dining area and second bedroom.

It is very quiet, confort place. There is pool ( summer session I thinkj) and tennis and padel court

Bathroom low water pressure and the old shower gel Place to eat. Need to take transport to get a dinner out of apartment.

Good location, comfortable, value for money

Very comfortable space with sufficient facilities, easily to get free parking outside of the building, nearby beautiful sea shore, just few minutes drive to historical center.

a little bit confused to check in and get the key, but not a big issue.

Roomy, clean, 10 minute walk to town center

Thin walls - too easy to hear noisy neighbors, no ovenbut there is a stovetop, charge for parking

Ok not great

Very clean apartment and well equipped.

I think the property is undergoing renovations and so checkin was a little confusing. I understand it is off season, however there was no warning about this when booking and therefore I was expecting w different experience when arriving. Poor comms in general via booking.com. WiFi was sporadic and frustrating considering I chose the property as I needed to do some work.

Cosmetically refurbished old apartments

Space and location were ok and the outside looks charming.

It was very basic, it felt like a social housing project of 30 years old that had been repainted and refurbished with IKEA stuff, but lacking a coffee maker, water cooker, dishwasher and garden furniture. And cracking doors you could hardly close (inside).

Disappointing, poor value and very small for family.

The pool is lovely, location good, a short stroll down to town. Staff friendly.

Very tired and dated. Too many pointless doors in the appt which bang constantly. The shower valve was broken so low pressure shower. Not enough room for family of 5. Tiny balcony. Poor sound proofing of appt above. Disappointing all round really except the pool.

spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and very quiet for getting a good night’s sleep

no dishwasher in the apartment and rather small supply of washing up liquid and no tea towel for drying dishes

Spacious apartment in building 63A. Very clean. Washer/dryer in unit! Outstanding value. Super comfortable beds.

No WiFi during our stay. Required going to the hotel for internet.

A good base to visit the region, not to spend time in.

Perfect location to visit Comillas by foot and the surroundings by car. The beds/mattresses were excellent. Pets are accepted.

The kitchen is poorly equipped, don’t expect to cook real meals. The garden/terrace was not fenced and the wall is very low so we had zero intimacy + we couldn’t leave our dog outside which was one of the reasons we had initially chosen that hotel.

Clean, all amenities, lots of space, everything new, large smart TV - felt truly like home

Superb

fantastic apartment, I wish we could have stayed longer the one night to make use of all the facilities on offer. Lunch at Le Filipina's in the plaza was excellent. You must visit La Capricho, so interesting .

if you are walking to the apartment, its an uphill slog, however its only 5euro for a cab

Good location and very helpful hotel staff.

We stayed in an apartment , big mistake. Lovely but zero soundproofing. At times very noisy until late at night.
