The location was great for us
Oven didn’t work

Clean and easy to check in, with lovely touches like breakfast arranged. Very close to town and Duthie Park.
Needs door stoppers (many doors that close quite fast and hard)

Comfy beds and sofa which was great after a long day! Very handy location with private car space.
The blinds in the bedrooms were awful. You might as well had slept with the blind open. Me and my partner both woke up very early due to it being daylight in the room so unfortunately it affected our sleep.

Good parking and location.
Excellent buffet breakfast.
The kitchen drawers needed fixing, very hard to open and so was the freezer door too close to wall so kept hitting it.The bin needed a good disinfect, the top was dirty and it smelt.
The bath panel was loose and a danger whilst stepping over to have a shower.
The 2nd bedroom was far too small for a double bed and the mattress needed replacing as you could feel the springs.

The hot water didn’t last very long and we couldn’t future out how to boost it.

Great location, free parking, quiet comfortable and clean accommodation with good facilities.
6.0
spacious living room, decently equipped kitchen. Clean and well heated. one bedroom a good size although other very small.
mattresses and pillows are extremely uncomfortable and need replaced. There’s quite a lot damage that hasn’t been repaired: freezer door hanging off, side panel of the bath falls off, scraped paint on walls, bent metal blinds on window, tear in lamp shape, etc. Not critical but all detracts from the experience, much of it could and should be easily fixed.

The setting was brilliant, nice and big.
The breakfast wasn't great. The shower wasn't hot enough for my family of 4. After 2 people taking thier shower, it goes cold.

Apartment was spacious, reasonably well kitted out but as described in the advert.
WiFi didn't reach to the bedroom
Cooker and microwave have seen better days
Crockery needed a wash before using fist time
Floors were all laminate flooring that creaked like hell as I walked around. I'm glad I was on the top floor, I did feel sorry for the folks below.
The whole block felt like it shook in the morning as everyone left for the day and slammed their front doors.

Shower not great, living room basic and could do with a refresh/ more nice cushions… old furniture left sitting in livinroom. Loads of noise morning after the event we attended- hedge trimming and window cleaning/ leaf blowers from first thing- not ideal

Great location for visiting Aberdeen.

Well equipped apartment with everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Nice to get milk, cereal, fruit etc on arrival. The owner kindly let us arrive early and park up as we were meeting people in the centre of town, which incidentally is an easy walk from the property.
We could hear loud people in the flat below.

I really liked the property and the smooth access to the accommodation.
The space was great and it was warm.
I did not particularly dislike anything however I would recommend adding curtains in the bedrooms as the street light shines right in the window at night. I was traveling with two babies and we all struggled to sleep as it was too bright.
I would suggest adding a can/ bottle opener. I would also suggest providing some surface cleaner in the property particularly in light of COVID.
I do acknowledge that these are preference related but I think these small steps would improve other people's experience too.

Location and security were excellent
Apartment was clean, tidy and had all implements as advertised, washing machine, etc were as new and worked well.
Cleaning regime on two occasions we had to ask for towels.

All was excellent. Clean, quiet, although bedroom backs on to street which is normally quite quiet but there is occasional traffic and pedestrian noise. Excellent location with supermarkets and pubs within 2 or 3 mins walk. The lovely Duthie Park only a stroll away. Walkable to the main street (10 mins) Normally we take supplies with us like tea, coffee, washing machine powder and kitchen roll but these were all supplied. Shower was good. Everything worked except DVD player, but that was soon replaced
I have no negative comments at all, although I did find the key lock box was a bit fiddly to line up the numbers but no big deal really.
5.0
Spacious lounge and dining kitchen. Continental breakfast together with tea, coffee and milk supplied. Good location. Near city centre and venue for event we were attending.
We were in flat 2 on the ground floor. Very noisy with people entering and leaving flats and standing chatting while smoking. Shower was poor. No ability to angle shower head and water poured out of middle of shower. Stains on carpet in larger bedroom. Blinds did not prevent light coming into bedrooms and any cars entering or leaving the car park shone straight into the bedrooms. Second bedroom is very small.
