Dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt

Hotel czysty, blisko dworca, smaczne śniadania, ogółem spoko na krótki pobyt. Ceny są w kosmosie, ale to kwestia całego Salzburga. Przemiły, nieco starszy recepcjonista, niestety nie zapamiętałam imienia, ale niezwykłe uprzejmy :) bez problemu przechowali też bagaże po wymeldowaniu.

Miłym akcentem był czajnik w pokoju, szkoda jedynie, że nie było lodówki. Ale okej.

Klein und fein

Wurde von einer außerordentlich freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Rezeptionistin empfangen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, klein aber sauber. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt's grundsätzlich eine ganz gute Auswahl und es war super, dass das im Preis dabei war. Durch den Aktionspreis, den ich erwischt habe, war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr in Ordnung. Um den Preis würd ich jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Zimmer war etwas muffig, obwohl vor meiner Ankunft offenbar gelüftet wurde. Für Veganer (bzw mich mit Unverträglichkeiten und dadurch vegan-ähnlichen Essgewohnheiten) ist die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet eher beschränkt (Margarine als Butter-Alternative wär zumindest nett).

Excelente trato y relación calidad precio.

El trato de la persona de recepción excelente, habla español, nos ha ayudado en todo lo necesario, indicaciones, aparcamiento, etc. Se llega fácilmente andando al centro de la ciudad en unos 20 minutos. Zona residencial muy tranquila y habitación espaciosa y limpia. Muy recomendable para visitar Salzburgo.

Мы бронировали Hotel Flair очень быстро, за час до вьезда, так как предыдущий отель, который мы выбрали заранее, нам не подошел катастрофически. И Hotel Flair нас не подвел! Важно, что отель целиком, без обмана соответствует своему описанию. А персонал и завтрак существенно превзошли наши ожидания. Когда в нашем первом номере обнаружилась совсем незначительная поломка, нам мгновенно поменяли номер, причем на значительно более комфортный. Завтрак был на уровне совсем достойных 4-х звездочных отелей. Для сотрудников отеля: все же лучше, чтоб были самые простые отельные тапочки за доп.плату. И зонты - даже в оренду по небольшой цене. Ведь это сервис и доп.заработок. Спасибо! Вам успехов! Вы очень улучшили наше настроение и мнение о Зальцбурге.

快適！

ホテルのスタッフは全員とても親切です。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しく、焼きたてのパンが数多く提供されました。ホテルは駅から徒歩圏内にあり、もちろんバスやトラムも利用できます。ホテルの周りはとても静かで快適に過ごせました。またザルツブルクに行くときには、もう一度泊まりたいホテルです。

eher einfach gehaltenes Hotel, ruhige Gegend, Zimmer und Badezimmer relativ geräumig. großes Frühstücksbuffet mit üblicher Auswahl

es stehen nur 4 hoteleigene PKW-Abstellplätze zur Verfügung, ansonsten werktags überall Kurzparkzone

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, établissement très bien tenu et confortable, buffet du petit-déjeuner bien équilibré. Bon rapport qualité-prix

Le premier jour on cherche un peu l’adresse, mais ensuite on s’aperçoit que c’est à quelques minutes de la gare à pieds et aussi que le trolleybus 3 dessert aussi bien la gare que les deux centres-ville l’ ancien au delà du pont et moderne juste avant.

Warm and friendly check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Couple of nice takeaways and restaurants in the area. Easy walk from Central train station. Good value

Für eine Städtetour in Salzburg zu empfehlen

Das Hotel wird anscheinend von einer Familie geführt. Sie waren sehr freundlich. Wer die persönliche, schon fast freundschaftliche Unterhaltung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wer früh anreist, bekommt auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vorm Hotel. Die Innenstadt ist mit den ÖPNV leicht zu erreichen. Die Busse der ÖPNV sind in der Salzburg Card enthalten. Abends sind wir aus der Innenstadt zu Fuß zurückgegangen. Das Hotel erreicht man so in ca. 30 min. Wer mag, kann auf dem Weg zum Hotel noch im Augustiner Braü einkehren, um etwas trinken und essen. Ist Österreichs größte Biergaststätte mit einem tollem Biergarten.

