Alt i alt en veldig ok leilighet. Fin beliggenhet og hyggelige personal.

God beliggenhet. Fine rom. Hyggelig betjening.

Bråkete. Vi hørte veldig godt musikken fra baren nedenfor. Mye støy fra utesteder i nærheten. Lite fellesrom i leiligheten. Lite kjøkken, mini sofa. Savnet frokost som det sto på hjemmesiden.

Mouldy, noisy, small and expensive

Location

Mouldy bathroom, falling off tails, small cave-like room, stiff mattress and pillows, broken blinds. The bar music was well heard in our room till 1 am and each neighbor's step was heard as if he was walking in the same room. Mind, it is also near the busy road, so expect quite a noise it produces. The price is rather high for such a room. I wish I had known this before I booked it because their photos are not where and you'll live.

Wouldn’t recommend, staff were lovely but hotel isn’t worth the money.

Not much at all

We stayed in room 8. I may expect to much as the owner of a cleaning business but the cleanliness was not up to standard. The bathroom needs a very deep clean with mould on the bath and roof. The building itself feels really claustrophobic as the roofs are so low and I’m only 5”4. There’s no way of opening the window in the room and the room was particularly small.

A spacious room in the heart of the city.

Comfy beds. Spacious room. Breakfast was included and access to a coffee machine with free coffee including things like flat white and latte. Only a short walk from the station. Left luggage facility which was handy as the train station doesn't have left luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only negative thing that happened during our stay was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. It was a false alarm. That's not the hotel's fault though and the staff were trying their best to get the alarms to switch off. We lost some sleep, but as I said, that's not the hotel's fault, it's just one of those things.

Very good

Spa bath, comfy bed, clean room. You use your key card at the bar and you get 15% off food and drinks. Coffee making facilities were great, staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking. We also paid for the room to be decorated as a surprise for my husbands birthday 🎂 🥳

if they would spend a little bit of money on the place to sort out the apartment it could be nice again like I’m sure it

location and size were both very good.

apartment has not been maintained at all. 2/3 tv remotes broken, lamps hanging off the wall, head hoard hanging off the wall, blinds broken (unable to close), unable to use water or flush toilet due to plumbing fault, every floor board creaked (very very loudly), various noises in the room main bedroom making it almost impossible to sleep.

central place to stay with friendly staff

Very friendly staff, jacuzzi bath was nice to have, location is very central ( couple of minutes walk from union street), nice to have a basic take away breakfast included, room was clean and housekeeping staff very friendly. wifi was good

room was rather warm/ not able to open window, extractor fan not particularly powerful ( could do with fitting an MVHR upgrade), no kettle in room for able to get hot water and fill up own flask/ bottle etc, breakfast area which is the same area where hot drinks etc available was a couple of flights of stairs and door away, some basic maintenance appears to be lacking esp in the bathroom, it be useful to have a hook for the hand towel to hang ( something quite inexpensive and easy to implement), bed didn’t feel particularly comfortable, it would be useful if the bathroom door be able to open the other way as at present the way it opens in this particular room, it’s very close to the toilet. it would also be useful to supple paraben free soup. we had communication issues and when we arrived were initially unable to park our car as mentioned previously we would be able to- it was sorted out fairly swiftly though…. a note to other travelers though, the ‘top’ car park is very steep.
