Hotel de ensueño mezcla de riad y club inglés.

El edificio, La atmósfera, su decoración, la atención y amabilidad del personal. El restaurante.

El desayuno no está a la altura de este hotel, La bollería fría y mala y los embutidos muy regulares. La Piscina estaba en reparación y eso hay que avisarlo antes de que vaya el cliente.

Great location and staff!

Everything else, 5 start are not relevant, price to high, you can see used to be a great hotel, but it has not been maintained. Pool was full of dead bugs, surroundings with broken tiles…

Superb

The location is perfect: free parking outside the Old Town wall, and the Medina is right around your feet. Could not be more convenient . Then there is the building itself and its appointments ... yesteryear splendor! Let's not forget the staff... these are people who "get" service with a personal touch. Can't praise them enough.

Throughout Morocco, hotels did not have any cooling turned on (this was Feb). I get that they *expect* us to be cold, it not everyone can sleep in a hot room. This is a critique of the entire industry, not just Heure Bleue. We slept with all windows and doors wide open.

Exceptional hotel, beautiful decor, outstanding roof terrace and pool. Relaxed vibe and very attentive staff. Especially liked the Bar Anglais for chilled evening drinks and board games ♟

Highly recommended.

amazing experience in tha hammam and spa. They even opened for us outside their business hours just to accommodate our schedule.

Perhaps a little faded, though with a considerable oldly-worldly charm.

Faded glory

staff was friendly and tried to do their best.

faded glory, poorly maintained, clattering airconditioning during the night (second night we have had an new room. The rooms are smelling of damp and mould, the furniture is sticky. Food at rooftop is bad, I have had a food poisoning. Photos do not match the reality.

stylish oasis in the medina with glorious roof top pool and wonderful service.

Great location, wonderfully stylish, but relaxed. Roof top pool was a major bonus. The service was great, concierge booked restaurants for us and a member of staff even took us and our bags to the Avis rental car office!

The bedrooms were beautifully decorated but we found them rather stuffy because we could not open the windows onto the courtyard.

Wonderful breakfast in a beautiful couryard. Great pool on the roof.

I would have expected a better bathroom for the money.

I find a shame how come this hotel continues to belong to the chain Châteaux and Realais

As soon as I entered the hotel I felt a terrible smell that was all over poor and bad breakfast in buffet.

Amazing Maroccan Stay !

Everything has been perfect , from the atmosphere to the attention to details… the staff is very friendly and the room are superb , clean and very confortable. The restaurant serve delicious traditional food a l’avant garde . Great Choice!

Noisy but best option in medina

Location is great, its really the only option around the medina for a decent hotel. Decor is nice and rooftop pool is lovely

Very noisy. Riad structure means you hear everything once they start to prepare breakfast or anyone else gets up so bring earplugs. I get that the courtyard is an outside space but this still shouldn't mean people can smoke while you're trying to eat breakfast!