Leider hatte unser Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, was in diesem Jahr bei sommerlichen Temperaturen im September nicht so schön war.

Excellent rooms and value.

Firstly the staff is excellent. There was an issue with booking.com software where number of guests were coming wrong on many bookings. Every other property confirmed the correct number only on chat through booking.com. This was the only property where staff called understood the issue, confirmed the right number, interacted with booking.com to formally set the thing right. Same was the experience while checking in. There were some rooms cancelled from our original booking. The lady on counter felt that the charge for remaining rooms was bit higher (about 7-10 euros) than her calculations and although we showed willingness to pay it she said she would not like to overcharge even by mistake and ultimately charged the perfect sum. Breakfast was good. Rooms are spotlessly clean and decent sized. Overall great value for money.

Not many restaurants nearby for dinner especially with vegetarian options.

Bus stop 2 mins walk. 10 mins walk from main station.

Wifi didn't work the entire time of our stay. (does it ever work in this hotel?) Shared balcony so obvious security issues there. Room facing sun so very hot, no air con, not even a fan in the room. Staff then lied to booking.com saying they had given us a fan, they hadn't!.. Disinterested reception staff. My advice, pay more and stay in cental Salzburg..

A perfect friendly hotel close to the station.

Very good breakfast. We had to catch an early train so we were able to have breakfast a few minutes before 7am.. excellent.

An affordable accommodation in Salzburg

Affordable accommodation in Salzburg. About 10 minutes walk from main train station. Spacious enough single room for solo travellers. Has a lift if with heavy luggage. Breakfast is sufficient though not rich to someone perhaps. Hotel is at a quiet residential area with bus connection to city centre.

Some room amenities need repair but for single use, should be acceptable. Hotel isn't at usual tourist area so almost no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. Pillow too soft.

Comfortable and clean for the price it's worth considering.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it was easy to find the hotel from the train station. The breakfast was very nice.

The room had a sign on 1 window "do not open". Unfortunately this also meant it didn't quite seal properly so traffic and outside noise was loud. There is also no fridge, kettle or air-conditioning in the room. This would be a problem in summer.

A nice, clean, tidy hotel to come back to ...good value, nice staff !

We were very pleased with the efficiency of the staff. A staff member to whomwe spoke on the phone on the way to the hotel to let him know we were running late put our minds at ease by letting u knpw the entrance coded key would be in a small safe just outside the entrance of the hotel and provided a special code which allowed us to enter the hotel close to midnight. The next morning ...a nice, rich breakfast in buffet style awaited us. The staff at the morning reception was most helpful, also the person at the tourist office who all gave us useful information.

Nothing, the staff was friendly, forthcoming, beds were comfy, room was clean. The only thing I experienced (but not my spouse) was that one of the electrucal outlets next to my nightstand didn't seem to provide any electrical current. Maybe because the entrance card to the room had not been inserted in the foreseen storage amenity who also allows for all the lights to be able to be activated.

Expensive budget hotel with a friendly staff.

About 11 minutes walk from central station. Wardrobe is available. Complementary water bottles are provided on first day. Scrambled eggs are part of breakfast. Staff are generally smiling and friendly.

For us, house keeping didn't clean on the day 2. Staff didn't provide do not disturb door sign in spite of asking for it. We requested a higher floor room in spite of booking a month in advance but they couldn't.

I really liked the loacation.The hotel was close to the main train station.The room had everything necessary and was quite large. The bed had a very comfy mattress and duvets were so soft and warm.There were water bottles on table and slippers ready.The room was clean and quite.Very friendly and helpful receptionist.Good value for money.

The breakfast had everything like eggs, cheese, bread, but not so many varieties.
