You'll be captivated by the breathtaking views from the moment you arrive. The sparkling pool area seamlessly blends into the seaside, offering a picture-perfect backdrop for lounging and soaking up the sun. And for those who crave a glimpse of marine life, dolphin sightings are a frequent treat! The hotel's location allows these majestic creatures to be spotted frolicking in the waves from the poolside or your private balcony.
The rooms here are more than just a place to sleep. Although they are a little small they are comfortable and tastefully decorated, The Staff here is very courteous and ensures that your stay is made memorable , they explain and there to help for all the needs and make sure we are comfortable .
The hotel's culinary scene is nothing short of phenomenal. With a variety of restaurants to choose from, you'll embark on a delicious journey with every meal. From fresh seafood dishes to international cuisine Don't miss the breakfast spread – it's a feast for the senses, offering a perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploration or poolside relaxation.
the holiday here is an experience. The combination of stunning views, comfortable accommodations, exceptional service, and delectable food creates an unforgettable escape. Whether you're traveling with family, and friends, or for a romantic getaway, this resort has everything you need for a truly rejuvenating vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking amazing vacay
The location and amenities were fantastic, but the room price seemed to fluctuate quite a bit depending on the date. Booking in advance or during the off-season could help score a better deal

Location and view of the water
The Checkin and checkout is very clumsy. The system works slow and information different from your booking details and amount. Plan on 30 mts for each way.
Their final bill amount differs from the booking.com final amount (strange). Staff including manager are most confused. In the process you could be waiting in the heat for long. They normally come back with apologies.
Hope things improve

It was good enough for my short work stay. The food in the hotel is phenomenal, the breakfast buffet is great. The staff was very helpful.
The room is a bit outdated.

Food menu was repetitive, service by staff was below par. Restaurant doesn't have ability to handle full house. Wall facing room was sold as garden facing room. After 8 pm, hotel did not allow to go on beach while no such restrictions are put by other five star hotels in goa

George and Nelly Assilian say:
A Marriott hotel but the greeting, service & hospitality was above the Marriott standards compared to any Marriott in any part of the world. The staff from top management to all other staff members within the hotel were very helpful & attended to all our enquiries and requests. The food was rich and delicious 😋 specially the Indian dishes. I would definitely recommend to others. Good job Delana Pai, Akshhat Jakhanwala, Khevana, Deepak Akshita, Rimi in the spa and all others whose name is not available to me. Thank u so much for everything. Kind Regards George & Nelly Assilian
Dogs should not be left unleashed in the hotel surrounding

The staff: excellent and great service. Mrs. Pai and Anamika at front desk, Harshit at pool bar, Joseph at Simply Grillz (he gave amazing tips on what to do in Goa), Chef Ahana, Chey Shayaan, and Chef Dattaguru, Rajendra Jena, Shreyas, the lifeguard at the pool. All of them took great care of us. They also made it very comfortable for my elederly parent to access all facilities and pool. This place is very family friendly.
They messed up my booking. I had booked a suite but it was not available when I checked in. They gave me 2 rooms converted to a suit. It tirmes out ok, but still left a little irritation. That is why I gave 9 stars and not 10.

Location... breakfast and the bay view room.
There was no live music lunch/dinner during our stay of 5 N. The activities as in swimming pool boat are highly priced since the child was using it for like 5 or 10 mins and its all wasted then.

We spent a lovely week at the Mariott Resort and Spa in Panaji, Goa accompanied by our daughter and our friend. It is in a great location, on banks of the Mandovi river estuary looking out to sea, but not far from downtown Panaji. The staff were friendly and always helpful. In the dining room we were well looked after by staff Khevana who remembered what we liked and the Jr. Sou-Chef Dattaguru looked after our special requests, and enjoyed our connection with Avinash.
This was our first stay at a 5 star hotel and we found it a little pricey but we were certainly well looked after.

Very nice hotel with exceptional service in breakfast area from Edwin.
Hotel was very expensive for the location, amenities and facilities. It did not meet our expectations in terms of value.

The stay was good - the property is well maintained and has all the facilities needed.

I like the location
Staff service at breakfast table - Mr. Aaron and Edwin were very rude while service at breakfast table. They refused to serve the food by saying there is lots of people you go and get the food yourself. Whereas they were serving to foreigners. That’s your customer service.
Further, there is no private beach it’s miamar beach only and way to the beach is from the corner. It should be from middle or atleast from two places.

Breakfast was good
I booked a room costing $330 USD for that high price I expect the room to be clean, but guest services showed me 2 other rooms, which were even more shocking as they were also filthy. I was booked in for 8 nights but they could not offer me a clean room they said that they would charge me for one night and cancel the rest of my booking. So I stayed one night in this filthy hotel. very disappointing, I feel sorry for the people who have not options but to stay there.

Amazing facilities and room
Taxi service pick up was hard to organise and I still have not heard back on why they could not change the location quick enough or respond to emails.

1. amazing location with the perfect view
2. great breakfast buffet
3. lovely experience at quan spa
1. noise from the corridors is hard to miss in the room , spoiling the otherwise perfect experience

Great position on beach, with great views over bay. The staff could not have been more attentive , friendly and helpful. Wonderfull reception / lounge area overlooking the bay. Concierge extremely welcoming and helpful on which places to visit etc. Nice selection & presentation of food every day, although work needed on dining areas.
We paid for and expected 5 star accommodation as advertised.
The hotel is in need of ‘freshening up’ ie update furniture in rooms.
Hallways need carpeting, maybe some pictures and furniture leading to rooms, which are currently cold and echoey .
Re varnishing of doors, lots of scuff/scratch marks, and more effort in making the overall experience
luxurious, which unfortunately it fell short of.
The dining experience was akin to eating in a canteen rather than a 5 star establishment. I’m sure Marriott are well aware of all of the above…so they need to up their game and upgrade…the staff deserve it ... as well as paying customers.
